They are amazing at what they do. My car was in a fender bender and they made it look like nothing ever happened. They also had the car ready for me a couple days sooner than they expected. Mr. Gofman the owner and Casey Orr were in touch with me the whole time and were both very professional. And there service is definitely top notch and would definitely bring my car there for services again if needed.

Back in February I was in an auto accident in Connecticut and CT Auto & Towing were sent to pick my and my damaged vehicle up. The operators awe prompt and professional and offered a lot of helpful advice for the situation. Back at the shop Casey and the crew kept me informed and updated on all parts of the process of getting my totaled vehicle taken care of. All around great group of guys working here. I cannot recommend them enough.

I saw they were selling a 2018 Audi a8 4.0t on Facebook marketplace. I reached out to them to let them know that I was possibly interested. They are based in Connecticut and I am in New York. After having a positive back and forth with one of the employees named Joe, I decided to take the 5 hour trip and check the car out in person. Joe had already responded to any questions I had and he even did a video of chat walk around of the vehicle. He assured me that the vehicle was in great condition and that he thought that once I saw it in person, I would agree. So when I arrived he was there waiting for me and eager to show me around the car and show all the features the car had. I took it for a test drive and it drove great. I decided to make the purchase and they were able to get me a temporary registration so that I would be able to drive it home the same day. They reiterated that it would come with a 30 day/3000 mile warranty in case anything did happen that it would be covered. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience with them. They were all great to deal with and didn't try any of the "hidden fee" nonsense that many places try to do that advertise online. I am definitely a happy customer and I will update this review if anything ch3. But as of right now I would definitely recommend them and can verify from experience that they are an honest dealer

About two weeks ago I broke down on the Avon Mountain and thought my transmission had gone. WHPD dispatched CT Auto & Towing to come out as Geico was going to take forever. When the tow truck driver (sorry forgot his name- initials AG) came, he was super personable and friendly which I appreciated as breaking down on the mountain was more than stressful. While I was waiting for their arrival, I called my dealer and 3 other local shops to see if they could take me. None could take me for at least 2 weeks. The driver assured me that their team would take care of me quickly. To be honest, at first I was a little skeptical as I hadn t heard of them prior, but after my experience I will definitely stick to working with Casey, Slava, and their crew. I ended up needing an axle and control arms replaced, and Casey and Slava were more than kind and reasonable. They told me the work that needed to be done to be able to make it drivable, and made a suggestion without being pushy like other places can be. I ended up replacing both axles and control arms due to wear and tear, and with an alignment it all was very reasonably priced. I had my car back the next day. A week and a half later my car feels like new again. The crew at CT Auto & Towing were great to work with, reasonably priced, and made things easy in a time of stress. Casey and his team are always helpful and cooperative, and their prices are very reasonable. I have been using them for several years for oil changes to more significant repairs such as a differential replacement. Most of the time they can get you in the same day and always work to save you money where they can, don t try to sell you services you don t need, and keep digging until they find the problem.

Friendly and kind staff, clear assessment of the work that needed to be done taking in to account my situation. Was one of those tricky issues with 7-8 different possible causes. When that did not address the issue I took car back in. They detailed what might need to be done to fix including labor costs. Since it was an old car I decided to not proceed, I appreciated the honesty re costs to fix. They also promptly inspected at the used car that I planned to purchased and bought my old car for a fair price.Service: Battery service

After finding myself the victim of TWO vehicle theft attempts just days apart, I was an absolute nervous wreck & I didn't even know where to begin in rectifying the mess I now had to deal with. I'd never had to file an insurance claim before! It was all new to me & extremely stressful. Slava reached out & offered his shop's services. He worked directly with my insurance to get my claim processed (What a relief! One less thing I had to worry about!) & communicated with me throughout the whole process..including when the parts manufacturer sent the shop a defective part... twice! (I've been told if I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all ). But Slava went above & beyond, called the vehicle manufacturer directly & got a non-defective part from a different batch! He did the complaining for me lol!I can't express how thankful & appreciative I am of Slava & his team at CT Auto & Towing. I would HIGHLYYYYY recommend them for all your car service needs! All the employees are so professional, kind & personable. I'm absolutely a customer for life because it's nice to have reliable ppl during stressful times & let's be honest, any car troubles are stressful! Go see Slava & his team at CT Auto & Towing! You won't be sorry! 10/10

Location is a little off the beaten path, other than that the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They took into account my current personal situation and gave me a very generous discount in order to ensure that I got my vehicle back. I was helped by Cassie, and he was extraordinarily kind, helpful, and professional. Even though the circumstances that's brought me to do business with this company were unfavorable, they made it so that it was easy and non stressful. Because of all of these great characteristics, if I were to need services such as theirs in the future I would not hesitate to use and or refer them

The reason for the 5 star is that they actually replied online quickly, and got me in just as fast, didn't try to hassle me about parts that I bought. The guys just got my parts in, tested it for me, and off I go in a timely manner and a great price.I was going to the dealership to get my work done thankfully my cousin Howey told me about this place and thank goodness I would pay a great deal more at the dealership. Casey Orr helped me out through the process with his fast knowledge and expertise I will definitely return for my other project.

