I came here for some brakes and rotors, Nicky P was very helpful and she even gave me a few deals. She was patient and kind. The service here was all around great and quick!

Called jus now and spoke with the rudest girl sounds like she doesn t even wanna b at work saying she s not hearing me as if that s my fault wen im hearing her loud and clear then she jus rudely pass the phone to someone else. AMA go Napa even if it s more expensive terrible customer service

Wish I could give ZERO STARS!! Horrible. Employee not paying attention to simple detail like front or rear rotors caused delay for multiple hours. Employees is allegedly a manager. 5 hours for a simple break replacement cause employees gave wrong product 3 TIMES!!!!!!!!

Complaint About Poor Customer Service at AutoZone Parts StoreDear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your AutoZone Parts store located at 1487 Albany Ave, Hartford, CT 06112, on 8/20/23 at around 8:02 am.During my call, I was placed on hold three times for more than 10 minutes each, and the Store Associate eventually disconnected the call after each hold. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. This incident left me frustrated and upset.As a loyal customer, I expect a higher level of service and professionalism. I hope you will investigate this matter and take steps to ensure better customer experiences in the future.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I placed an online order for parts last summer. I never got a call back. Nor did the parts become available, the next day (as promised) or 2 days later.When I came in to get my refund. After multiple emails and phone calls to customer service. I was told to go to the stores in question.I knew it would be a hassle. Indeed it was.The 1st time, the mgr was not in. The 2nd time, I was told by him, "no refund" would be forthcoming.When I pressed the issue, asking to speak to someone above him. He relented and gave me my money. While also deleting my AutoZone Rewards / online acct. without my approval or knowledge.That erased my "lifetime brake pads" info and other store (Blmfld) refund, too.I will be contacting his higher up. This is ridiculous. I have been using AutoZone since 2002.It's always been a hassle, if ur returning anything (not once til 2023) or honoring their "Lifetime brake pad" offers.Sad !

I had a great customer experience at the AutoZone store on Albany Avenue in Hartford today. I needed a new battery and they had the kind I needed in stock. Brandon was super helpful. He helped me remove the old battery and install the new one! Great job Brandon! Thank you again!

Horrible customer service, they said that I didn t know what I was talking about which is why I came to ask them the question about the ac recharger and they made fun of my old car. Also No one wanted to go and look at my car to even try to understand what I was trying to ask until I asked every single one of the employees at the registers. I know my car is old and I don t care but you d think they d be more professional and helpful. Don t waste your time or money here. I ll never go back. Too many miserable people in one place.

Always helpful and knowledgeable when u deal with the right people some people working here have a attitude and be on they phone loud for all customers to hear...not professional but other then that never an issue

Customer service was outstanding the young man who assisted me I wish I knew his name he wears glasses and he presented his self extremely well.In short He was very KnowledgeableAccommodating and Soooooo Helpful this Sunday Morning 1/30/21A... NATURAL. He even pointed the special on the fuel injector I needed to purchase.I left Albany Avenue AutoZone a Happy Camper!!! Thank U Young Man

This was a pretty middle of the road place. There seemed to be some staffing issues, as there were far fewer than I'd have expected. Otherwise, there was nothing to make this place stand out form anywhere else.

Great shop. Security for safety. Helpful staff too. I wanted there to be a book I could look up the parts that I needed, but there wasn't which lead to me having to ask them to look it up. Of course they had no issue with that, but it would have been nice to do it on my own. One of the guys actually put in two parts that I bought right on the spot which was very kind. Looking for filters was a little overwhelming because things were in logical order, but regardless one of the members found what I needed quickly. Great place to go.

Poor customer service skills. They just make you not want to come back cause you know you just may get some negativity. Only two people up front manager in back probably doing nothing while his front end is falling apart. Asst mgr running around and one associate. No one was on the floor. The manager must be lazy. He should have been helping out front.

Great!!CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! OUR FEMALE ASSISTANT CAME OUT IN THE FREEZING RAIN TO ASSIST US IN MAKING SURE OUR WINDSHEILED BLADES FIT. ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!!!! KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF ,READY TO ASSIST YOU AND ABUNDANCE OF PRODUCTS OFFERED.I WAS AMzed at this committe oriented business! Totally satisfied customer!!!

I purchased caliper online and return cite caliper in box sent from AutoZone and the guy said you got a receipt and I showed him the receipt on my phone and he failed to see the receipt in box, so I drove all the way to Middletown to get the core, you can t pay me to go to this store, and the ratings for here are at 3.8 got to take that into account too

If I can give it negative stars I would. This spot is a joke! 3 people in line, 4 people working. One lady was just at the computer, 1 guy was drumming on the counter with the ladies son, telling him you have to keep the rhythm, start off slow & build up the beat. Ask your mother there (That s how I knew the child behind the counter belonged to the lady on the computer. Another guy was walking around the store texting, & the ONE person that was helping a customer, once he was done walked away. I was in line for 25 minutes-there was only 3 people in line. When I was up next, 3 people walked in & they completely ignored me & the 1 guy took care of them. I said something & they guy was like I ll try to be quick sweetheart . Auto zone needs to go into this store & give their employees proper training. I will NEVER go to this autozone again. I d prefer to drive an additional 10-15 minutes to another one

Prices ok, but could use better help at the counter. Associate transposed the numbers on some rotors & had to come back to exchange after my car was already without front tires. Wasted a friend's time & gas.
