Kind and prompt service. We dropped the car off at 10 pm on a Friday, our daughter had a minor accident and they were the closest location so we did not have to tow the car. Dale called us Saturday morning, told us about a warranty on our tires, and helped us with the spare. Knowledgeable and kind, hard to come by today.

Been dealing with Dale there for years ,he knows his cars and trucks. Has helped us many times right on the spot. Check this ...had a tensioner bearing on my truck break on the road between there and home is Lakeside Auto, I pulled in and told Dale what happened and instead of like most places saying make an appointment Dale ordered the part from napa and fixed it on the spot and still made it home in time for dinner. Total including wait time for the part to get there less than one and a half hours.. Keep up the great Dale

Dale hooked me up with a timing belt change and it was pretty fast. Great guy, great work, and great pricing.

My daughter needed her timing belt done on her volkswagen since it was never done by the fine dealers that we bought it from (sarcasm included). We brought it in to Dale and he did a great job changing the timing belt and also did her front brakes and rotors. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have work done on their Volkswagen. Prices were very reasonable and Dale was very professional.

I have been a customer since the second day they were open. You are treated as if your their only customer! I have never been disappointed!Update. Things have changed, Dale alone now. Was quoted a price for tires, out the door then was charged another $100. I called to have my brake pads changed at 50k as recommended. He said no, wait for a complete $600 job.I haven't been back since.

You can trust Lakeside. Had to buy a refurnished Audi quickly last year in order to get it to Nantucket so my 100 year old mother could drive it. Car was able to easily pass Massachusetts inspection. Brought care back for minor repairs this year, again, all problems solved, at a fair price.You can trust Lakeside Auto...They do high quality work, and you are not going to get tricked. I live across the river and the drive is easily worth it for the excellent results. Five star recommendation.

I use Lakeside Auto exclusively for all my car needs. By far the least expensive highest quality work in the area. Sometimes it does take some time to get the job done, but Mark and Dale own and run the place so things get busy. I have purchase two cars from Dale a 2002 BMW 540 Dinan literally the best deal I have ever had on a car. Sometimes buying used high mile vehicles is a crap shoot so I understand I m taking a risk for a price. Anyone I have send to Mark and Dale tells me they did the job hundreds if not thousand cheaper than their mechanic!

I have been using LakeSide Auto since they opened. Mark and Dale are very fair and excellent mechanics. Recently I brought my wife's Mitsubishi Outlander for a loud exhaust. If I took the vechile to a big box shop, I would have been taken for an exhaust, from the cat back . The guys welded the exhaust back together. For under $200.00 I was on my way. Honesty goes along way in the automotive repair business. I would highly recommend LakeSide to anyone in the area. Thanks Mark and Dale.

Buyer beware!! Bought a car from here and within a few days started having huge problems. He said he would fix it no problem. I bring it back and he gives me a car off the lot to drive. Takes him two weeks to give me back the car which is still doing the same smoking out of the tail pipe. After over 8 times of doing this I had to just get rid of it. Now I have to try and take him to court! Stay far away from here.