I just picked up my car after work after having the car repaired for an insurance claim and I couldn't be more than happier. I spoke with the owner before and during the process and the shop was able to get the correct parts for my car and make all the correct repairs for my car. Customer service exceeded my expectations far more than I expected and I would fully recommend anyone to come to the shop and speak with the crew about all the great knowledge and expertise that they excel in. Tha k you for your work and I'll be back in the future.

No stars. Bunch of crooks who towed my sons car amd other guests while we at a wedding. Clearly an opportunistic act of greed. Why would you trust a company who's willing to do that to people traveling from out of town for a wedding... something to think about folks.

I bought a car from Casey and Salva this past June from the moment we spoke on the phone the level of professionalism and care they took with us purchasing our vehicle was amazing! From the test drive to signing the papers and financing through them the whole process was great! Since then we have brought the cars in for small items and Casey took it in and fixed them for us I have brought the car for oil changes since and they are great always asking us about my family And make me feel so confident in knowing each time they are doing amazing work! They make u feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. I would highly recommend Ct Auto for any service or sales needs! I know I ll keep coming back!

This is probably a first but I got my car towed by these guys and am giving them 5 stars. Why? Because nice people do nice things for nice people, and these guys are nice people. The guy who towed my car, Keith, was careful hooking and unhooking my car when he saw I had bumper damage, was super patient and understanding with me when I had difficulty paying to get my car back, and even cut me a little slack in a couple of places. His boss had to approve all that so I'd say he's a pretty cool guy too. Even a bad situation like getting your car towed can turn out relatively okay so long as you keep your cool and not lash out

We have multiple vehicles and they service all of them. They are honest and won't charge you for every little thing. When you're vehicle needs a lot of work they are willing to work with you. They are attentive and they pay attention to detail even when they are super busy. When you build a relationship with this company they all treat you the same from owner Slava, to Cassey, to Allen and the rest of the guys. Best mechanics and towing service I have ever had.

Casey did an amazing job with my girlfriends Hyundai. He is so attentive and so communicative throughout the whole process. He was able to diagnose -! issue after 2 mechanic shops were unable to. I would highly recommend him. From now on, I m bringing my vehicles here

CT auto and towing have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. We purchased a truck from them back in December, from the moment we spoke on the phone, till we picked the car up and signed the papers Casey and all of the staff have been welcoming. We had a minor issue with the truck that they looked at immediately and had it back to us the next day. We now bring our other car there for repairs. They are fast, efficient and there prices are very reasonable. We are in the process of opening a landscaping/snow removal/junk removal business and we plan on purchasing our future trucks from them also. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a truck, or anyone in need of work done on their vehicle.

I highly recommend CT Auto & Towing. I had been told by Honda that my vehicle had a significant AC issue, and came in for a second opinion. Casey concluded there was no issue, saving me $$$. Since then, they've been helpful with maintenance, and other problem solving. They are courteous, honest and I'm very glad I found them.

I wish I could give these guys a 6/5 rating. *THE BEST* customer service I have experienced in a long time and extremely knowledgable about cars.I was having issues with my car starting, none of the mechanics before them I went to could figure out what was wrong and kept telling me it was nothing and charging me for services I didn t need.then I had these guys recommended for me and they did a phenomenal job, they diagnosed what was the actual problem, fixed my car PROPERLY & even called a few days later to check up on how it was doing. Absolutely outstanding, will be taking my car back to them every time going forward

I highly recommend CT Auto & Towing LLC. They did excellent work on my 2012 Ford Focus and now my mother's 2014 Honda Civic. The prices are very affordable and the staff is honest in their diagnosis of the car's problems. Will definitely do business with again.

I know the owner for some time, and have a great respect for him and how he grows his business by providing honest service, properly diagnosing problems and repairing only what is needed. For example - I have my oil done in a dealership, which comes with number of recommendations. Then I bring my car to CT Auto for a second opinion, which usually saves me money, as some repairs may not be necessary and what I have ultimately done comes for less than in a dealership.

Car wouldn t start. AAA came out they couldn t get it to start either. Suspected it was the starter motor. So on recommendation I got it towed to CT Auto and Towing. The next day Casey said it looks like the starter and set about getting a new one, (which apparently on a Jaguar XK8 wasn t easy, especially for an after market one. And once found would be 3.5 hours labor. So looking at $900. He then called me the following day and said it started once the battery was fully charged. And he tried it 30 times without a problem. Total charge $60. How many mechanics would have changed the starter and made $900. I love the honesty and will definitely use again.

CT Auto is a top notch professional repair shop.CT Auto zeros in on the root cause and does not expand the workscope or price.I have a great confidence that the repairs are focused on the specific problemCT's crew back-ups there work with the OEM Technical data without additional expenses or surprisesI don't think about going to the dealer or any other shop anymore.Best Regards, Joe Sciano

Fantastic service from Casey. I was recommended to go here for my check engine diagnostic and he not only checked my codes for free but explained the possibilities of what could be wrong and offered to reset the code for me before emissions, twice. He helped me understand the problem, not just do the check engine reading, and they corrected misinformation about what parts to buy that I recieved other places. They are saving me a lot of money and trouble with their recommendations. This is all before I've spent a dime with them. But I'll be getting my auto work done here in the future based on the level of service, knowledge and honesty I've experienced here.
