Very professional. They speak Spanish and took care of all the communication with the insurance. My car looked great and was done in a timely matter.

I used Jon I Auto Body & Repair for a totaled car. I'm always completely honest in my reviews of businesses.My car was totaled from an accident and I wanted to have it repaired rather than getting a new vehicle. I came across this Auto Body shop and selected them. By no means was the job an easy one. The car was in really bad shape. However they did excellent work on it! I am pleased with the work that was done.The process: Process seemed good at first but the wife got sick and I felt that's when communication became poor. The communication and updates weren't consistent. I found myself doing majority of the outreach to get updates.Although I think they are honestly great people. We had a great conversations and I felt like I knew them for years to be honest, there was one problem.When I came to pick up my car, they mentioned there was one missing piece that was an incorrect size and when it came in, that it would be take an hour to switch it out and replace with the new piece. We both signed an "agreement", saying the work would be done on or before May 16th. I reached out the day they said the piece would be in, I was ignored. I reached out again a few days later, I was told the piece would be in that friday/saturday, that was on May 10th. It is now the 31st and I havent heard from them again. Nor do I plan on reaching out to them again. I gave them the final payment, and I was hesitant to do so b/c they didn't finish the work. And the way the communication was during this process I was definitely nervous. But I trusted them on it. They didn't follow through on that.Again this isnt meant to bash them, but its meant for honesty. They do great work but they fall short in other areas.Service: Auto body & trim repair
