I traveled all the way from Brooklyn NY just to come to Automotive 7. They gave my car a really nice cleaning, powdering coating, painting a engine bay piece and ceramic coating the whole vehicle. They did such a great job on my wheels that left me speechless because they looked like brand new.They did a fantastic job with everything! I highly recommend to go here. Customer service was genuine. Even tho it s a 2 hour ride each way for me I would be willing to drive there again. Thank you so much for your service !!!

If you ever find yourself in need of towing service, or your car needs repairs, this would be the best place it could end up! My car was stolen, but was later recovered and picked up by Automotive 7. I am so very grateful to them for the exceptional care they provided us and to our vehicle They made certain that our car was protected from the elements by covering my sunroof with a plastic wrapping! It was stuck opened from the theft. The waiting area is pretty, clean, and comfy. They even had great tasting coffee! Stephanie was not only very pleasant and professional, but extremely kind and empathetic! We felt valued, cared for, and understood. I feel like we won a small lottery with Stephanie. She was truly exceptional! We were so fortunate to have experienced & dealt her, and with the other great group of people that work there. Wish you guys All the Best! Thank you!

Automotive 7 team is highly professional. They handled my auto claim very efficiently as they made the entire process very stress free. From helping me get the rental while they work on my car to actually providing good service, it was overall a great experience. Would highly recommend!!!

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!Got into a vehicle accident were my car wasn t even drivable. Automotive 7 came towed my vehicle quickly and got me off the road. Damages were extensive and many parts had to be ordered. That wasn t a challenge for them.. they ordered my parts, colored matched my paint job perfectly and got me back on the road in no time.Very clean and professional atmosphere, the employees are very welcoming and clear with everything going on. I was fortunate enough to look around the shop and OH MAN wasn t I blown away. The technology and equipment these guys use are way superior than anyone else. Their paint booth is closed off to perfection and their wrap shop is by far one of the best I ve seen. Give these guys a shot for any of your automotive requirement.

The work done was perfect. Everything was smooth and done within the timeframe I was given. I was told to drop off my truck on Monday the day we agreed on, and was told Friday it would be done. I expected my vehicle to be sitting for a few days before they touched it but that wasn t the case. In and started within 2 hours. Finished a day early with basically a full detail. Did not expect anything this great due to my prior experiences with other places over the last few years. I recommend this place 100/100 times.Positive to this is that they talk to you like a friend and let you know what is going on instead of just a number.Thank you to everyone. Perfect repairs and service.

The Automotive 7 team has been extremely helpful and prompt with my insurance claim process. Dom is so kind and assisted me the whole way through. The body shop did exceptional work on my Tesla. I came all the way from New York and will continue to come back to this body shop for all my automotive needs!

They were incredibly nice and helpful. They put my car on a lift and told me exactly what I needed to replace. I had no insurance and they told me how to get repairs done with minimal cost. I drive 36k miles a year for work. Sometimes an "ouch" happens. I was with friends in Westport and one of them told me about this place, convincing me with the words "thee bessst" . He told me to call and ask for Emo. My friend came with me to drive me back to Westport when I would drop off my car. Emo, the owner came out, he looked at the scratches and said "tell your friend you're all set and he can go." He said hang on, he drove it into the shop. 20 minutes later..... Boom! Scratches were out! I paid and even tipped the guy inside who did it. I was beyond grateful. I was quoted 6x the price in Westport. But it's not about the money really. It's about looking at your, brand new again and saying WOWWW!!!. call and ask for Dom or Steph too. They work with the insurance companies and the hassles they bring.

