One of their trucks took a left turn across the lane I was driving in about 20 feet before the driveway he was turning into. I had to slam on my brakes and come to a complete stop. I followed him into the parking lot to get the name of the company and he began screaming at me. He was behind my car screaming out the window of the truck and got out at one point as he continued screaming at me. Being screamed at is easily ignored but reckless driving is putting people in danger.

So I met Chino through a fellow STI owner who has had work done to his car. I liked the work after seeing a few body jobs chino has done. Chino ended up painting my entire vehicle for a very reasonable price then a year later I took it back to him after a small ding occurred. Great service! Great people! Customer for life!!!!!! Thanx Chino

A very disoriented driver called after getting a call from USAA Roadside Assistance with our job assignment. After slurring and strange questions I could only assume he was intoxicated. He also said we were really far away. He said if I could find someone else to do it let him know. USAA called and assured me that A&N said "They have high standards". I guess that includes the guy from A&N that called yelling at me, and then my husband that his driver passed a breathalyzer. I don't care if he did now, your customer service is unlike no other, in that you don't have any. Thanks for NOTHING!The Stranded Family on the Road

So I was having a great dinner with some friends. Come back to see my car missing. Call this place, can't even understand this guy...needs help with english. I need to pickup the car and hes so rude he will actually hang up on you on purpose because it's "off duty hours" even thought the place claims to be open 24/7. Very sketchy. Doesn't have normal number.

Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Carmelo you are a rude, obnoxious and ignorant little man. You dont have ANY PEOPLE SKILLS OR BUSINESS SKILLS. You are running a dirty business by charging people storage because they need to "write you a relase letter". Biggest line of BS ever. Learn your DMV rules and regulations first then tell me what to do. Obviously only way to make $ is to cheat people. Your drivers are Rude. Your office manager girl is RUDE and IGNORANT just as you. You think calling the PD will make my scare because Im picking up a customers car that was paid for and authorized for me to pick up. You SIR are a FRAUD! Biggest you are a RUDE RUDE RUDE LITTLE MAN. I will make a complaint to the DMV about this matter.

Company towed car from a spot it was allowed to be in. They only accept cash and they literally tow your car to an area that quite literally looks like a dump. There are scratches on my car because it was handled poorly and was thrown in a snow bank.

Timely pick up good service May deliver your car back to you after service is done if you're close enough. They also do body work that Master Hand belongs to a gentleman call Chino

Parking permit in plain view . AN towing was trolling Hungerford ST .Tried to hook up to my property .An caught him SAVED Driver rude / impaired .Been seen in my neighborhood looking for drugs Many times minus 1 you need my friend need surrender certification by state of Connecticut don't think I'm not watching nobody has anything good to say about you how do you get a contract with the Hartford Police Department anyway

Great place to get your car fixed professional towing and good customer service I brought my BMW and Mercedes there for bodywork and the job came out great I will recommend my family and friends to go there and get their cars fixed
