AWFUL! zero starts. I called the business and the lady at the reception straight up shouted at me for no reason. Literal worst business experience i've ever had in my life. ZERO STARS.

My friend received a phone call from the police informing him that his stolen car had been located just two blocks away from the garage. The car was towed to the garage without our consent. Upon arrival, the staff refused to allow us to inspect the vehicle before demanding a payment of $463 for towing. After reluctantly paying the fee, we were shocked to find that the car had been stripped bare no engine, no tires, nothing remained. I must admit, I have more respect for the thief who stole the car than I do for this garage, unless, of course, they are in cahoots.Bunch of crooks.

ZERO STARS it looks like some things don t change! I see why all the bad reviews. The lady at the front desk is RUDE and has no manners. It doesn t matter if you are right or wrong she will not give you the benefit of listening to your point. I don t understand why the owners do not do anything about it reading so many negative reviews. Family or not of the owners terrible customer service. YOUVE BEEN WARNED of the service!

All around unpleasant experience. Woman operating phones is extremely rude and unpleasant. She sounds as though she doesn't even want to be there and doesn't want to be bothered. Needs to be replaced, but most likely a family member, so that won't happen. Jim is a nice guy, but had me send pics of problem area on my truck and said he would get back to me within 30 minutes. A week passed... I didn't hear back, so I sent him a follow-up text and nothing. A second week passed and I called him only for him to tell me the part I need is not available. He rushed me off the phone so fast the he abruptly hung up and didn't give me a chance to ask what I was going to ask. Unfortunately, customer service there won't ever change, because it's been like that forever. What that area needs is a top notch competitor with decent customer service where people can go to instead.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Our company vehicle was towed due to being broken down. When we arrived on site the grumpy old lady at the desk, Betty, was the rudest human being I have ever met. I have worked in customet service for over 10 years and never meet someone so rude. She must have a miserable lonely life. She told us we had to sign the title before she would tell us the price of selling the title. She said do you read the alphabet A - Z or Z - A? We were super nice to her. She then told us our son and I had to wait in the car with no explanation. After seeing all the reviews about this place I cannot believe they haven't fired this old miserable lady. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Over priced. Even the small things. Went to buy a rear light cover and it was $100 for 1 side. Got L&R side for $65 elsewhere. I went in person because the lady on the phone kept hanging up on me. She was just as rude in person. And one of the men working there asked if I need help I told him what I was there for and he priced me even lower for just the one side. So I'm not sure whether he wanted to pocket the money or she was pocketing the extra money. So I never went back there again. Let me just say that that was a few years ago and still to this day I don't call or go there at all

I have been trying to get my stuff from my car for over a month but they are making it impossible. But of course they had no problem taking my money for the storage fee. The woman who answers the phones is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my entire life.Edit: ok they disposed of my car without notifying us. With all my belongings still in the car. Pretty sure that's illegal.

I had a hit and run with my vehicle. Corona auto body service Peter help me out with a couple parts I didn t he did put the labor and I purchased the parts I will recommend this place to everybody that really need a helping hand and they don t have a lot of money to spend he just fix my car in the meanwhile until the car insurance came Through. Had a great experience

As many other people have stated, the woman working the front desk answering phones is EXTREMELY rude for no reason. I get that customer service can be stressful, but don't be rude to customers that are being polite to you. Seems like MANY people have had the same terrible experience with her. She needs to be fired.

I work for the transportation company and called to confirm the car for pick up , and the lady on the phone was shockingly rude. I had some question, and she was speaking like i am in army, and hang up the phone several times. The i asked for the manager, she said she is the manager and hung up again, I called again and asked fo rthe manager and again she said no and hung up. That is so unporfessional and shocking, that i had to write the review, even though i never get bothered by that. First time i faced such a treatment.

I've never had an issue with Corona's! Honestly kind of shocked at the reviews since they were always so pleasant with me. We received tremendous help when the program I was running in Hartford had a break down with one of their vehicles.I've since turned to them for body work and parts and always had a wonderful experience - by phone or email.They have a diverse staff and nice employees, from my experience.

As far as the towing goes, I had a great experience this morning with Coronas. I was using the towing coverage through my insurance, and was very pleased when Hippie arrived much quicker than I would have expected, especially with how far away from the shop I was, in addition to my sub-par job giving him an accurate location. He was extremely friendly and professional, and even gave me a hand getting my vehicle back into my garage. I absolutely recommend them! Thanks

Ok business. Told me that the part was on the shelf on the phone and also charged me a higher cost than what was quoted when I got there.I waited an hour and a half in the waiting area and while there. 3 different customers had the wrong things ordered. One person it was an electrical part that could not be returned. Be careful

Just so ppl know the rude old lady everybody's having a problem with her name is Betty, she is not the owner. They have had my husband's and my car for over a month. I called today to find out how much longer and she had the nerve to tell me the car is done and she has the keys and that the car can be picked up in the morning. Also she said that if I go I have to stay outside the gate because I wasn't allowed on the premises mind you she's not the owner and that vehicle is also in my name. So I will be calling the police and getting a lawyer.

