Zero star!They are a rip off! Everything is overpriced- I went on eBay to find a part they wanted to charge me $299 for, I found new name brand for $30!They triple amount and markup! They also do not know what they are doing. We took a second time with a second car to give the benefit of the doubt and we realized the second time around that they are greasy!Bad business, not knowledgeable about systems and reprogramming and cost more money in the end for us to fix their mistakes.

What a beautiful atmosphere. The folks are so wonderful and willing to please. Had my windows tinted what a great job. Next week I will have my Keep Cherokee detailed.The best of people.James Jackson.

I brought my vehicle in with some questions regarding tints. The owner Ken was very knowledgeable and helped me out. He took me in the same day and my tints came out perfect. I will definitely be coming back for any car needs.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Action Audio. I brought my car in for tints and then came back for a car starter and both times I got 10/10 service. The customer service and attention to detail keeps me coming back. I recommend Action Audio to anyone who wants high quality service!!

I brought my vehicle into Action Audio for tints and a cleaning and I was very pleased with the service. Kenaiee had great customer service and had me in and out quickly. The quality of the tints was great and the cleaning was perfect. No complaints at all, definitely recommend

I was very impressed with the car detailing I received. I ve had other cars detailed and didn t look half as good. This is my first time and I will be sure to come back!!! 5/5 stars and he comes to you! Great job.

Brought my car in for tints and a Ceramic Coating. Amazing job done overall. The tints were perfect and detail brought my car back spotless with their amazing ceramic coating!! Big thanks to Ken the Owner for the package deal.

This is the second car I brought to them first time for tint.... I had some small air bubbles went back and they replaced it ASAP no extra charges no nothing love the look of the car it brought it to life even though the car is actually beautiful of course I'll say that cuz it's mine but it's the second time I've brought my car this is my second car I brought to them for a stereo system very satisfied the guys there are attentive great energetic and fast

I think the employees and owner were very professional. Yes, a little pricy but the owner cut me a break. I noticed one spot was missed but over all they did a very nice job. Would I recommend to others? I most certainly would! Especially since a young black entrepreneur is the owner. Thanks!

Have them detail everything in my fleet, literally! my cars all the way to my large commercial trucks. They do great work and very reasonably. Additionally this is the only place I will go for tint work, After having gone other places and been disappointed every time. They never dissapoint!

Quality tints and service!! I've gone here at least 5 times for my tints... I've tried the competition one time and was disappointed! I've sent other people here and they say the same thing. I highly recommend them!

I had my car windows tint. I made an appointment for Thursday and noon. I got there at 12noon I was told to pick up the car in 2 1/2 hr later. when I went back to pickup the car he was finishing and I had to wait a extra 10 mins. it was Ok. I was very happy with the service and the attention that I got from the staff. Very professional. I will recommend the place to anyone.

It took a lot longer then anticipated but the quality in the tint and the technology behind the cutting of the tint leaves flawless lines and finish. They have a machine thats programed to cut the tint so there's no cutting on the car at all. I've been coming here for years and recommend them to everyone. Thanks again for the great job. Also thanks for the tree air freshener .

The hartford location is absolutely terrible. I paid over 500 to get a car starter installed as well as vacuumed and washed. After paying when coming to pick up the car I was told to pay over 30 again because they made the mistake of not including taxes . $60 worth of my own property was either stolen or thrown away. The owner said he could only give me $40. Terrible experience from start to finish .

Shadiest place I've ever dealt with! Performed a horrible job and refuse to take responsibility for their poor work. I live 45 minutes away and have driven here 4x... made an appointment to supposedly have entire job redone. In the end I got a bunch of excuses as to why they couldn't do it over. Bottom line, get ur windows done ANYWHERE BUT HERE. they don't keep their word. Sad shame we can't support local businesses.If you want to spin that story I have ur text and the pics.. we know the truth no matter how u try to spin it. The proof is in the windows.Nikki you should be ashamed of yourself. Vacuuming, my roof, the age of my car none of that contributed to those "air bubbles "... how many times have you changed the story??? Did you say you would do the job over? Did you feed me a different story? Do you stand by the quality of the condition of my Windows? If this is Action Audios best I hate to see u at your worst. I've been very pleasant and patient w the situation. I hope the $149 Is worth your integrity. You got out of redoing the job I hope it's good for business.

Another tint and audio company that promises the world to get your money and don't deliver. Stay away from this place. go to air tight tint on garden and homestead. Much better experience quality work from people that actually know what they are doing, and prices reasonable. Don't get robbed go somewhere else!
