Valerie is VERY knowledgeable about cars and a professional. My check engine light came on yesterday, while driving and I stopped in to get it checked out. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and diagnose the EXACT problem my car was having. Very satisfied customer

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They provide great service anytime I come through their commercial line. Extremely pleased. I spent $240 on a battery the last time I was here but my car sounded so strong once installed. Thank you!

I can t say enough about how amazing the team is at this location! Not only did they greet me immediately and friendly but worked together to answer my questions and help me figure out what I needed for my 2017 Jeep I just got. Valerie was so helpful and got my Jeep good to go in no time! Thanks AutoZone for the wonderful service with a smile. You all rock!

Bought a light for my turn signal and NOBODY in the store was able to change it for me. How do you have employees working at auto zone but NOBODY is trained enough to change a light bulb?

Auto zone is a place if you wanted to hear the workers talk about when we going to get high. Other then that you'll have to wait until they're done talking who's going to get it and then you'll get your turn to buy what you need. Don't take it wrong, as far as knowledge about the parts and where it's at they are good. But things like that should wait until after work. It's funny cause I'm still going there .

I called the store to see if they had a headlight lightbulb in stock and they did. I arrived shortly after and Maileen greeted me and asked how she can help me. When I stated that I had just called, she said oh yes, grabbed the light bulb, rang me up and walked out to my car and changed it out, all in less than 10 minutes. She was very friendly, professional and efficient. My daughter was driving to Boston that night so it was a huge help to have it replaced so quickly. THANK YOU!!!

Before coming to the store, I called to inquire if they provided battery testing and installation. The employee who answered the phone said that they did provide those services, so I told her I would come by to get my battery checked and replaced. Upon arrival, I was not greeted by anyone, so I walked up to the register for assistance, only to find the store manager on a cell phone call. She eventually acknowledged me standing there, but another employee came over and assisted me. I told him I was there to get my battery checked and replaced, so we proceeded outside to my car for him to check the battery. He checked the battery and determined that it was a bad battery. After he checked the battery, he told me that he could not replace it because of a fuse he saw under the battery cover. He also stated that he couldn t do it because the car s computer was next to the battery. He claimed that he didn t want to be liable for anything going wrong. I said thank you and proceeded to get in the car, as he went back inside. Once I got in the car, it would not start back up because the battery was dead. I went back inside the store and asked him if someone could give me a jump since I had jumper cables with me. There were three employees, all of which said that they could not help. I asked the employee who performed the battery test for me, if he had any other suggestions for me because my battery was dead and my car would not restart. He said he could not help because he had to make a delivery. He then got into his car and drove off. (I m still unsure why he chose not to give me a jump if he knew my battery was bad from when he tested it).Fortunately, there was another customer who overheard the issue I was having and he offered to give me a jump.This was my first time going to this location and I was very disappointed in the way things were handled and how I was treated.

I needed a new headlight bulb, and I wasn't sure how to put it in. The worker who was waiting on me, asked if I would want his assistance to put the bulb in. I was ecstatic, cuz the manual said you have to go to the dealer to have it done. It took this very conscientious worker less than 5 minutes to remove my old headlight bulb and replace it with the new one. He didn't ask for anything just said have a good day but I felt compelled within myself to give him $5. He was so excited about it and asked me if I was sure. Of course I was sure he did a service for me that would have cost me $30 to $60 at a dealership. Five stars all around thank you AutoZone

The man was willing to help to the best of his knowledge. He knew what i needed where the item was at in the store, He even took the time to walk me to the items i was looking for. He then cashed me out and proceeded to go out to my truck and connect the device for free to tell me why a certain light was on And wouldn't shut off before going back into the store He took the time to check my fluids to make sure the light had nothing to do with the fluids being low. He then brought the hand held machine he had plugged into my truck under the steeringwheel near the fuse box and told me to go with him so he could give me the diagnosis. Add you all at no charge. So he put the code in the computer and printed out a paper that explains the item i need and where it goes in the vehicle and what it's purpose was. I must say he was very helpful to the best of his ability. I wish i knew his name... It was early morning on a Saturday 4/14/18 he had dreadlocks and was very respectful. I would of told his manager how much of a great employee he had but when i was in the store at that time i didn't see anyone besides the man who was helping me. Go to AutoZone At 545 Wethersfield ave in Hartford CT if you want great service!!!

Bad attention. I have been visiting this store 3 times in less than 1 month and every time I go the employees of that place hide so as not to attend to the box and they do not care that there are many people waiting

It is incredible that they do not provide good customer service, how can they allow the customer to leave the store without giving him purchase options or helping him find the item he is looking for even if they pay the difference, that is unacceptable, each company gives up for the same policy, the customer has to leave the establishment satisfied, they don't give a great service and they say they can't do anything to help, the worst customer service I've ever seen.

I went in here 9/7/21 to get a part to connect the heater core wires which were bypassed. All I needed was the part that connected the two rubber hoses so I could just clamp it back together. CHARLIE didn't bother to even look up from using his phone and just seemed to busy as I explained what I needed he again really couldn't be bothered. He interrupted me and said whatever I have is in isle one. There were 3 employees in the store at the time I arrived roughly 8:30am. There weren't any other customers aside of me so its not like they were to busy to take a moment to help me find what I was looking for. AutoZone has been a store I've been going to since I bought my first car when I was 16 so 30 years now and this is the very 1st time I've ever had to complain about an employee that I do believe is an actual Supervisor! The last Review I left was in 2018 when the guy actually came to my vehicle to see what part was needed. Here at this particular AutoZone they could Care less. I went across the street to Advanced auto and they took the time to come out to my Vehicle And Help me get the part needed. Terrible Customer service!!!!!

Literally went into the store at 8pm and the closing gray shirt told me that I wouldn t be unable to purchase or exchange any part. The staff in that store are poor and unprofessional to deal with

Lorenzo was by far the best person to handle my wife and I. Any issue we had, he was there to solve with absolutely no hesitation and with 100% confidence. If you need help with ANYTHING, this is the man to look for. You won t be disappointed. Promise.

Lorenzo W gave my family wonderful customer service today. He has a great attitude that was infectious, even though my car was giving me some troubling signs. He made sure I was educated on the products I bought and even came outside to help me in the rain.

Please, I don t not have much to say about this auto zone. It is one of the worst locations. They Are poorly stocked and their staff is rude and incorrigible. The manager was extremely rude to me as well. I m probably the only one spending real money in the store, while every visible crackhead is Robbing the place blind, she has the nerve to accuse me. The whole experience was laughable. I guess I want Hood enough for her.

Julio is THE man!. Thank you so much for helping me out with my car's headlight bulb. You went above and beyond. I know that was not your job but you didn't doubt in giving me a hand. You didn't give up and your perseverance was above the limits. I honestly walked into the store clueless about which bulb to get. Yeah I know, could have read my car's manual but who has the time for that ha!. Again, thank you so much!. A happy customer here. Will definitely go back in for future purchases

I worked with this company and the lady manager got a attitude in a half and everyone in the store knows how respectful and helpful I am I help no matter what but her customer ask a simple question and she gave straight attitude whats up with that that s not right at all come on now I know the store got potential and customer shouldn t get treated like that

Great customer service. There is a worker there named Jay go to him! He is the best he helped me out a lot. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and what I was missing for my car. I definitely recommend going to this AutoZone. I will definitely be going back there for my car needs
