This shop is an absolute gem. From the friendly owner to the service on the phone i highly appreciated the continuous support. But above all the end result on my car is just mindblowing. This shop does not cut corners ! Thanks again Collision Solution

Ray and Liz are incredible. They ve worked on 3 of my cars over the years and I wouldn t trust anyone else. They make the whole process seamless from start to finish.

When there a couple months ago to fix my front and I noticed is getting out more no more, they never clipped the bumper and they charged me extra for everything they used saying the my insurance didn t cover it. I didn t say anything because I needed my car to work but this is absurd and totally unfair. I hope in God they keep the business going. Because from my side I ll never come back and I ll make sure other people I know won t go either.

Collision Solution repaired my Jeep Wrangler, including replacing the frame of the car after it was almost totaled. The integrity and quality of the work was better than world-class. Ray and his team made sure every detail was handled and even the mechanical work was HANDS DOWN the best I have ever seen. I cannot express how much I appreciate their work and integrity. 5-stars and worth the wait (they are popular and busy for a good reason)Service: Body & Trim

The guy looked at my car for like 3 min without really doing anything and then quoted me like 8 grand for just parts! I took it immediately to another shop and the damages were mainly cosmetic and I was quotes 2000 for parts! I do not recommend collision solution!they want is money

This is HANDS DOWN the best place to get body work done in Connecticut. My fianc� s Jeep Wrangler was almost totaled by our 10yo twin girls in the driveway in March (long story). Collision Solution came recommended and had a long wait to get the car in for repairs. HOWEVER IT WAS HIGHLY WORTH THE WAIT. Ray and his team did an incredible job on the body work and frame replacement. His mechanical subcontractor was so amazing as well, we drove to Manchester to also thank them in person. My fianc� has never been so happy with the work quality and integrity this organization showed during the repair process. If there was a 6 star rating, we would be giving it to Ray and his team at Collision Solution.

During one of the most stressful times of my life, collision solution and their Staff were there to help me. My Rav 4 had extensive damage after I was hit hard out of state. I brought it in to the shop and although it took almost 2 months, the job that was completed is impeccable. The staff is super friendly and helpful and communication is transparent. Ray was helpful and kind he was very responsive, helped me navigate the insurance process, and had Enterprise ready with a rental car while ours was being fixed. I appreciated his calls to update me on the progress every few days, so I was not left wondering what was going on. They did $7,000 in repairs to our Subaru after we were hit, and it looks great. They returned it to us vacuumed out and clean. I am happy to find a repair shop in our area to trust!

I went to Collision Solution to fix my side view mirror, and I am beyond satisfied with the service I received! I was welcomed by a smiling staff, and everyone was kind and helpful throughout my entire visit. The staff thoroughly explained the process of replacing my mirror, and answered all of the questions I had regarding the repair. It was clear that they were knowledgeable and experienced! I cannot recommend this business enough!! Thank you again!! :)

My Subaru was damaged in an accident and I took it to Collision Solutions in West Hartford. They made arrangements with rental car company and interfaced directly with my insurance company - completely painless for me. They called me twice a week to let me know how the repair was progressing, and the quality of the repair is excellent. It took a bit longer than expected, but it really didn t matter to me as insurance was paying for the rental car. I don t know that I would go here if I were looking for a cheap fix, but for a good as new fix subsidized by insurance, I would HIGHLY recommend.

Collision Solution took my car in the day after the accident, and worked faster than most shops would. I was provided with informative updates every other day and felt very assured my car was in good hands. I received my completed car close to the estimated completion date and it drives better than it did the day I drove it off the lot! Fantastic service and great people, highly recommend this shop!

Collision Solutions in West Hartford did a fantastic job for me. It's not very often that one comes across a company that does exactly what they say they will do, but Collision Solutions is one of them. Thanks for your fantastic. I know who to recommend to my friends in West Hartford if they need collision or body work done It will be collision Solutions.
