Scam the don t build anything I just call asking to see if they could make my acura tl faster and they said they re too busy building their own stuff .what ever that means sounds like to me.

Online scam artist works or owns this place. He runs fake raffles through instagram that is completely compromised with the same name winning every time. Will not address this and continues to run the giveaways as if nothing has happened. CT gaming commission is getting involved.

When it comes to fixing cars, it s hard to come across an auto shop with professional mechanics, honest diagnostics/work, as well as fair pricing. New England Motors has it all. Their shop offers the best customer service to both people and cars. Not only are the people there friendly but also honest, they are always early or on time with their work/appointments! The staff and mechanics are knowledgeable and trustworthy!! The work they do is phenomenal, they never take short cuts and always makes sure the job is done right. I have always used their services for minor and major car problems and have recommended them to all my family and friends. Any car issues you may have now or in the future, they will find a way to help instead of turning you away. They are the real auto doctors! Thanks again New England Motors for keeping us and our cars happy!

best shop in town! I brought my car in for a emergency fix and they went out of their way to fit me in their busy schedule due to being from out of state. they were very friendly, informative, and professional about their work. I was fortunate enough to have a small issue with my car and was able to get it fixed within the same day. 10/10 would recommend!

When rating shops I always look for a couple distinct factors that make me choose them. 1. Knowledge of vehicle. 2. Customer service. 3. Communication 4. Quality of work. In no such order of above I have found a shop that provides all the elements for a return customer. Now only do I highly recommend the shop but the service that comes with it. Highly efficient and communicative staff but quality work done correctly. The honesty behind the sales team and mechanic shop is the best I ve had in a while. Please take my review and try for yourself. These people Eat, Sleep and Giveaway quality work that I can t speak highly enough of.

The most amazing automotive shop! All the employees are humble and down to earth! They really make you feel home when your there for any service. Highly recommended. Shop is clean and organized. Will definitely be coming back!

I highly recommend this place, why?. If you re into the racing scene then this place is for you. Out of all people and myself experience, they gotta be the #1 shop I ll go to. They get the job done when needed, and never look at you the way some shop do when you don t know some answers they ask. Not many shop will give you a 100 percent legit answer to what will make your car run better or faster. Unlike some shop they usually don t recommend any parts or say anything to you about what makes it better. Love this shop and promise you it won t disappoint you at all.

Never EVER in my life would I EVER go to another shop besides New England motors. They are the best at what they do and what they do isn t something any other place can do. I m talking about from car service to customers service to whatever service! They re the best at it! Especially customer service! Everybody loves customer services. Especially when your being looked at in the eyes when talking to. That is mad respect and full attention. Where else do you go to get that kind of treatment? New England motors baby!

I have heard nothing but good things about New England Motors. Great people to give a great experience.. Any automotive needs u have they can cover and will treat your vehicle as their own.. I highly suggest anyone in the area stop by and get the best service around . if i could give them a 10 they would get an 11.. All around good people!!

By far one of the best shops I've seen around. You need something done right, these are the guys. You need a car and are super picky. These guys will be even pickier than you to get the right fit, right car, right style. Great people, great business, customer satisfaction guaranteed. New england motors, how automotive sales should be!

Great shop and amazing people. Very friendly and great advice. Can work on a regular car to a full blown street race car. If you have any questions These are the people to go to. Verry reasonable and great prices i highly recomend to all my friends! As a fellow car lover i would trust them with my car and my life !!! They have alot Of experience and will definitely treat your car as their own. If youre still sitting here reading reviews trying to figure out which shop you should go to look no further because you found Best one!!!

So we took the onlyfans bus in to get checked out after the girls gushed their fluids all over the back seat. The little guy Sonic took REAL good care of us with his HUUUGE hose (vacuum hose) he BLEW ME away. Unlike his name he took his time and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you for your time and special attention. I ll always come back for more

So there was this one day I broke down infront of newengland motor, & some handsome short guy name Mahammad came over & ask for help I said sure pls & thankyou, So long story short , tell me not , him n his whole came out picked up my vehicle with there BARE HANDS & brought it into the shop n fixed it in minutes on the lift & blessed me with a good price ! BRING YOUR CAR THERE YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED & THATS WHY I GIVE 5 STARS !

Ive been to many mechanics shops spending unnecessary money trying to figure out my idle problem on my 2010 honda accord thank god i ran into new england motors he figured out my idle air control valve needed to clean the guy was honest enough to clean it for me and not over charge me for a new one which i didnt need highly recommended
