One of my worst experiences ever dealing with a mechanic. he was very disrespectful and did not know how to conduct business in a respectful manner and felt like he was purposely rude.

I went here when my regular guy couldn t fit me in before my vacation. I was very impressed by the professional manner in which I was treated. Nobody talked down to me just because I m female and the service was extremely efficient. Tom took the time to explain what I needed and how much it would be. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Horrible service, the son name Thomas turpin jr cursed at my family multiple times , Also didn t handle business well AT ALL!! Spoke and did not do business professionally, when asked for written up of detailed quote with price for parts he replied he doesn t have it its what he was told by wprd of mouth when its HIS BUSINESS!!! Any shop should give a detailed quote and agree upon work before even touching the vehicle!!! my family members did business with them and i was there multiple times to try and help correct these issues to no avail! When went to pick up truck was outside with keys in for who knows how long!!!Service: Electrical

Excellent shop for diesel repairs. Full service shop that's clean and professional. I had hub seals repaired and a DOT inspection. The price was absolutely fair but the service was superb. If you have a Cascadia, Classic, Columbia or Century seriously consider Turpin.

Don t waste your time or money here . I brought my 2008 Ford 650 to get electrical wiring and things of that nature done I was quoted 5000 without even seeing a part sheet after receiving my truck back in the 2 1/2 month timeframe Certain things that I have paid for was completely completed , add to bring my truck back once again to get fixed a lot of money upon me receiving my truck back for the second time I continue to do a toe and realize certain plastics was coming apart things like this did not happen before I have brought my truck to Turpin I have spoke Thomas Turpin jr In person and over the phone and he cursed at me multiple times in the middle of a heated conversation I ve never talk to him in such a way no I m receiving my truck back for crony work with no detailed paperwork and he leaves my truck sitting out with the keys in it . I try to get a part sheet or a detailed pronunciation on certain parts and he got very disrespectful with me because I was asking for too muchServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic
