In spite of the fact that it was a busy Saturday morning, the manager here had to make a couple of calls to get cash out of the safe for return for a battery, but he was very pleasant and you can tell he was a little bit frustrated because he had two brand new employees who needed his help with every transaction, but he maintained his school and help me out, and I m very appreciative

Chrissy was AMAZING! I had a bad experience at another auto parts store and came here to get the assistance I need. Not only did Chrissy have better customer service than the other store but she helped me install the light I bought. I ll definitely be coming back any time I need something for my car. I stopped at this Auto Zone last night because a friend let me know my headlight was out. Who wants to get a ticket for that? Not me. I had been to this location before for small things but had never had such great service as I did last night. I m sorry I didn t catch the name of the employee that helped me. But he was super polite and kind. I know he told me he is from San Juan in PR. This employee even followed my daughter and I outside and put the headlight in for me. I ve done it myself a couple times but it was dark and I was so grateful for him. Thank you for saving me from struggling in the parking lot for 30 minutes on a school night. No one has ever offered to do this for me before. I ve always been on my own with it. I appreciate you so much. It may not have been a big gesture for you, but it meant a lot to us.

Like the store itself sometimes the staff is rude. Or they don't pay attention when pulling parts and they pull the wrong ones on pick up orders.

This by far is the most incompetent AutoZone I ve ever been to. Particular one Hispanic fellow on the staff needs to be retrained he s constantly giving out incorrect information and saying we don t carry that to every request without even checking. The vile amount of incompetence in this shop is unbearable there s no organization and the employees aren t properly trained. They give out incorrect information all the time, and no nothing about the store. If you want a head ache go to this store. Also they randomly close or just lock the doors when they don t feel like working.6/20/23 6 PM doors were locked and the hours are until 9 PM. They continuously do this. God knows what they re doing in the back of the shop during this time. Do better AutoZone this shop is soiling the company name.

I've been going to the store for years lately. I've been treated by new employees. Being very rude. Treat me as this dude, constantly making me buy products that are unneeded for the maintenance of my vehicles. Constantly doing unnecessary transactions and my credit card. given the worst advice I can get. This is an convenient do that I have to now change my primary Autozone story to be able to be treated as a human being.

Clerks have no idea what they're doing. Came in to pick up ball joints. Guy takes two seconds and says "I dont see any ball joints, do you?". Then gets confrontational like I'm accusing him of lying. Older guy comes over and points out the two boxes sitting right on top that are the parts I ordered. If the guy took more than 0.5 seconds to look and paid attention, I'd have been in and out in 30 seconds. Instead it became a 5 minute back and forth that wasted everyone's time and energy. If I could rate lower I would. This is the SECOND time I've had this issue here, otherwise I wouldnt be writing this review.

I had the opportunity to work with Brandon P at this location. All I have to say is WOW! His customer service is off the charts. He was at the store alone dealing with customers, phone calls, and even other stores calling with questions; all with ease! I will definitely be returning to work with him again.

Excellent service there. Had to take the time out to say a big thank you to the team and that store manager you got there.Akeem did an extraordinary job. Greeted me at the door installing my battery exactly 7:30 am, I thought I would have to do it by myself also he provided me with great advice about the battery grease and things to clean out my gas tank. He went above and beyond for me and my family the other day.Customer service off the chain. Well done again.

Came in for a battery the female working ( said her name was octavia) gives me the wrong battery. I go to return it once I figure it out and she proceeds to not care at all and is more occupied with being on her phone. The second time around I got the right battery thanks to bringing my son along. Do better with your staffing mistakes happen but this individual showed not decency and acted as if she couldn t be bothered with helping customers or to do her actual job.

Alexander S. really went the extra mile to help me out last week--i bought a couple quarts of oil, and then accidentally dropped my oil cap into the engine compartment while putting the oil in. He told me they didn't have one for my make/model in stock, but came out to my car and helped me fish it out. Much appreciated!!