The entire staff here at Automotive 7 is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Emilio is so knowledgeable he makes you feel as if you have known him for years to how comfortable he makes you feel to talk to him and trust me he handles EVERYTHING with wisdom, knowledge and understanding. The ladies at the front desk are so generous, not to mention Destiny who followed up with my rental(thank you ). Great service.They catered to all my needs.Provided a rented vehicle via a renter service business apart from automotive 7.Automotive 7 met me at the car rental place and towed my vehicle to automotive 7 location . where my vehicle was placed inside a garage for safekeeping.After several weeks, my bumper on my vehicle was placed successfully brand new,as if nothing ever happened.When everything was all set and done, my vehicle was given back to my possession as the way, I ve given it to them.The employers of automotive 7, were very professional. I had to get my car towed and automotive 7 has been amazing from the beginning. I blew a tire on the merit and they were there within 30 minutes. This business does an incredible job. My company picked them based on excellent reviews for my new to me corporate vehicle. I already referred others to this establishment. I can't wait to bring both of my personal vehicles there. The owner and employees were kind, attentive and professional. They communicated consistently through the process of booking my upcoming appointment to picking up my vehicle. Best detailing I've ever had and I regularly detail my cars. Was charged for service that were never rendered by their tow technician. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident & was charged for clean up. When I m fact I m the one who cleaned up all the pieces from my car out of the road, when I advised them of this they stated well your bumper is in the car I said because I put it there & still felt as if I shouldn t have had to pay for something their tow technician didn t do. But In the interest of not wanting to have to worry about being charged for storage & other fees so I paid close to $400 to get my car out of the tow. Not to mention I tried to retrieve my car the day prior maybe two days prior & had to wait a whole extra day to get my vehicle. I contacted DMV as this charge wasn t valid, there s even footage of me picking up pieces of my car. Still till this day there s pieces to my car all of the road & this accident happened on 12/07

Franklin and his team are EXPERTS and truly care for their customers. They went above and beyond in working with me through the birth of my child, us getting COVID and so on. Prices are competitive but fair in my opinion and the work truly speaks for itself.I got a full 9H ceramic coating with a full frontal STEK PPF on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 and they did an exceptional job. I consider myself to be pretty picky and they were able to address any issues I had, even if it meant keeping it in shop for another day.When I started working with them they were pretty new, but honestly, they are officially my go-to shop. I can t recommend them enough.To Franklin and team - THANK YOU and I can t wait to continue bringing my cars to you all. Definitely have a few more things in mind for my Tesla.

I highly recommend this place. After my accident, they took care of everything at every step of the way starting from towing the car, assisting with insurance paperworks and arranging for rental car. They paid attention to details, kept me informed and assured throughout the repair process. I am extremely happy with my repairs and pleased with the service provided by Automotive 7.

Someone did a hit and run on my rear bumper and on a recommendation I tooo my car here. Everyone was extremely professional and did their best to make the situation as painless as possible. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!Hands down the most unprofessional and scummy auto place in the area. They drag their feet with the process just so they can hold your car for longer and collect their RIDICULOUS fee. My car was towed here (not by choice) and they constantly nagged me asking me if I was going to keep it there for repair because they needed the space back in their yard. Once I told them that I was going with another autobody shop, I heard nothing from them. Since they weren t going to be making money off me from the repairs, they made a point to hold my car hostage. Also, not to mention, in the 20 different phone calls I exchanged with Destiny or Emilio, not once was it ever mentioned to me that I needed to come down and fill out any paperwork. I could go on and on and on about how AWFUL this place is. SO many mistakes and miscommunications . They also lost my keys and my tire until I lost my mind then they were suddenly found!!! Insanity. I took my car to Automotive 7 for window tinting, calipers painting, adding decals, coloring all 4 rims on my BMW. Arslan and his team was very cordial and committed to their job. I was very happy with the work they did. I highly suggest everyone to go there for any automotive related services. I needed to get some paint corrections for a while and did some research on how it is done when I came across A7 Auto Spa. After looking at the reviews I drove up to take a look and speak with a professional, that s when I met Franklyn. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. Not only did he know exactly what was the best options but walked me through every step. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed knowing my car was in good hands. The work was flawless and the custom detailing immaculate. I absolutely recommend A7 Auto Spa, one of the best places I ve had the pleasure of taking my car to.
