So this is my second time taking my car to this shop, I absolutely loved them the first time and absolutely love them the second time as well, it is a bit of a drive but it is absolutely worth it for the work that they do, they work with a lot of high end luxury cars so you know that you are in safe hands and both times my cars has come out looking brand new like nothing ever happened if not better. Their process (at least for tesla's) requires them to fully disassemble the car to actually see the full damage of the car which from there they will keep you updated as the process continues usually with weekly messages just so that you know what's going on with your car which is great, ik a lot of shops that don't do that so to see them do it is awesome. Once you do get your car back they will give you a run down of everything that was done to it, the car will be super nicely detailed and they will leave a nice branded bag to remember them by. I honestly really recommend this shop even if you live a little far, is better to have the work done right than to have someone half a$$ the job is not something you want to deal with, at the end it will be totally worth it and will be happy you took it here.

I brought my 23 Jetta SEL after hitting an animal on the highway. I worked with Eric. My car came back looking better then new. Clear, accurate communication and set clear expectations. After I got my car back, someone dinged it with their door, they took care of it no extra charge. Made me and my car feel, like family.

I'm meticulous about my car's exterior, so even minor scratches bother me. Most people might overlook such small imperfections, but I couldn't. That's why I sought out Airport Auto Body. I sent them photos of the scratches for an initial assessment, and they promptly invited me to bring my car in for repairs.To my surprise, they completely refreshed the exterior paint, making my car look almost brand new. Even more astonishing was that they didn't charge me a cent, citing the minor nature of the scratches. I regretted not having cash on hand to tip the technician, so writing this glowing review is the least I can do.The results speak for themselves; the after-repair photos show a car that looks brand new. While they specialize in collision repairs which I hope to never need again if I ever require bodywork in the future, Airport Auto Body will be my go-to shop.As a delightful bonus, I found a goodie bag in my car when I got home. It contained candies, golf balls, and a pen a thoughtful gesture that exemplifies how I wish all businesses would treat their customers.Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.Service: Painting

Excellent service as always. Communication is always transparent and timely. Joe was great working with the insurance. The repair was top notch and my car was returned immaculate and in show room condition.(looks better than when it rolled out of the showroom floor brand new). I am an extremely particular person when it comes to my cars, however on the occasions that I have had to use airport autobody, I can confidently give them my keys and know they will take care of it. This shop truly takes pride in what they do and run a great business. They give you the white glove treatment. Thank you all for the great repair and ease of the process. You always go above and beyond.

My 2014 VW Jetta suffered major damage from a minor accident. I was hit in the exact wrong spot on the passenger side where fender meets bumper and it was in danger of being totaled. Thankfully Airport Road Auto Body was able to save my car from being salvaged while keeping costs down (found a used fender and headlight for me) and somehow making it look better than ever. I could not be more impressed with their work and thanks to Dan F for keeping me updated throughout. Before-and-after pictures speak from themselves, couldn't be happier.

Just had some minor body work done on my Tesla here and I was very impressed! They responded to my inquiry right away, knew what needed to be done on my car, and was able to get me on the schedule within 7 days from my request. Would highly recommend this body shop!

So glad I chose this shop - all the great reviews did not steer me wrong. If you recently got into an accident and are in need of repairs, I'd highly recommend this shop. First, the service is amazing. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Once I dropped my car off for repairs, I received an update from my service advisor (Joe) on the next steps/process and that's when I knew I was in good hands. Not only that, Joe kept me up to date on the whole process, which I really appreciate. They did an amazing job fixing my car, I could not tell I had been in an accident. I was a bit worried when I heard that white pearl paint is hard to match, but I'm glad to report it was all just in my head. I would not hesitate to come back should I ever need bodywork done again. I'll also be recommending them to my friends and family for sure.

Phenomenal and fast communication and service. Quality repair work - my car came back looking better than it did when I brought it in! They re pros when it comes to managing the insurance company process; it was stress free. When you walk in it looks like you re walking into a car dealership - judge this place by its appearance because everything is first class at Airport Auto Body.

Our insurance was a nightmare, but Airport actually made the whole process amazing. I told Joe I loved their entire operation; from the moment I walked in the door, all the communication back and forth, them coordinating the rental (and letting me leave it behind) - they have an awesome customer experience. But I hope I never have to see them again Loved the little care package on the seat as I was pulling out. They did a phenomenal job. I had this place recommended by two separate Alfa owners and it was absolutely the right call.

This is an amazing business! Here s why:I was extremely delighted with the service and the technical abilities of this shop.It was remarkable from the moment I stepped into this impeccable looking shop (to me it resembled a beautiful car showroom instead of a typical auto body shop.)First, I want to recognize Glenn at the front desk who has an infectious smile and a great heart. You ll see why, next.I took my beloved Porsche Macan SUV for a quote. It had sustained surface damage on the panels in front when I scraped by the painted garage door column. I Googled repair estimates that was in $4-5K range (depends on extent of damage). I told him I m retired and would appreciate if they can minimize the bill. When Glenn examined the damage he told me that it was probably house-paint, and so he will see what he can do. He then offered to repair the damage for FREE!!! No charge! He advised me how they will approach the repair.Result: I was very happy to see the workmanship and they completed job the same day! They cleaned up the house-paint and color-matched in tiny places where they had to apply some compound and buffed the surface. One can hardly tell there was surface damage on my beautiful Porsche!I wholeheartedly recommend this shop for car body work. And I thank Glenn for his kindness in not charging me anything for their superb work. This is an honest business that does marvelous work. Yes, there is a lot of good in this world!

