Super Friendly and Honest. Quick diagnosis of an odd issue on a modifiued motor with a supercharger. Quickly solved the issue and offered options. Took us in and forced us into their schedule since we were in a bind with a pending cross country trip. Gave Mike's a call about a bent suspension, they were quick to let me know the estimate and likely turnaround. Dropped my van off, and they contacted me after repairs were complete on how to pick it up after hours, and some future recommendations for the vehicle. They were up front, honest, and gave an accurate estimate on both time and cost. I couldn't have been more satisfied.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

Mike is the best mechanic I have ever encountered. He looks after my 20+ year-old, almost 400,000 mile 4-Runner like it was his own. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Honest to a fault, kind, pragmatic, and super knowledgeable. When you need an appointment just for an oil change, then that's a good sign. It means that this is a busy shop. They don't have time to do dishonest work, and they don't need to upsell anyone because the next car is waiting to come in. Most of my family takes their cars here, and we have never had a single problem. Friendly and straight to the point, best shop in the area.

Wow.... We have been with Mike, Jen, Joe, and Steve for 7 years+ now. We bring our personal and all of our company vehicles to Mike's. Honest, dependable, first rate, etc. Never had a bad experience once (we have service work done on 5 different vehicles for a total of 20 trips a year minimum) They allow us to be a better company by servicing us on time everytime. Can't go wrong.

It's hard to find a knowledgeable, friendly, and honest mechanic these days. Mikes' Auto in Tylerville, CT is second to none in the area. Have been using his services for years, and I have never felt the need to second guess anything he does to my families vehicles. He is prices are fair and there are never any surprises. -Thank You

This place is great! Mike is honest, straight forward and knowledgable. Pricing is very reasonable. I normally work on my vehicles myself but with this place around it just isn't worth it. And, they don't over tighten lug nuts!!!

A little slow, but busy for the only real auto mechanic in the area. You will pay full price, but repair work is done right the first time, so you won t have to come back and play garage games. Brian Ghilliotti
