I had a good relationship with them. They rebuilt my Lincoln Navigator Transmission. I never had any more problems. I'd go to them again, if that doesn't convince you; they do free Diagnostics.

Do not go here. I repeat, do NOT go here. They will over charge you and they do not care about fixing your car, they only want your money. I brought my car there in December, they fixed my transmission for nearly 1000 dollars. Just 2 months later, in February, the transmission started slipping and eventually broke down. They "forgot" to add the transmission fluid back into my car before giving it back to me. I had another guy check it out and he told me I had no fluid in it. Thanks, Hamden transmission for screwing me over. Guess who's talking to the Better Business Bureau!!!!

My visit to Hamden transmission was for information purposes at the time, I find that they are a small business and they pay attention to customers needs and detail to the jobs at hand. I have a transmission issue and of all the shops that I have talk to I'm leaning towards giving Hamden transmission center my business
