The guy with the dreads is very passionate about the work he does and I like that he ensures everything on my car was fixed to be fit to continue driving on the road. One thing is that I got one price cash up front and a totally different price after I applied for a loan to cover my expenses. Wasn't please about that. Feel like it was a bait and switch move on their part.

I thought the staff were rude, as soon as I walked in I had a door slammed in my face. I was told the car i was there to look at was sold an hour before I arrived (they had only been open 20 mins). The sales person told me it was probably a good thing the car i wanted wasn't there they thought i should go with this make instead because that's what they drive and prefer. Smh.

Experience with these people was not good, I suggest anyone who s planning to do business with them not to, they re very rude and inconsiderate a rip off. TERRIBLE BUSINESS DON T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I WAS TOLD THE SHOP OPENED AT 9 BUT NONE OF THE WORKERS SHOWED UP UNTIL 11. I MADE AN APPT LAST WEEK AND WHEN I CAME IN FOR IT TODAY THE MANAGER TOLD ME HE JUST GOT BACK FROM VACATION AND IS NOT IN THE RIGHT MINDSET OR WEARING THE RIGHT CLOTHES TO DO WORK. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY LIVE UP TO HARTFORD S STANDARDS (not very high)

This dude Jermaine and his receptionist are full of it he has her tell you the repair cost which would be absurd to pay and then he gives you a different price and he always make excuses after his work doesn't hold up , I have told all of my family don't bring business to this shady shop and I won't spend money with him professionalism no longer exist when they get your money, should of spent money with the dealer instead of this poor establishment would give zero star.
