Mr. Doug and his team have done an awesome job on my car. This is my second time doing business with him and yet again pleased. While it s never a great situation to have your vehicle damaged, they have made the process a lot easier to deal with. The quality of work done on my vehicle especially knowing I m a perfectionist, is very impressive. I can t even recognize if work has been done on my vehicle.During the repair process, Mr. Doug never left me unsure because I received updates if any delay or issues happened. I would recommend this body shop to anyone who appreciates quality work. He s also a warm, friendly and welcoming individual.Thanks again to you and your team for all the hard work, dedication and time on my vehicle. From a pleased and very happy customer.

Doug did an incredible job on my Audi A3. It was in pretty rough shape after being stolen from our garage in North Haven. Phenomenal work, incredibly nice guy. The car looks brand new. Thank you Doug, for your professionalism and attention to detail!

Doug is the epitome of what human decency is. He makes you believe in humanity again. If I had access to everyone who needed their car worked on, I would send them to Doug. There are no words to describe the service provided by him and his staff. Just SUPERB. You can tell it s not just business, but his nature the way he deals with his clients. Dealing with insurance companies can be such a headache, but Doug goes over and beyond to make sure you are treated well and fairly. Please, if you are reading this, you will not be disappointed going to THEROUX AUTO BODY. It s one of the best decisions you will ever make regarding the care of your car. Amazing experience from start to finish. I got in my first accident and had no idea where to turn. Someone on FB recommended Theroux and I'm so happy that they did. Doug did everything he could (and more) to make sure that I was back on the road and feeling safe. Thank you for everything Doug and team. (First pic is before, second pic is after)

I had the pleasure of doing business with Doug. He was wonderful, our car was hit and totaled. Not only did he help us get the highest amount possible for our totaled vehicle he also assisted us in finding a great car to replace the one we lost. I would highly recommend his garage for all your automotive service needs.

I ve been going to Doug for years! I would not choose anyone else other than him and his team. He s beyond fair and his work is nothing short of perfection. Definitely a business of quality and quantity. I live on the shoreline, and there are many places between here and hamden that would be more convenient, but Theroux auto is the only place I trust. My car always looks better than before. Doug ALWAYS gets back to me and is so responsible as well as accountable. Overall, i recommend him and his business a million times over & over. You won t be sorry.

Douglas was incredibly attentive and very speedy to help me despite short notice! He kept in contact about updates when I needed them and worked to find the best deal for me on ordering partsi needed. It felt like I was being taken care of by family - very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

I will say this is probably one of the best body shops I have ever been to. They sent me pictures as the work that was being done to the vehicle. Keep in contacted with me all the time. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone.

A++++++I was traveling to work a few months ago and a deer (rather sizeable, see pictures) SLAMMED right into the passenger side fender, and door. My car was a complete disaster.I was referred to Theroux and Co by my brother in law who is also a mechanic- so he wouldn't refer me to anybody who did shoddy work.I immediately contacted Doug (owner) who after explaining my situation was incredibly sympathetic. I got AAA to tow my vehicle there, but not before he asked me if I would like his staff to pick up my car free of charge. I explained that I had a baby and needed my car seat and couldn't get it out of the car (tow truck driver from AAA was not any help) and once I got there near the end of the day- his staff removed it for me. From beginning to end, Doug and his staff were available, professional, and kept me up to speed every step of the way. From never having to use an auto body shop to needed this repair done quickly, they ended up fixing my entire car in about 2 1/2 weeks. I never had to deal w/ the adjuster, insurance company or any paperwork. Doug and his staff dealt with everything from the insurance company all the way down to the rental car. They were able to even have the rental car picked up that same day from the shop.I can't say more great things about Doug and his staff. They also are not a typical repair facility looking to hose you and take your money. They clearly care about what they do and it shows. When I got my Jeep back- it looked better than from when I first bought it. Not only was the body work fabulous, the interior was spotless and clean.I would highly recommend Theroux and Co for any auto body repair work that you might need. Great customer service and work from start to finish.THANKS DOUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came here right before closing yesterday to show them my convertible top that wasnt closing and one of the latches was coming undone. I was already grateful because everywhere else in the area I called including the Audi dealership were telling me that they wouldn t look at it or that it would be at leasf $700 to fix even though essentially it was just two screws that had to be tightened. I brought it back today to get fixed and when I was going to pay, Doug said he was happy to do it and not to worry about it. it was so nice of them to take the time to fix this for me and not even charge me when everywhere else either didnt have the time for me or wanted to rob me. Doug was great and i will definitely be coming here in the future as I appreciate an honest and good business. thank you!!

Have done business with Doug for years and sent him more jobs than I can count and of course he would take advantage of my daughter's boyfriend and promised him money if he brought his car to his shop to collect storage and then never gave him anything and billed the insurance company thousands for storage , how shady is that ?? I wouldn't recommend anyone that could take advantage of a teenager still to this day he hasn't made good on his pronise and all I can sat is don't trust this man's word, seeing Doug wants to lie this vehicle was towed to the house where doug seen vehicle and knew it was totalled and said I will tow it to garage and collect storage knowing the vehicle was totalled and blew off adjuster so the car would sit there for a month collecting storage and promised money if he agreed , the insurance company will now be notifiedService: Body & Trim

Seldom do you come across a company that goes above and beyond. Doug and his staff definitely surpassed my expectations. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. And not only was the quality of the repair excellent but the paint job was flawless on my car which has an aftermarket color.

This was the best experience at an auto repair shop I ve ever had. Doug was wonderful to work with - he got back to me quickly and took the time to explain everything to me. They do amazing work - my car looked better when I picked it up here than it did when I first bought it! They truly care about the customer and have very knowledgeable, experienced staff. I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately I've needed to use Theroux Autobody on more than one occasion. (NEVER my fault) I am also very particular about my vehicles so I wanted them fixed right and that's what I got everytime. My insurance company wanted me to go to the preferred shop and I now know why, they wanted to use non-BMW parts.... I went to see Doug and all BMW parts done to perfection. Amazing work and at no additional expense. Doug did all the arguing with the insurance adjuster.Hope I never need his services again but If I do, I'll be bringing my car back to Theroux for the best autobody work around.

Theroux was great! They did everything from the perfect rental vehicle to dealing with the insurance company. Truck came back earlier then expected and looking better than when it was new! Thanks again Doug! Great job!

I went to have my car detailed and a front fender/grill replaced. The grill was replaced and the detailing was nicely finished. However, the fender touch up job was much less professional than I expected. I also had to go back several (four) times and the car was never completely ready when I went to pick it up, which was an inconvenience.

Theoroux auto body did such an excellent and thorough job with the repair to my Nissan Sentra. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely come back for any other repairs needed!

One of the worst body shops I've ever dealt with. They did more damage to my vehicle than it went in for. Owner then proceeded to hold my car for multiple days so he can cash insurance check. Very sketchyService: PaintingService: Painting

Was traveling through the area, and had a problem with a car door not closing and all. We stopped by here, and they did an excellent job, and thoroughly explained what was wrong and what to do with it long term. Truly helpful and great people overall, you won't be dissapointed.
