I was just at auto Zone, and Jocelyn Montes, auto zone employee was extra ordinary in helping me replace my car battery, with out her help I would have been without my car for a whole day. She really went the whole 9 yards to help me. Thank God for her, what an angel send from above. God bless you Jocelyn always .

Raj was amazing and went way above and beyond in providing me with help. He researched the parts I was looking for (LED light bulbs) and instantly found the correct size. His knowledge base was impressive and, even more, he actually installed the bulbs for me!I ll be going to AutoZone on New Britain Avenue, West Hartford anytime I need something for my vehicle.Thanks again, Raj!

Had to come on here to make sure to recognize good people doing good things!!Raj at 997 couldn t have offered better service. He was knowledgeable on what I needed help with and even went the extra mile to show me and help me install my new part! I really appreciate it so much!

Looking for replacement head lights for my vehicle salesperson greeted me as soon as I walked in, asked what I needed and started her search for the part number Raj joined in and not only found what I needed, he listened to my issue, came outside checked my lights and fuses replaced them within a few minutes. What a great experience and top notch team! Thank you!! JP

Took a while to get an assistant's attention to ask about car cleaning products even though there was only 1 other customer in the shop. Eventually when we called someone to help us, he did not understand English and was not able to assist. Another assistant helped but gave little advice on cleaning products.

I needed a battery for my car remote, so I stopped at Auto Zone. To my surprise, Raj, the store mgr helped me. He opened the remote, found the correct battery, and replaced it in a few minutes... wow! He made my day :-)

AutoZone is number one if we don't have it you can order it it be later on today or the latest tomorrow October 28th 2023 6:26 p.m. God bless America and all the automobiles that we have with gasoline power and Diesel electric vehicles going to frail and they blow up when you charge them look into it before you buy one you don't want to blow up what you kids in it and kill them

I went to Auto zone for parts for my jeep, they were able to help me right away. Employees were very nice & respectful. I will continue to use/recommend this Autozone.

I visited this store to have my battery checked because I suspected I needed a new one. The staff, Raj, was friendly and informative. He asked questions to rule out any other issues. Turns out I needed a new battery. He replaced my battery in no time. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Thank you Raj and the rest of the team for your help today! This store will be my go to for reliable and friendly service!

The 2 gentlemen working were very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed. I was able to change out my headlight very quickly in the parking lot. Very glad they were open at 8:45pm on a Monday.

So I know I m late is been probably like 2-3 months but I never forgot. I want to say thank you to AJ or maybe not saying his name right. But he looks Indian and skinny guy . But thank you for been so amazing helped that day and was able to put that piece in my car for my headlight the cable was burned and he came out of his way wow with no problem this guy cares about the costumer and will never forget that experience. We need more people like him in this world amazing guy and he know who he is. thank you for your help!

This place is great!! My battery died down the street and Jocelyn came down in her own car, jumped my car and then helped me get back to the store and replaced my battery ! Thank you Jocelyn!

Came here for new wipers. Giovanni was incredibly helpful, finding the right ones for my car and installing them. Great customer service!!

I went to this AutoZone to by some wipers and wiper fluid. an employee there named RAJ was so kind enough to change out my old wipers with the new ones and he also put in the wiper fluid for me. Awesome customer service he made my morning

RAJ was so helpful. He put on my wiper blades, did diagnostics testing. It was such a relief it was just my gas knob was not on tight.He also put a battery in my keys.I would of spent hundreds going to the Toyota dealership.Raj was so nice and professional. I will be back.

They are no help they don't care assist you on minor things say they don't have time horrible customer service got people working there don't know how talk clear English they're just stupid zone cheap defective parts

I must admit, the AMAZING manager there, ( His name I think was ) Ruben definitely restored my faith in customer service!not only was he helpful in finding the right parts for my car, but he also helped me install them. He even helped put on my license plates!He went above and beyond and would not give up until the job was totally complete And I was totally satisfied.That is now the location I send all my friends to! I recommend the AutoZone in West Hartford Hartford

Raj was really helpful especially in this cold. He took his time with helping me and mom but a battery on the car and put oil in it as well. I can say that he looks like he really loves his job. Amazing work Raj!! I would definitely recommend everyone to see him at autozone if you need assistance with your car.

I purchased headlights and running lights for our family van three days ago. Ruben, the store manager, offered to help me install them, so we did it together right in the parking lot. It was super helpful - far above and beyond what I expected!! Thank you!

Unfortunately Marlene wasn't didn't care what my reasoning was. As she continued to repeat herself loudly.One store sold me a item and told me it had a lifetime warranty. Apparently it didn't. I tryed to apply the warranty that's when i found out.So i get penalized for a employee giving false information.As i listen to her responding to me like I'm trying to get over.As a customer we are not always privy to the same info you are. And as proven in the past many times you guys makes mistakes.Thanks for not offering no customer satisfaction Marlene. I gave a 2 because atleast one employee was trying to correct somthing that obviously wrong with my transaction.

My mom and I walked into AutoZone looking for a bulb for her car but she was super confused and didn't even know which bulb needed replacement. Raj took a look at the car, picked what she needed right off the shelf, and even replaced it for us! He was awesome & we were out the door in less than 5 minutes A++ customer service!

We needed a new battery and got quick, friendly help from Luis M. He tested our old battery to make sure it was bad, got the right battery for our car, installed it and took the old battery for us. Thanks for the great service!

Some individuals dont realize that you can recycle car Batteries!!!For money wow!!!No they rather leave the Batteries in the yard with the terminal cover off exposing the acid to animals.Got 20 bucks for two BatteriesPurchased Exhaust fluid.Thanks tenants
