My car had been hit requiring body repairs and a rental car - Angelo went above and beyond in not only getting estimates on time, but also with coordinating with the other party s insurance adjuster and even dropped me off at the rental car company. He treats you like family and takes pride in what he does, I didn t have to worry about a thing and the entire process of car repajr was made much less stressful. Would recommend him and his shop highly to anyone who needs Autobody work done.

Had a car accident and brought it in for repair. Angelo is very knowledgable in this field and truly goes above and beyond to make sure that his clients are taken care of. I would 100% recommend him to anyone going through anything similar. His motto is "If you're stressed, I'm stressed too." He truly is an amazing guy with strong communication. I'm glad I came across his shop instead of another because I don't know many places that would put in the type of effort that he does. 5 stars from me.

Angelo and his brother are really nice and helpful! Very friendly as well, I got my car repaired and they negotiated with my insurance company pretty smoothly, the body work they did is pretty nice, looks like new. I don't know the details of price, but I think they give very fair quote.After that when my car got hit and run again, they helped me to put the bumper back , thanks very much!

I had my first fender bender and was very scared. My husband brought the car to Alves Auto Body. They gave us the best quote. They fixed my car to look like it first did when I bought it. They take pride in their work. They are respected and get a good deal of work from area car dealers and rental agencies, which I think is a good sign. Results looked nice to my untrained eyes. I do not know if the turnaround time was typical. If you are looking for a bargain, this is not the place for you. They called back the insurance adjuster for more money on labor for same issues found in initial estimate. They were willing to forgo some of the $500 deductible, but out of principle insisted on $100. The owner claimed he replaced a bumper that was not in the insurance estimate. This was not accurate, as it was listed in the initial estimate.

I am so glad that decided to fix my car at this place! After my past terrible experience with another company, Alves Auto was a blessing in the sky. Angelo has gone extra mile to help me in any step of the process. I am happy to recommend Angelo and his company to everyone who is looking for a body shop. I've had nothing but fantastic experience their. People their are extremely professional. Angelo gets right to the chase and makes the process completely transparent.I am very thankful for everything Angelo and his people have done to solve my problem.

I brought my car here after getting into an accident because it was close to the office. I wasn't expecting to find my new go to auto body place. The guys here are awesome, and go the extra mile on everything. They dealt with the insurance companies, and got me set up in a rental car. When I got the car back it was flawless, and looked better than when I bought it. I live a little over half an hour away and have a few different auto body shops in my neighborhood, but I'll always go to Alves based on how pleasant of an experience it was. Thanks again for all your help.

Staff is extremely courteous. They took care of my car twice and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. After my accident they dealt with the insurance company, the appraiser, the rental company, the works...I felt confident I was in the best hands possible.

I highly recommend this dealership to all in the Hartford area. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. Even more importantly, the service is perfect. In my auto accident they dealt with the inspector with my interests in mind. Then, when I got the car back, it looked immaculate. If it wasn't for the stickers on the windshield I would hardly know it was mine. They even went so far to drive it to me since I could not get into the shop myself. You won't go wrong at this dealer.

Make sure you bring cash they do not take cards they tried to hold my car because of it. I was never told about it when I dropped my car off. They sprayed the inside of my car with some sticky substance all over the place I dont know what it was maybe something from cleaning idk but I had to wipe the whole inside down because it was everywhere.

I've only had an appraisal so far but these guys are clearly fair and reasonable. In fact, they voluntarily said they would fix a couple of dents etc on my vehicle which have nothing to do with the reason I brought the car in. I've never seen that before.

I was stuck on the side of the road at a gas station that was the day we had the bad storm walked over across the street and asked the guy if you'll be able to help me long behold they helped me they let me do the work very quickly cuz they were busy themselves the gentleman was very respectful and help me out you guys are looking to get your car fixed look for a on-site I guarantee you a hundred to one you'll be happy