This shop does amazing work. Their attention to detail is immaculate and they went above and beyond to have my car looking like new when it was returned. They even pulled out a small dent that had nothing to do with my claim at no extra cost. I hope I never have to get another repair but if I do, this will be the place I go.

I have had my Tesla Model S in this shop three times, twice after accidents, and have been incredibly impressed with the workmanship. I hope I never have to take my cars anywhere else. This place is amazing in their work and professionalism. I also referred a family member and we both felt that our vehicles looked brand new after the work was done. I went from being upset about the damage, to being thrilled to have a new vehicle!

This is the ultimate place to get your car repaired! This place is unbelievably clean and organized. They take good care of you car and do not spare any expense. I have had the pleasure of working with Airport Road Auto Body recently with some custom body work on my BMW and have been amazed by the level of quality, professionalism, and consistency, attention to detail and treating every customer has family. These quality attributes sets the shop apart from the rest.Joe Cavallaro, who I ve had to privileged to work with a few times has proven to be a trusted advisor who truly has his customers interest at heart and acts with the upmost integrity. You will also find their rates to be fair and reasonable; I highly recommend Airport Road Auto Body to anyone looking for high quality and honest collision repairs or customization large or small! 5 Stars hands down!!

Absolutely blown away by their hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Brought in a new Model Y Tesla in need of some minor body work which would have cost me a fortune but they helped me out at no cost!!! Although I didn t end up replacing everything that was needed, they made it look so much better! Dan Flansbury is the absolute best! They will be receiving my business for years to come.

In this day and age where businesses often forget the value of the customer experience, Jay and the folks at Airport Auto Body go out of their way to do a FLAWLESS job but also put an emphasis on communication and setting (and exceeding) expectations. After our rental insurance lapsed, Airport Autobody let us use a loaner for a couple of days to bridge the gap until the last pieces of the repair was done. My wife's 6 year old SUV now looks BRAND NEW - the paint is blended perfectly, the seams are great, the door hinge is aligned perfectly, calibrations, etc. are absolutely perfect...PERFECT. I'm blown away. Even if the service, communication and the operation itself was a mess I would still be thrilled with the outcome when I look at the vehicle...but I can't think of a more positive experience I've had with regard to auto body repairs. Everything from initial intake, estimates, paperwork, ease of payment, connectivity to the insurance company, etc. was seamless. This is a great operation from end-to-end and the team is a delight to deal with. I wish you all continued success and I can see why the Google ratings are so high.

My tesla model y was involved in a hit and run. I brought it to airport road auto body shop. They did amazing work on the damage bumper and door. They were extremely professional and dealt with the other person insurance for me. They we fast for a tesla fix and only took 28 days to fix. This is the all time best autobody service around. They are perfectionists in their work quality an are very fair with price. Finally, their customer service is absolutely amazing. Airport Road Autobody I the only collision repair service I will ever use. No other shop is even remotely close to their overall level of excellence.

Phenomenal customer service and the actual service. My car needed the trunk adjusted because it was not closing properly. Took it to Tesla and they spent several days and hundreds of dollars and did not fix the issue telling me hinges needed to be replaced. I took it to Airport Autobody and Dan who was super helpful suggested that I leave the car with them so that they can try adjusting the trunk without replacing the hinges. And lo behold within a few hours they had worked their magic and the trunk was in a better condition that when I had taken the delivery of the car.I can t thank Airport Autobody and Dan enough definitely recommend

Our Tesla model Y had quite a lot of damage after being sideswiped by a vehicle going at speed. Airport Autobody was able to accept the vehicle quickly, and was very communicative throughout the process. There were some delays due to Tesla being slow to deliver parts, but Airport Autobody was very communicative and kept me posted about the timeline. I was thrilled to receive the vehicle. Looked brand new! Very professional, high standards.

Airport Auto Body did a great job on my brand new Yukon. It looks brand new again. They always took care of me by working around my schedule and always making sure I had a car. They even took a dent out that had nothing to do with the accident. They truly are the best!!!!

I had a mishap with my Kia EV6 GT. I met with Dan Flansbury and he assured me Airport Auto Body would be able to repair the damage. They did an incredible job! Just like new. Excellent work, stellar customer service! Highly recommend.

Airport auto body was so easy to work with, they worked with my insurance and were hands on in the process. Everything went smooth from dropping off the car to pickup. They included a detailing of the car once the broken door was fixed and their detailing is top notch.

Very easy process. I submitted a photo of the damage and within a day I got an email quoting a price to repair the damage. Once I agreed to the work, an appointment was made. I dropped off my car and picked it up a week later looking like new. The staff were helpful, responsive and friendly. The process was effortless from start to finish. Thank you for the work and making it easy to navigate the auto body repair system.
