Well I must say I stand corrected. After this review was posted late on a Friday afternoon, I got a call from the manager, who arranged to have the work done Friday night. Not only did the technician show up, BUT the manager as well. They worked quickly and effectively to calibrate the cameras in the windshield and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. I was completely satisifed with the service recovery and would use them again.Some things never change including the complete and utter incompetence of this company. First they scheduled then cancelled the morning of my first appointment. Second, the windshield installer informed me that, after he finally showed up, second appointment, that the windshield had to be calibrated and that as soon as he closed out his part of the ticket, the person to calibrate would automatically be notified and show up.Hours later NO CALL, I called the Company and was told the "ticket" didn't have calibration on it and they would call me right back and come out today to finish the job, THEY NEVER CALLED BACK OR SHOWED UP.I called twice, later in the day, first time was on hold for 13 minutes, even thought the automated system stated that there was a one minute backlog. Then got a person, who had to transfer me and conveniently hung up on me. Called back on hold for another 15 minutes, even thought the automated system stated that there was a one minute backlog, then got cut off again. Called back a 3rd time at 4.59 and got the answering service.HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great overall experience. I was called the morning of my appointment by the technician who asked me a few general questions. After we hung up he texted me with an ETA and arrived promptly. After a bit of a rough start ( Some miss communication on the phone. ) I had a wonderful pair of professionals fix my window. Including the district manager who had to chase down the proper part. The worse!! Rescheduled my appointment, neglected to contact me about it. Missed the next two appointments, ignored my calls and texts, They only wanted to show up when it was convenient for them. Save your time, contact ANYBODY else.
