Amazing customer service, friendly professional staff. They kept me more in the loop on everything that was going on with my repairs better than my own insurance adjuster. They went above and beyond from day one, they were overbooked and couldn't take me in till later down on the week and when I took my car for the inspection just so I can make sure it was safe to keep driving and sure enough it wasn't and being booked they kept my car, got me a rental on the spot and my car was ready on a reasonable timing even when my insurance kept trying to supply them with parts that's weren't suitable for the repair. Job is fantastic my car is looking amazing!!! I recommend this shop to anyone, I got a new tire (same brand), wheel and bumper, sensors were calibrated and the paint job! Pictures speak for themselves, these guys are amazing at what they do.

I spoke with Kevin at Ace Auto Body, and the service was great. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the bodywork that was done for my car. Updated on Feb.2024.I have referred few friends to Ace autobody shop and they were all very happy with the way they were treated. Kevin and Justin are really professional and know their stuff.This place is a hidden Gem in my opinion. They have been in business for two generations and are super professional.I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee last month and could not be happier with their work. When the job was delayed they thoroughly explained the reason(shortage of parts) and kept me informed as parts arrived to their shop.And most important, when insurance company tried to use after market parts, Kevin flat out told them NO.Thanks Ace autobody.

My three month old Volvo XC90 was damaged when a parking lot gate closed on my car. The damage which can be seen in the picture below, was actually caused by a screw that protruded from the gate arm. The damage was in the area between the windshield and the driver's side window, a narrow area that didn't appear easy to repair. I didn't think it could be fixed without a major reconstruction, so when a friend told me that the guys at Ace Auto Body did fantastic work, I gave them a call. The phone was answered by Gary Clavette, one of the owners. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant, and told me to stop by for an estimate. I drove to the shop the next day. Gary assessed the damage and handed me a very reasonable estimate. Two weeks later Ace Auto Body repaired my car and I could not be happier! You will see from the second photo below, a close-up, that my car looks as good as new. The dent is gone, and the paint was matched perfectly! Gary, his son Kevin and the guys at Ace are easy to do business with and do fantastic work. If I could give them 10 stars on this Google review, I would! Thank you Ace Auto Body!

I had to bring my car in for repair after someone hit me. I dealt mostly with Kevin. Kevin was amazing! Stayed in communication, provided great detail, was kind and was prompt. Dustin was also on top of things and stayed in communication as well. The work that was done on my Lexus was great. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Kevin was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that he planned on doing and was very honest about the price. I was able to get my car in earlier than I thought and it was fixed after three days. Kevin handled everything from the insurance to the rental, so the experience was less stressful than I was expecting. The results were also great. They fixed exactly what I wanted and even buffed out some old scratches that I didn't really care to fix from before. My car looks like new again! Thank you Kevin and team!Service: Body & Trim

Walked right in there to be greeted by Dustin after looking at the car ,he told me come in tomorrow that i will have a rental that he set up for us with the insurance. He was very friendly and nice was able to fit me in when someone canceled. I highly recommend Ace Auto body! They did an amazing job on my car! I can't tell you enough how beautiful my front bumper looks, it's as if I drove it off the lot! The manager and his crew were very respectful, honest and extremely professional! I'm ecstatic to have my car back! It was worth taking my car to them. This was my second visit to Ace (They're amazing), I stopped by to discuss that my car was declared totaled by insurance and that I was hoping to get it repaired instead of taking cash settlement from insurance since the damage didn t seem extensive to me. Ace said that they don t fix totaled cars which was disappointing, but Dustin went out of his way to explain why, he made me understand what the process that I was pursuing really entailed, even if I found a shop that would take it, it s going to cost me money time and possibly multiple failures at getting it to pass the DMV inspection. He was honest, kind, empathetic, and offered valuable professional advice at no cost. That level of customer service needed recognition! Thank you Dustin

Wow. Amazing customer service! Gary is very professional and helpful, including his son. He made sure I got the best replacement parts for my car by contacting my insurance and getting a reappraisal. Got my car in two days. They are awesome.They returned my very dirty car super clean. Thanks for that!

