First time visiting this Auto Body shop and I wasn t disappointed. They did an excellent job on my auto body work that I needed. Very fair and reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the type of work that I needed done. I would definitely recommend them if you need auto body, painting or auto repairs done. Will definitely come again if I need any automobile assistance in the future.Service: Painting

Horrible eta time for towing. I had my daughter use the SOS button for the tow service included with her car. She was given a 100 minute eta, which was then extended by 60 minutes and again by an additional 45 minutes. I decided to use my AAA and I was picked up within 15 minutes. I d never recommend Broadway Autobody &Towing

I was assigned this company to have my car towed Thursday night through allstate roadside assistance.The bum excuse of a tow driver never showed up to the location where my car was and instead lied saying my car wasn t there . Friday afternoon i find out that my car was towed by the state police this FRIDAY MORNING. When i called Broadway Scammers, some loser tried giving me the run around saying the exit i mentioned my car being near never existed despite the fact i ve been driving that way every day for over a year as if i wouldn t know but then again google exists. The person i talked to said they would call me back after an investigation which was the dumbest thing i ve ever heard.0/10 - A group of unprofessional monkeys work at this place. STAY AWAY!

Don't not recommend horrible business never completed the job said they were waiting for a piece to be available and never head from them again and when I call I get the run around I have stopped trying to contact them very disappointed

I was in the area and realized I needed oil change and decided to search around. I endup here at Broadway autobody, even though I saw that the sign said towing I still went inside to ask if they do oil change. I am glad I did. Kelvin was very nice and professional, told me he doesn't do oil changes but helped me find places for me to choose from. Because he was very helpful I asked him what services he provides and as we were talking I was telling him how distraught my mom was because someone stole the catalytic converter off her car and he said he could help us with that. The next day they went to my mother's house to get the car, the insurance agency went to the shop, he ordered the parts as quick as possible and my mom's car was ready in no time. I just met Kelvin but I believe God always put good people in your path and I believe that day was the day. Honest, professional, knowledgeable and quick. If you need someone to take care of your car with honesty Kelvin is your guy. Thank you again for everything. My mom is happy and got her car ready for the holidays.

This company is super bad when it comes to towing service, you make the corresponding report and you have to wait hours and more hours for someone to help you. They only play with people's time, I don't understand how a prestigious company like Mercedes-Benz works with a company as bad as it is. Esta compa��a es s�per mala en cuanto al servicio de gr�as , haces el reporte correspondiente y tienes que esperar horas y m�s horas para que alguien te ayude. Solo juegan con el tiempo de las personas , no entiendo como una compa��a prestigiosa como la Mercedes-Benz trabaja con una compa��a tan mala c�mo est�.
