Was in talks for over a week about a 17 a3 they had there . I got there & there was an engine light on, driver system fault , safety system fault, Cruise control system fault , Start stop malfunction. I questioned why all these lights were on they said it needed the Wastegate actuator. Which wae around a 350 dollar part from audi.i bought the car & It ended up needing the whole turbo done, the suspension was rusted all underneath but that s on me for not checking that in all honesty. I ve dropped a lot of money into the car so far. Hopefully that s it for now. Also when I went to the car it had no oil but they did one free of charge right there so that s good but the tires were sitting at 65 psi glad I caught that the next day. At the end of the day thered only so much they can know about a certain brand car when they sell many different ones but it would ve been nice if they let me know ahead of time about the codes that s all. They were nice to me & it was an easy purchase experience hence why the 3 stars.

I took my SUV for repair. I had a car warranty It took them weeks before they said they wouldn't even deal with the warranty company. However they never even called them. I called before I even asked them before then. Only giving 3 stars because they agreed to tow it to another repair garage. I will never deal with them again. Can't be trusted.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! All cars have major problems. The manager deletes all signals so when u buy the car it looks like they are in great condition. Also when u buy the car he will offer a warranty. The reason of the warranty is so when you come back the next day with your car malfunctioning. He ll tell u to call the warranty and lie to them about ur car so he can make money of you. Also make sure when you sign the contract you double check if your deposit has been applied to your balance or loan. They don t add ur down payment to ur loan or ur balance in the car. They actually pocket all that money. Make sure you educate yourself with DMV as well since they had a lot of complaints from customers. The minute you call and explain the problem he will make you promises but after you hang up the phone he will dodge you all the way. And u will be left with a loan and a car that doesn t work. My advise once this happens call the DMV and an Inspector so you don t stay with a malfunctioning car or without your money or stuck with a loan for a car you can t drive. Do your homework first before buying a car. Because a lot of dealers nowadays r doing a lot of frauds to get money from customers who r not aware of how the system works. Do NOT THROW UR MONEY AWAY WITH DYNAMIC ON DIXWELL.

I've been getting my cars here since February2017 (cars plural only because I've crashed them, oops) and every time it's AMAZING customer service & such a large selection of vehicles! I tell them what I'm looking for and every time they've referred me to an amazing car. My family and friends have also purchased cars from them and have had no issues! Any time a light DID come on after I've drove it for a couple months, because THATS WHAT HAPPENS TO CARS WHEN YOU DRIVE THEM ESPECIALLY FROM A USED CAR PLACE NOT AN ACTUAL NEW DEALERSHIP LIKE BMW OR HONDA, they have been more than helpful and quick to respond with a date and time for me to come in, they're thorough with their work & this is the first place that actually HASNT ripped me off ! As a girl who doesn't know much about cars (but has definitely learned a lot lately),I've been taken advantage of at other dealerships even official ones (like Chevy) have ripped me off- Dynamic Auto tells me exactly what's going on, WHY it's going on and what they're going to do to fix it along with a reasonable quote always! Definitely love the owners at BOTH shops they're really hospitable & SMART!! Definitely will continue to be my #1 car business moving forward along with my family and friends ! Thank you!!

My guy!!!! Most mechanics you can't trust since someone always tryna get over on you or overcharge and add stuff that don't need fixing. Specially us women who they think we don't know. But MY GUY UMAR!!!!!!HE is the only one I'll trust to work on my oil guzzling GMC or any car I get in the future.You looking for an HONEST, AFFORDABLE garage to take your vehicle, DYNAMIC AUTO is where to go!!!Thank you for my fix and cleaning up all that excess oil (yikes) was a nasty job but thank you!!

Worse place to buy a car, they sold me a 2006 Ford flat bed with engine problems after we start driving for a hour we noted the vehicle has problem, I try to get in touch with the owner text him and no answers I don t recommend this dealer they sale junks not goods vehicle they ripping off people,

Horrible stealership. Was asking 4k for a clapped Prius. Knew that the deal was sketch when he was so easy to come down in price by almost half. Lied about mileage, lied about year. Luckily I knew all that and was only buying the car to clean, fix, and flip, but don t trust this guy if you actually need a car. He s a scam artist.

Posted my review on the Whalley ave page by accident but here s my review!myself and two people I know Have bought a car and the cars have broken down. I m not apologizing for being a customer who is right. I pay My car note I pay My insurance I pay but my cars been in a shop now for weeks ! Weeks !!!! The warranty gave me a hard time because of the time spans I ve had the car saying for my engine to have a problem and I ve had the car less then six months well yeah take that up with the dealer. Then my friend gets a nice car from there last month their car is stuck in front of my house. For the past three days. My mother s boyfriend gets a car from here and his check engine light keeps flashing Air bag light is on and please please do not reply to this post saying I ve never done business with you because I ve personally replied to the other people you said that to and they have receipts I have Receipts. I get it you guys are trying to run a business but be honest and pay more attention to the cars you re getting from the auction. It s NOT just about money. You re supposed to want to build a relationship with the community and customers gain trust but I ve experienced first hand the neglect on the car. Yeah it s a used car but less then six months and now it s happening to other people that I recommended..... the shop where my car is says that this didn t happen within five months and they re trying to figure out how the check engine light never came on ! Yeah if I didn t want to mess my credit up and dig a deeper hole I d definitely return the car !!!!!! Do better you guys are nice but definitely you guys are far from stupid look out for your customers!

They sold me a car and failed to mention it had a rebuilt title, I ve been unable to fully insure it. They took complete advantage of me not to mention the check engine light came on 2 days after purchasing it, when I came back they said all sales were final and refused to even look at the car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

I purchased an Infiniti M37s from dynamic autos for $8750 cash 4/22/22. I had to drive 5 hours in total back and forth from Mass to Connecticut to buy the car. I was told to fix ABS light and alignment which I agreed since they where minor issues. I spent an additional 3k to fix the ABS, tires and control arm. I registered the car $600 after waiting hours at the RMV. VIP AUTO was able to fix the car but wasn t able to turn off ABS light. I took it to Infiniti they told me that the car got in an accident which they never told me. It will cost me 10k to fix the car. I am a healthcare worker, full time student and a father of two. I don t know what to do. I lost almost 13k on that car and now I am very devastated and depressed.

I was in the market for a new mechanic and I drive by this place every day so I stopped in one day and spoke to Umar, after reading reviews, about my Mini getting serviced with check engine light on. Umar was very pleasant to work with and did everything and more that was asked. No pressure to fix or replace parts that he felt should be replaced. My biggest bone of contention I've had with others is communicating with the customer and Umar was right on point. Will certainly be returning when needed and recommending to other for service.

Came from another shop that quoted me $1400 for servicing my car with a whole list of supposed issues. Umar was quite knowledgeable, fixed everything for just under $350 and my car has never driven smoother. Definitely will be back and recommend.

This is the only spot I trust to take my car to. I have gone to this location for an oil change amongst other repairs numerous times. Ali and Umar are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to cars. If you want reliable car service, pick Dynamic Auto!

Great experience doing business at dynamic auto 2 . Me and my wife recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Sentra and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase . We purchased and payed for the car as is , during the registration process Umar felt the brakes were bad and before we picked the car up he replaced them . Great business , highly recommended
