Easily made an appointment online. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't try and offer me anything I didn't need or ask for. Service was quick. My car came out exactly how it went in. Three days later and it still runs as it did before I went in. I received exactly what I asked for and expected. This center had really good reviews and rightfully so. I would definitely return.

I always go to this Meineke location for all my oil changes, emissions, and any other car needs that they offer.I had my brakes done here and they did a great job. They always let me know if there is any other issues with my car and offer their services with no pressure at reasonable prices.I recently had a small issue with something with my car and Mike helped me out with straightforward advice and also went the extra mile to show me all my options to fix the problem.They are all very friendly here and I never have to worry about getting an appointment and the wait time is always minimal.I will continue to come here for all my oil changes, emissions, and any other car services they offer that my car may need.Thank you all for your outstanding service and level of caring for me and all your customers!

Meineke is lucky to have Michael H. His honesty and knowledge is second to no one. I felt comfortable dealing with Michael the entire time and always felt that he had my best interests in mind. I will tell everyone I know to utilize this shop when in need of vehicle repairs.

The place is pleasant to go. They are honest and never charge to much. They did extra with my car for no extra cost. My wife and I always get our cars back working and never get over charged. Had a nail in my tire...they fixed it for free and inflated my tires. Super friendly service and will use them again for their honesty and helpfulness

I have had my CT emission testing performed at Meineke on Bridge St in Groton for multiple vehicles and many years. They operate on a first come, first served basis and that works great. I have consistently experienced a courteous intake at the front desk, a less than 15 minute wait time, and my cars are left clean inside. Groton Meineke really has their act together regarding emission testing and they are a pleasure to deal with.

I find Meineke in Groton very customer friendly: efficient , pro-active , and easy to access both online and in person. Makes my life do much easier having a shop I can trust.

I called in for an Appointment for Ct Emmissions. Larry the Mgr answered and advised me of the times of the program. I stopped in an 15 minutes later it was completed. Aside from being a full service auto maintenance shop, this Meineke also serves as a state emissions and VIN verification center for the State of Connecticut. The process for this is very short and both times I have been there has been for less than 20mins to process the inspection. Per requirement from the state, it is cash only. Both times I have gone, I have not needed an appointment. In addition, when I completed my VIN verification, I was given a coupon for a free oil change. Staff are friendly. Waiting area is nice and clean.

I had a broken brake line, leaking fluid everywhere. I stopped in to find out if the car could be looked at today, they had it repaired and ready to be pick up by lunch. Great service!

Very good experience. Called and explained my problem to Larry, he took my car right in. Called me within 1/2 an hour with the problem and the cost. My car was fixed within a couple hrs. Very pleasant people there, recommend them very highly. 3/5/2024, return for oil change. They checked my breaks by my request and found a problem with the hoses that was fixed. Great mechanic that worked it and great customer service in the front. I will be returning, hard to find good service today!Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes

What a smooth process! I dont think Ive been to a place so transparent about time to complete a job. Not only was I told how long it would take, i overheard them be super transparent about time to other customers as well. Its family run, they have a friendly parrot, certainly respect peoples time and have customer friendly price points. Cant ask for more than that.