Kevin and Dustin were great! They made the entire process seamless from quote to finish. I used the online form to get a quote and they followed up immediately. I typically am not the one to do a review, but this place deserves it. I was in an accident back in November, and the insurance company placed my vehicle with an auto shop that wasn't sitting right in my stomach. I contacted Ace, and they were polite and responsible for picking my vehicle up from another auto shop (out of state). The reason they deserve a review is that they made me feel comfortable and took care of literally every step throughout the process without a hassle, and on top of that left my car looking brand new. I'm writing this review seven months later because I needed my headlight aligned and adjusted today and contacted them last minute about it. Without hesitation, they took the time out of their busy schedule to improve them and also fix the bulb itself and didn't even bother charging me for the few minutes of there time. Overall, if you are looking for a shop to leave your vehicle literally brand new, take care of everything from start to finish hassle-free, and on top of that they are professional and polite, look no further. Kevin and Gary went above and beyond for me, and I truly appreciate the service and work they did. They took me in off the street first thing in the morning for an inspection, they were great with my insurance, recommended a fantastic and fair auto repair facility, provided me a ride home, seamlessly worked out all the logistics, and saved me hundreds of dollars overall!While I would like to say they just did all of this because they liked me, I was around the office long enough to see the exceptional service they provided to all their customers, and how they continually went out of their way for new potential customers too.Great business, great family, and I wouldn't recommend another place for auto body repair!

Ace Auto Body did an amazing job on my car! The second that someone hit my car I called and I was able to drop off my car the next day, get a quote right there and then and the job was done that week! Not only was the dent fixed! But my car was sparkling and nicely vaccumed in the inside! Kevin and Gary were great with customer servicing the whole time throughout the process and not only did that lighten the mood through the terrible process of someone hitting your car but it showed me, the customer, that I was in great care! I highly recommend Ace Auto Body to anyone and everyone I know! Service is taken seriously there and everyone is a hard worker there.

Brought my Jeep to Ace after a fairly major accident with extensive damage underneath the vehicle. Kevin & Gary were very pleasant to work with and kept me updated throughout the duration of the repairs. The shop was professional and did an outstanding job returning my Jeep to its original condition, if not certainly better! I chose this shop based off of the online reviews and towed my Jeep from 2 hours away to get it fixed here. I am more than pleased I did business with them and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Ace Auto Body for all of your auto body repairs! I needed to have the bumper on my Subaru Crosstrek replaced and went online to look for a shop to do the work. Believe it or not, I chose Ace Auto Body solely based on the fact that I thought the owners looked like nice, honest people in their photo! Boy, was I right! I called to make an appointment to bring my car in for them to look at, and Kevin told me to bring it right in. After meeting him and his father, Gary, I knew that these were very trustworthy fellows, and I would look no further. Not only is their work excellent, and their price reasonable, but they are extremely kind and very, very honest. I would recommend this place to my mother and know that she was not getting taken advantage of! If you want personalized, honest service, excellent workmanship, and fair prices, bring your car to Ace Auto Body!

Kevin was amazing! I was rear ended and needed work done on on the back end of my Jetta. I called Ace and emailed the insurance estimate. Kevin took care of everything after that; Arranged for a rental car, communicated with the insurance company. He made the process very easy for me and kept me updated the whole way. When I picked up my car it was in brand new condition! Highly recommend Ace!!

Kevin was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. His team did an excellent job in repairing the damage to my vehicle in a timely manner. He also advised me of my rights in dealing with the insurance company and intervened on my behalf with the car rental company. I took my car to Ace for damage to my front and rear bumper in two separate accidents only months apart. Gary was great to work with and the quality of service was excellent. Gary was sure to keep me informed on the status of the repair throughout the process and the repair price was fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend.

These guys are, without a doubt, the absolute BEST. Their customer service is second to none, and they make everything so easy. Kevin took the time to explain everything they were going to do to repair my car, he called Enterprise and set up my rental reservation, and he kept me updated throughout the repair process. They were even able to diagnose another serious mechanical issue with my vehicle and recommend someone to repair that, as well.I will never, ever us a different auto body shop; it is that simple!Thank you, Ace Auto Body!

I wrecked the front passenger side of my wife's Jeep Compass on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. Dropped it off to Ace's on Monday, and picked it up on Friday. It looked like a brand new car! It was detailed and smelling new too! The owner Kevin is very knowledgeable and personable and handled the process very professionally. He even kept us updated with pictures and conversations he had with the insurance company. I would recommend anyone to have their body work done here! I'll definitely be back in the future if needed! Can't say enough about the great experience at this place. The job was done ahead of the promised time and with OEM parts; top quality work too. In addition, Gary and Kevin provided outstanding customer service. They were both easy to talk to, down to earth and very friendly. They saved me a lot of time by going out of their way to deal with the insurance company of the guy who hit my car and by arranging for all of the details needed for me to get a loaner car. They provided courtesy rides and it was all at my convenience. There's no way I'll go anywhere else.

Ace Auto Body does outstanding work! Not only was my car returned looking back to brand new, they were professional, timely, honest, and extremely accommodating; always asking what was most convenient for me and my schedule and went above and beyond with customer service. They worked with my insurance company and gave me continuous updates faster than my claims representative. I highly recommend Ace Auto Body to anyone looking for a reliable auto body shop.
