Yesterday I went to the place to do a front alignment, apparently they didn't tighten the tire bolts properly and on the way home the tire fell off, we were about to have an accident on the road, before going to the shop my car was running fine.

DANGEROUS! I recently brought my truck in for a full front end inspection after I installed some new parts on it. They assured the front end was road worthy. Not more than 100 miles later, my front flew off and I crashed my truck in the street, luckily no one was hurt. I called asking about the incident but was told that the accident wasn t their fault even though they claimed to have tightened all front end nuts and bolts. This shop was highly recommended to me by friends/family. Its clear now that they re negligent, rude, and didn t help remedy the accident.

Was in the area and had a spring brake on my tractor called to see about getting it fixed and was told that they might not be able to get it fixed until the next day but I wouldn t go any further went down to the shop and they took my truck in and got me back on the road the same day these people are awesome and their price was very fairI live in Virginia and if I need work done again and can make it to them that is where I m goingLoved the atmosphere of this placeThank you very much superior spring

I needed hangers and shackles for my Ford ranger. Superior Spring came highly recommended by my local garage. I see why. I made my appointment and they were very accommodating and friendly and did an excellent job on the repairs that I needed. I would recommend them to anyone anytime for auto or truck repairs to their suspensions. Give them a call, I m sure they ll be able to help you out.

This place is fantastic. I had a front end problem with my Septic Truck Freightliner , It was bouncing all over and needed some major front end work. From the time I called to the time I picked up my truck it was about 3 days. I have to say you won't find service like this anywhere. Thank you to all the staff and the mechanics for getting us back online. Nothing like not having your truck back. I really would recommend them for sure.

Having a an older motor home, I was very pleased that they were fair, very helpful and did what they said they would do. I ended up getting new leaf springs from them and installing my self. They were a couple hundred cheaper for the same item than other dealers and free with the advice.ds

Trying to find a place to work on a commercial vehicle wasn't easy but a buddy recommended these guys took me right in took care of my front end and my truck drives nice and smooth again very happy

Very slow on shipping the part out. Part expected 7 days after it was paid for. Should of gone to Palmer Spring I would of had the part in 1-2 days.
