Avoid at all cost purchasing vehicles from Sal Viscale!!He's a scammer! He loves to deal with women cause he can play a nice, friendly role so he can take advantage of them .He promised he'll fix any problem within 30 days of purchase, and once the vehicle is purchased, he tries to avoid you by turning his promise into your problem.He is a scammer. He discusses me as a person, a salesperson, an business person.I wish I never cross path with this animal hes a FRAUD!!!!!Everyone who's giving this man a good rating must be a friend or related cause everyone I came across, that knows this nightmare of a man, hasn't said a positive thing about him .Sad that this world have scammers, frauds like this PIG!!

this gentleman really has no consideration for anyone, I am a mother and with great difficulty I bought a car here to meet the basic needs of my son who is autistic and needed to attend special school, when it was the day to deliver the car he simply delivered the car at a tow truck claiming that the tire was flat but that it was only necessary to change it, so we believed and trusted him, right after my car leaked water and we communicated to him we went to the mechanic and he said that there was no flat tire and that the car could be with a head problem so after a lot of difficulty insisting on him to solve it he took our car for 20 days and said that the car was fine, as it was summer and we would not use the heater we did not realize once again the evil of this being, when the winter we noticed that the car did not heat up so we took it to another mechanic, who found out that he had installed a fake thermostat so we were not seeing that the car was heating up causing several damages to the car (remembering that all the time my son and we spent cold in the car until we took it to the mechanic, a three year old child) we decided to pay to solve it but when our mechanic opened the engine he found that the engine is cracked that is he sold us a car with a broken engine and he just kept fooling us more and more, we went to him again to solve it and ask him to pay for the new engine, seeing that now my husband and I do delivery with the car and it is our only way to earn money and support our family. but he is not willing and does not answer us. We worked really hard to get this car, it's not fair to our family to go through something like this, it may seem like something drastic to post here but it's actually desperate, what's up salvatore? will you solve? I will keep going after until I get my rights!

DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM SAL VISCALE HES A CAR SALE MAN NOT THE SERVICE DEPT. SAME LOCATION. SAL RENT AN AREA TO SALE VEHICLES ON THE FAR LEFT.I bought a jeep from Sal on 6/18/21 called him the same night to complain about the engine ,tire light and horn of the vehicle wasn't working. He fixed the horn and took the jeep for 2 week to supposedly fix it and everytime he gave it back or his personal friend ROB work on the jeep , 20 to 40 min after the engine and tire light turn back on. I called him every time it happen and between his excuses and sending me to ROB which he did nothing 8 month later ROB told us that the job is big an SAL will NOT pay for it and ROB his personal friend mechanic wasn't lying.Sal asked me to help him find someone who do the job and when I did , he wanted the mechanic for his personal use and not to resolve my mechanical issues that I had since day one. I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from SAL he is a liar behind a smile a total FRAUD. Disappointing that someone can use your kindness for weakness.Sal SHOULDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THEIR MONEY AND TIME .... please avoid buying from him

Okay so far. Buying a car from Sal and waiting to see how it goes. He was courteous this far and very helpful and informative. I'll let you guys know when the deal is done. Took the car for a test drive earlier today and it ran great. No issues so far. My mechanic said it was a good car so we'll see.

The worst EVER, this place was recommended to me by carshield that in its self should have send off the red flags and that s the only reason why I went there what s more surprising is the reviews are 75% negative but this place is still up and running..who is behind the scene? The Mob? I bought my car in to have the transmission replaced these crooked people charge carshield, who I was paying over four + thousand for a used transmission that lasted 93 days, makes me wonder if they even replaced the old transmission, after the 90+ days the car ran the exact way I bought it into the shop for service, like crap .no one knows what going on with repair to their vehicle unless they re actually there to see it .And with eastern transmission in Hartford on Wethersfield Ave. I would advise everyone of a different ethnicity. Avoid that place like the plague or stay and watch what s happening to your vehicle, that place is giving good mechanics a bad name. Don t even take it in for an oil change. I m sooooo dissatisfied, disappointed and appalled. But Easter your not going to mess with my thunder and one of these days no matter who is backing you ..karma s is a BService: Transmission repair

Last week I ended up stranded 3hours from home. My car was towed to Eastern Transmission after hours and Sal who works next door was there and helped situate my car in the parking area. The next day I contacted the owner, Joe and despite being really busy he helped me fix my car. Joe was empathetic to my plight and went as fast as he could under the circumstances. Both Joe and Sal made me feel safe and taken care off during a very stressful time with a broken down car and being stranded in another state. Thank you both for going above and beyond.

Avoid this place at all cost, they charged me for a tune up couldn t get the last spark plug out so he handed it to me and said figure it out but still charged me for the full job wouldn t give me my car keys back either, threatened to call the police on me unless paid or left the car ridiculous if you ask me. If you can t do the full job then don t do it at all had to go somewhere else got the last spark plug that he said was stuck removed in less then 2 minutes. It s obvious they don t care about black customers, man threatened me with the police when I asked him for a resolve.

Had some transmission problems not long ago, and after checking out a few other shops in the area, I decided to give Eastern Transmission a try. I'm glad I did. The service was fast and professional and the price was fair. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.

Had a bad experience there had some work done and then they broke something Els as they were working on my vehicle and seeing that the part can no longer be bought from a dealer they left it as is didn't tell me about it and I came and got it and ran terrible after that
