Amazing experience! I got my car fixed there and it was the best experience I've had with an auto repair shop. They kept me updated about my car through calls and text messages. Along with great communication, they also fixed my car within a week. The damage was severe but they still managed to do it quick. I feel like im driving a brand new car every-time I sit in it. The customer service was so friendly too. I wish I could give more stars. Overall I am very satisfied!

AC Automotive worked on my car twice over the last few years. I have been very pleased with their work and the professionalism of staff.For reference, the most recent repair was to fix a dented front passenger side fender, replace a broken passenger side view mirror, repaint the rear bumper skin, and turn some blemished rims.My car has 102k miles and looks amazing. Feels like driving a new car. A job very well done.

Having had an most unfortunate not at fault event that required substantial repair work, we turned to AC Auto for repairs and are SO glad we did! They helped work with the insurance company and communicated updates during the repair process to take a lot of stress out of that stressful situation. Workmanship was great, car looks like new! I called because I wanted to pay out of pocket for some work. First the lady answering the phone was very rude she just sent me a link not even listening to what I needed. I had to call back she indicated I could not get an appointment for two weeks for an estimate. I pressed her for another date all of a sudden there was an appointment available in two days. Whomever that was is bad for business because I've been a customer for over 25 years. I took my business elsewhere my car was fixed within 48 hours. I have never had this experience with the brothers in there they are always kind and respectful. This review is mainly for the lady answering the phone its obvious she should be working elsewhere. Don't like your job find another one car accidents and repairs are stressful enough on your customers we don't need you adding to the issues.

They said it would take 1-2 days to fix our car. It took 30 days. Each time we called to ask for an update, they said it would be just 1-2 days more. They did this for 30 days. We lost hundreds of dollars paying for a rental car because they have no clue how to accurately predict how long something will take. I will never go here again.

I am very pleased with the repair work done on my truck. When I needed to discuss anything about the work, it was always the owner that got on the phone. He was very professional, and always pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend AC AUTO, should the need arise.

From estimate till I picked my car up everything went great! They found some items that the previous estimate from my insurance Company didn't find. They took care of it as quick as the parts would come in and the paint job looks Amazing!!

Wow. My wife's car was hit in a parking lot (no worries all parties are safe) and we know of AC auto from their community involvement and reputation. The process and communication throughout was absolutely phenomenal. The car looks fantastic and the Mrs is happy. That makes me happy. We hope to never have to do business with AC again. (ha)If we are ever in need we'll most certainly go back.

Needed to have the passenger side electric mirror and the right front fender mirror replacements and painted and all that goes with it down to a thousand tiny parts and clips. Getting the estimate was quick and painless. Had to wait a couple of months to get into the schedule. Then, as with any high volume consumer business today, parts delivery delayed the time it took for them to complete the job by a week, but it was worth it. The car looks and feels new. Pete and Nicole make communication easy. if I need body work done in the future I would definitely use them again. Happy to recommend AC Automotive.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had the front bumper of my car ripped off by another driver. Insurance identified AC as one of their top shops.I could not agree more. They are very communicative and transparent. Didn t have an appointment for 2 months but still got the work done almost a month ahead of schedule.And the repair job was pristine. Could not be happier with my experience. Thanks for the great service AC Automotive!

The BEST body shop in CT!!! When I brought my beloved Maxima into AC Automotive, it looked like a shark ate it. Guy, at AC, kept me informed of all updates on my car. And when I picked my car up.... it was BEAUTIFUL!!! My car is better than new and I am so thankful for the Carducci brothers at AC Automotive. These guys have been in business for 35 years for a reason!!!!

I really do recommend this place there was a few things wrong with my can and the owner let me know about it and went above and beyond and he always had me informed of what was going on with the car and how everything was working out and when I got my car back I was so glad of the work that they did that I was impressed of how well the fixed everything and made my car road safe.

Wow, AC Automotive was fantastic!!! I was so impressed right from the start, with my first phone call to Nicole who was extremely nice, super professional and answered all my questions. Nicole even helped me arrange the rental vehicle to use while my car was in their shop, which took a huge burden off me. Then when I came in to have them assess the damage on my car, Pete came out and went over everything with me, he was a very informative, nice and an extremely professional person as well. As they say, first impressions are lasting ones and both Nicole and Pete sure delivered on that one! I don t have the individual names of who worked on my car in the body shop, but they did a tremendous job with it! I was worried about the paint color matching with where the damage was on the front end to the rest of my vehicle, but it was absolute perfection, I couldn t be happier with the outcome! When I picked up my car it was so clean, like it was detailed, and it had a nice scent sprayed in it which smelled so good! They even put a gift bag on my front seat with all kinds of great things in it, if that isn t phenomenal customer service, I don t know what is! I can tell you this, I will most definitely come back to them if I ever need body work done again. Thanks so much to all of you at AC Automotive you are without a doubt a top-notch business! After my Kia Sorento was side swiped I brought the vehicle to AC Automotive. That was one of the best decisions I ever made. When I picked it up you couldn t even tell that the car was repaired it was a flawless job. The paint was perfect and it looked brand new. You can tell that they care about the vehicles they are working on and don t rush the job whatsoever to make sure the customer is satisfied. Definitely will recommend to anyone that needs body work done on their vehicle.

Great place to get your vehicle fixed. My car looks brand new. I called once a week to get an update on my car, they kept me well informed. I do wish ordering parts wasn t such a hold up but other than that, service was great. I even came back a few days later because of a light on my dash, it was just the tire pressure. After me putting calibrating the tires myself, the light was still present. So I came into the shop. They took a look at the car and suggested what I do next time. Great team, great service, I definitely recommend.Services: Tires, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic

They did a great job replacing both driver side doors and trim. The paint job is PERFECT! They do such a great job and are so busy, it takes a while to get an appointment for vehicle to get into shop for repair. To my surprise (and delight) my vehicle s interior had been completely cleaned and sanitized and there was a gift bag with ice scraper, lip balm, sunglasses etc. Thanks AC Automotive. My accident was on March 22 and I wasn t able to bring my car in until June 5th. It was at the shop until June 23rd, but they did an outstanding job on repairs and the people I dealt with were all professional and accommodating. It almost looks like a new car! They also touched up a few minor scratches that we hadn t discussed repairing. I highly recommend AC Automotive!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I don't recall if I put in a review from a several months ago, and they helped me yesterday as well, again with incredible service.Yesterday: I had a problem with my brand new car's sensors... I called, Nicole explained to try cleaning it off (she also had to tell me what a sensor looks like ), turns out the sensor was pushed in somehow. Anyhow, I stopped by, they needed the car for a bit, and I wasn't scheduled. They fit me in, drove me home, and returned the fixed car to me.Whenever they can, they will.Going back to my major car accident with my car... I had never used this body shop, I looked at the reviews along with reviewing my dealer. I decided to use this place. They were incredibly attentive... it took about 4 months for my brand new car door to come in. They gave me suggestions how to get it sooner besides doing what they could. I could go on and on raving about the quality of their work, their staff. They care about their customers. I totally trust them and am so grateful for their work. Thank you Aldo, Guy, Nicole, Lucy, Hector, and their incredible team.

When my car was whipped by falling power lines on route 95 they were not live I couldn t believe the damage! AC was recommended to us. They replaced 72 parts and painted the damaged areas. My 2011 Rav 4 looks like new. Exceptional job!
