In a world full of scammers was hesitant to do business with them. But I reached out via text and they replied quickly and professionally. I was in desperate need of a replacement part and they had it to me quickly. Couldn t be happier. Thank you! Will definitely be doing business with them for all my future needs.

I have been doing business with Warren at this location for years. I have also bought several A/C service machines for my locations. He is always helpful no matter when I call him. His products, most notably RobinAir, are outstanding machines. Warren has never steered me wrong, and has frequently saved me a trip there by helping me diagnose machine issues over the phone. And he doesn't charge for that knowledge! Great guy. Great service and Great Company. I would highly recommend them!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

The depth of expertise at this company is something our family values highly. Warren has helped us troubleshoot and has taught us more about motors than we already knew! This company is extremely customer friendly with impeccable attention to detail. We have had our snow blower and other small appliances fixed with extreme speed, cost effectiveness, and a positive attitude. Warren even helped us fix an elaborate espresso machine over the phone for no fee! A shop like this with their technical expertise is a rare find in 2019. Thank you Tess Tools for being a gem! We highly recommend them!

Terrible Service. I ordered part number 539229 and instead of sending me that part, they sent 567965. When I tried to get them to send the correct part, they simply took the position that they will issue a refund and to send the wrong part back.They refused to acknowledge that they sent the wrong part and could have corrected the error by sending the correct part. And of course if you install the wrong part as they are telling me I should do, and damage the unit, they are not responsible.Service: Air conditioning

We called to check availability on a part for an AC machine for our busy automotive repair shop. Warren was able to give us instructions by phone to repair our existing machine, saving us over $600! Tess Tools to the rescue! This company was recommended to me approximately three and a half years ago, and I feel so blessed to have the brilliant Warren to help me with my many machine failures. Warren is so incredibly patient, passionate and caring about his work, his family and his customers. The pricing is always more than fair and the customer service always exceeds my expectations. I definitely recommend Tess Tools with out a hesitation.

Update - I called to verify if the return was processed and I was asked to call back tomorrow because the person that handles that is out on the road. I asked if the person was serious because I am just in disbelief that this is the best customer service a company can provide. You couldn t take my name and number to have the person return my call? I regret making this purchase more and more each time I interact with them. If I could give them zero stars I would!I placed an order online for replacement firebrick and hearth. I was charged for the purchase and shipping then 4 days later I received an email requesting an additional $230 in shipping fees. When I called the rude gentleman that answered the phone explained the charge was due to the items needing to be shipped by truck. My purchase price was $239 so when I requested the refund because shipping was literally as much as the purchase the gentleman quickly tried to disconnect the call. I had to say wait and ask how long it would take the refund to post since they had already so kindly charged me for the purchase. This company has terrible customer service and needs to improve the website to show the correct charges/fees upfront when you make a purchase.

Wonderful people. Warren has always helped us with any problems we came across. He has always gone above and beyond in helping us get the right parts and get them on time. Highly recommend this company very friendly and gets the job done.

Bewares this place!!. I took a power washer in for an estimate. I was told on phone and in person estimate was 30.00. They charged my credit card 30.003+ weeks later they call with estimate was high because they broke a part. I said no give me back machine. 3 more weeks go by till they put it back together and now they want 50.00 cash or I can't get power washer back.Went there with police nothing they could do, owner Warren is non responsive will not take calls even if he answer phone he hands off to secretary. They told me and police that she made error and it should have been 60.00 for estimate, which I would have never brought unit there it that was the case.Anyway long story short, over 2 months of BS and I am out 50.00 with broken unit, original part I damaged was a 10.00 but they broke part worth more.Plus beware as they call themselves tool and equipment but also Baltimore electronics and have a different email and web site. Very shady. Make sure to get paperwork with detailed info before you leave

Outstanding service and extremely knowledgeable! Wonderful small business; was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails. Not only do I get machines serviced here, but the online business has the best rates around. Was super helpful, helping me unload the machines off the truck and received my parts very quickly! Honestly you can not a small business like this any more.Shocking to here the negative reviews; people need more patience in their life!

Edit: Owner's response has me mistaken for a different customer?Rough customer service via email: Over the course of a week I communicated with them about a power washer part and eventually was told to buy it somewhere else. I have no idea what they are like in person: probably great guys. Just rough to communicate with via email.

2020/12/29Order a part for a back up propane heater and forgot that it was ordered and there was no communication for Tess Tools about delivery date. And yes, when the order was place the ad stated the it was back ordered. Still need some kind of delivery date due to fact this is a part for a back up heater and thank God we have not had a bad winter here

Fabulous family owned business! A small company that is extremely informative about a variety of parts and will go out of their way to try and order the part. Also their shipping department is response and quick; everything is user friendly on the website and if you call the owner will call you back ASAP. Highly recommended!

Warren is an ABSOULTE NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH!DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS NON PROFESSONAL THIEF!Ordered a control board for an AC Machine and after speaking with the manufacturer tech line it was defective. The tech line advised us to contact TESS Tools for warranty replacement . Warren REFUSED to hear any part of it. After many emails and calls Warn instructed us to "At this point send it back and I will refund your money" WHICH NEVER HAPPENED! Then he claimed we sent back an "OLD Board" (Which is a LIE PERIOD) once again after MANY EMAILS and calls he stated "Send me a picture of the date code on your old board and I will send this one back to Bosch for warranty" We promptly sent PICTURE PROOF and this guy still has done NOTHING!YOU ARE WARNED THIS GUY IS UNREASABLE LIER AND A THIEF HE HAS THE BOARD WE SENT BACK FOR WARRENTY AND OUR MONEY AND WE GOT NOTHING !
