Brought my car here to get service done and left my car a few weeks without even contacting them. Any other shop would have charged me heavily in storage fees or just towed it out. This company cares about any potential customer. I'm grateful with the service I've received already and I haven't even met them. Does that explain how well they'll treat you? Highly recommended!

I had some car troubles and I was recommended to bring my car to Jerry s to have them take a look. The team was great to work with , and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. Even though they weren t able to help out with this particular issue they were upfront and honest. Brian was a great guy to work with, and even though they couldn t easily replicate the issue they took their time and genuinely gave it their best try and I appreciate the effort ! I will be returning if I need help in the future !

If I could give 6 stars to Jerry s I would.I had to get a new transmission and I was recommended to go to Jerry s. I m glad I did. Everyone at Jerry s is amazing and super nice. They installed a new transmission and it runs like a new vehicle. I am very happy.I highly recommend Jerry s transmission. Don t waist your time trying to find another place to get your transmission done. Just Wow. We have family repair shops of our own, as we do not do transmission work, we send all of our customers with transmission troubles to Jerry s My own car started having transmission issues so I decided to go myself and the crew is fantastic, willing to work with my scheduling, good communication, I asked everyone there questions and they all were willing to answer them and guide me the right way and explain. very patient Brian is so helpful and very nice We will continue to send them customers.

Our family has used Jerry s for all of our transmission services.These guys are absolutely the best transmission people in all of New England.I was actually referred by one of the largest service centers in the area.I m retired from the car business and have previously owned a couple of Used Car Dealerships over the years. We are very pleased again using Jerry s transmission. This time we need to have our truck towed and they were able to get us a transmission installed and back in less than a week. Best auto experience ever they tried just changing fluid as my SUV wasn t old and that worked for a few months but then my lemon started failing again. They replaced trans for a really fair price and had me bring it back after a month. When I told them there was a noise I never heard before they determined it was a faulty gasket, fixed it right there and didn t charge me at all. I've been a longtime customer of Jerry's and their service is consistently reliable, professionally done and at a very fair price. While they have always been excellent at communicating with customers, both to set up appointments, advise of cost estimates or scope of repair changes, and apprise you of progress while a repair is underway, their new digital initiative has been a great improvement. Your service record is now centralized online, shareable with you and their staff, and linked to automatic reminders about upcoming suggested repairs or service benchmarks. It really takes this business to a whole new level of excellence. James and the entire service team are AAA. This is the second time I have use Jerry's. My other vehicle still going strong. From the very start is was a great experience. The young lady on the phone (which you don't fine today) was very nice and helpful. After the job was done I got a call and it was fully explained what was done and all that applies. I would recommend Jerry's Transmission to everyone having a problem with their tyranny. I've had three done by them as well as general service work. They will not sell you any service your car or truck does not actually need. And when work is required it's always the best. The last truck I had them do now has 586 thousand miles on it. Yes, 586 thousand. Can you get work done a little cheaper? Probably. But you ALWAYS end up with what you pay for. Now go back and read the milage my truck has on it. They were great. The owner, himself, helped me and instead of a complete transmission job, he changed the fluid and it performed much better. I had to get major work done, something to do with my clutch and transmission a $1,300 repair and they had to take apart the whole front end. and I went to pick up my car after hours- I didn t even get on the highway before I turned around and brought it back. I called the next morning and told them that my car was NOT making that noise nor shaking prior. Mind you, they took the axel off to repair my car. They then told them my cars axel then needed to be replaced when it didn t have any issues before they took it out. They didn t offer to fix it, they didn t offer a discount, they didn t do anything. Just told me it d be another $600 and they were not nice about it either. That s ridiculous. I will never come back here and never recommend anyone due to their lack of accountability and customer service.

Excellent work on my Lincoln and my Silverado. Both had transmissions replaced. I am 100 percent happy with the replacement transmissions, the quality of the work and the process at the shop.In addition and as a side note, the family are long time owners and residents of Guilford for many years.TimService: Transmission

I brought my Subaru Forester in with transmission problems. After the problem was solved for $2,000 I continued to have the same issues. Brought my car back FOUR times and the problem was never fixed. I wasted $2,000 here. I m a single mom and a teacher, $2,000 is a huge deal. I was told to bring my car to the dealer and there was nothing more they could do. I paid for a part I didn t need , labor that didn t work and a diagnosis that was wrong.Service: Transmission repair

I brought my car here to get the transmission fluid changed, and everyone there was so nice to talk to. The mechanic called after checking out my car, and mentioned a few computer issues going on, and checked out the issues. Unfortunately I have to bring my car to the dealer to fix them, but Jerry's didn't charge me extra for the diagnostics. My car is now running smoother after the fluid change, and I'll definitely come back here when it needs to be changed again!

I called Jerry's transmission with a problem with our Subaru Outback, 200,000 miles. Everywhere we had been told it needed a new transmission or at least a rebuilt one at costs between $4500 & $8000. When I spoke with Jerry's they knew exactly what the problem was and assured me that I could be back on the road in a day and $2200 later. They were very honest, actually charged me less, the car runs perfectly, as promised, and yes, as a Subaru owner I'd go back there in a heartbeat.

I took the car in. Brian and his team evaluated what needed to be done. A complete transmission rebuild was performed.