I purchased a car through property Room which coronas autoparts handles their vehicles. I was concerned and called 3 times to Corona auto parts Just to ask questions but the lady on the other line receiving the call is very rude and Speaking to me in a very slow voice like I do not understand what she is saying Why can't they just hear the customer out and answer their questions and not be mad that the customer keeps calling and asking questions when the car is not ready for pick up it's part of doing business. If they don't like dealing with online auction costumers then get out of the business just saying. Friendliness goes a long way Especially For business.

Very unprofessional. I was in an accident and my car was towed here. They told me the car is totaled, which I understood and can junk it right there. They would not let me get my personal belongings that I needed for work like a key for a safe at my job and some clothes, without paying the tow fee and storage fee. Now I can see that making sense if I planned on taking the car out of there. I am giving them a bmw 328is, which they will chop up and sell for parts, which I know they will make more than decent money on. The lady at the front desk or whoever answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional. What the hell are they going to do with my clothes in the car? Why not let me get them instead of trying to rape me for money on a car that I did not call you to tow? I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau next.

This place is horrible!!! First of all, they answered the phone without introducing themselves. Just Hello. I thought I had the wrong number.Secondly, I just called asking for a part and quote. I was told they might have the part but not the same colour. Then he tells me to get a quote from the dealer and get back to them. Once I told him the quote, he hangs up on me!!!He says, "Go with that and don't bother coming here. Click!"Uhhhh Hello!!!Never again!!!!

Lady at the front desk answering phones is extremely rude to customers. Reading back on the reviews, it looks like I am not the only one that thinks the same. She should not be working at a place where customer service should be a priority. She does not care or wants to help customers. The first time I called she hung up the phone, the second time, she was straight up rude and did not want to answer my questions.

They are thieves. Unscrupulous company. They try to get you however they can. Disgusting customer service. I can't even type my eexperiences with them. Too long. If you choose to use them or forced to like I was. Good luck. ( I'm sure their acquaintances gave them a 5 star. So they don't look as bad. ) I wish their was a negative star. That's how bad they are.

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews for this place! I called last week to schedule a pickup for an old 1970's pickup truck that's been sitting in our lot for like 15+ years. Every other junk yard I called gave me an issue, asking if we had paperwork on it, like obviously not! This Corona place is amazing. Came in to check out the pickup truck buried underneath hazardous branches, a tree literally was grown onto the truck. They pulled it out for us and took care of it. Thanks guys so much! REALLY GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Anyone thinking to get any kind of service from Corona's Auto Parts you will be making one of the worst mistakes of your life. I would never see a place rated two stars and do any form of transaction with them, I'm telling you this because this happened to me and I never had nothing to do with them but the Auction Company had the car parked at their location for me to pickup and those on phone communications with Corona's was one of the worst. I even reported the case because Corona's Employees were rude and indiscipline most especially a female Customer Representative, she shouts at you hang up calls on you. The Employees are all don't cares... IT WON'T BE A SURPRISE TO HEAR THAT CORONA'S AUTO PARTS AND TOWING IS SHUT DOWN FOREVER.

I set up a tow, I called to confirm if the tow got to my vehicle yet and the lady on the other end of the phone was extremely rude. She couldn t reach out to the driver and told me she didn t have time for this because she was leaving In 20 minutes. She was then yelling at me over the phone and hung up on me. I would not recommend them if this is the customer service they provide. Extremely rude to her customers and miserable.

Lady in the office is the worse biash ever she needs to get lay, she's the reason they lost me as a customer. She's rude n disrespectful. I Dnt understand why the owner keeps her around. Dud, she's chasing ur customers away look at ur reviews what's wrong with u....

I called these people for an altinator, completely respectful as anyone would given I need their assistance. A "gentleman" in parts gets on the phone and tells me to buy a new one after I had given him the year make and model of my car. Then proceeds to hang up in my face....I called him back of course and asked why he had hung up on me. He then Gave me the answer he should have given me in the first place which was they do not have them in stock. But if so they'd be $80! For a used altinator that you don't have??!?And your rude on top of it..Never again. Very bad experience.

With gas prices as high as they are us as smart consumers call and shop around for car parts and prices so it saves time and money and the place of businesses time as well why have customers at your store physically if you don't even have what they need? So why the hell do you hang up on people trying to call to find out the price and if your even ha e the parts in the first place? This is the 4rth time I called and I got one question answered each call and was hung up on each time and the answers I got were uumm idk the price no idea of the price just bring your car in ..first of all it needs to be towed why the hell would I tow it there if you won't tell me for sure how much it is or if you even have the part. People save your time and money this place is horrible and upsetting don't ruin your day with the ignorant people that work here I agree with all of these reviews & I don't know how they are in business.

I had an accident on June 25, and my car was brought to your garage by "Hippie". He arrived promptly, was very professional, yet kind and caring He went over and above letting my dog ride in the cab of the flatbed. he talked to me on the way to Corona's, more to calm me down than anything. I felt very fortunate to have had such service in the midst of a very upsetting experience. Thank you Hippie!

They did not have the fender I needed in stock but located one the same color in Boston. Ordered it, three days later had it in Hartford. Slightly more expensive than buying the part new but saves me the expense of painting it. Staff was friendly and easy to work with.