To start, the store didn't have the parts the website said they did. Then when I asked a worker for help she gave me attitude immediately despite me asking very politely. I said "excuse me is there someone available to help me?" And and replied with "you can give me a minute". Then when she finally got to the counter I told her what I was looking for and she said "what's the part number" and when I told her I was not sure she said "then how do you want me to look it up?" MAYBE THE COMPUTER YOUR ON. Stay away from here they don't deserve your money.

Two out of the three employees were beyond unprofessional. There was two gentlemen and one lady. The two gentlemen were very unprofessional one of the gentlemen used way too much profanity language in front of too many customers in my opinion the unprofessionalism of this store is always been an issue at this location and at the other location in specific to how many times I have been here and had issues and never left a review it speaks for all of those times very unknowledgeable and unprofessional stands for the name of the AutoZone this is exactly why we go to Napa

Yesterday I went to this store location because my car battery was not working. I was impressed with the level of customer service! It was a snowstorm, and the store manager Akeem I observed was there alone at the time. He was friendly and professional. he didn't want to leave me trending on the street, so he changed my battery. I would defiantly recommend others to this location!

Every time you go in here somebody's either eating their lunch or dinner at the counter while they're trying to check you out it's rude there's other people that can cover them there while they eat in a more appropriate place. Half the time you go in there they give you the wrong parts and then when they give you the wrong parts and you want to bring it back unopened and with the receipt they tell you that you can't unless there's a manager there especially with electronics what I just left here 10 minutes ago you sold it to me you can't give me my money back they need to work on that policy I will say they do greet me every time I walk in the door that's about the only good quality of experience that I have experienced here

I was returning a few items because they didn't fit on my car and the representative Akeem was tremendous...not only with me but also with other customers. I was truly amazed how he multitasked on multiple registers to help all the customers with ease. If there was more stars then I would give more.

I have been to this AutoZone many times and usually am met with nothing but helpfulness. Yesterday I went and I, again, was met by a very nice older man. But the manager, who was behind the counter on her phone (seemed like FaceTime), two feet away from us, was yelling at someone to take a candle off a glass table or something along those lines. She was even trying to show the man while he was checking me out and he respectfully ignored her, like he should. I was trying to tell the man my phone number and she was literally screaming at her phone so loud that I had to yell my phone number in order for him to hear me. This whole time I could tell the older man was embarrassed for her behavior but couldn't say anything.My partner had to go to AutoZone the other day and had an even worse situation with the manager. The whole time he was in the store she was yelling about how she was upset with the employees or something and then her and another co-worker went to the back of the store and she continued yelling and almost bragging about how they mistreat customers and how she treats all customers as thieves. He was ready to checkout and waited about 20 minutes before she ended up coming back to the front of the store.If it was up to me I would immediately demote that woman and give the older man who worked the night of 5/21/20 a raise. She is a horrible employee and has absolutely no respect for the customers. Maybe fake respect but nothing genuine. The one and ONLY reason this review is getting 2 stars is because of the man who was very kind and helpful to me while having to deal with the constant screaming of that "manager". He does not deserve to have to deal with that unprofessionalism.

Today I was having a very bad day. This world is just so rude. But after leaving AutoZone. I felt so so much better. Very polite very thoughtful and working in this hot heat weather outside trying to help me get my vehicle rite. Going the extra mile to help. I forget the guys name, But God bless him. Well, I tried getting the attention of a girl name Octavia there and she was completely ignoring me and instead would have rather just kept talking to her guy coworker. Very frustrating that I had to go to another store to get help..

Had the chance to speak with a wonder Sales clerk I think his name was Jada it began with a J he was so helpful pleasant and taught me something about my Toya s Camry.. gave me a good deal on my car part.. located on main street East Hartford..I told him i was great full being a woman 74 yrs old he was so helpful..Its was a pleasant personality.. thanks
