Bill is just the best! He worked with me to make the experience affordable. Eddie was helpful and funny as he brought me home and picked me up. The entire service department has always been helpful and friendly. When things have gone wrong, they are quick and thorough in addressing the situation.

As always, the customer service from the Service department was outstanding. Bill and Jose are friendly, courteous and professional. They took care of all my concerns, made recommendations for necessary repairs and I was out of there in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and complete with free beverages and Wifi. Not to mention, I left in a much cleaner car than when I arrived. Always a pleasure doing business with Girard Nissan.

Jose, Bill, and Chad offer the friendliest Nissan service that I have experienced. Alex from the Parts dept was also very friendly and very helpful and found the part that I needed. I am from out of state, and this Service dept, Parts dept, and dealership have the best customer service. I also appreciate the complimentary car wash, and they went above and beyond and cleaned and vacuumed my car mats. The service waiting area had a great selection of snacks. The sales staff also accommodated a conference room for my parents and I so that we can sit together as we wait for my car being serviced. This Service dept, Parts dept, and dealership surpassed my expectations. Thank You So Much! Highly recommend Girard Nissan!

I did lots of research for new tires for several days, never considering a dealer. When Girard Nissan popped up, online for new tires, I decided to check them out. So happy I did because they had the best price and a payment plan was offered by Sunbit which sealed the deal for me! The service department was outstanding from start to finish and my car was vacuumed and washed!!! All of this from a dealer??? Wow! I was impressed! I will be returning for any upcoming needs... Thank you all!!!!

Exercise caution if you choose this location for your vehicle's maintenance. I took my 2021 truck in for servicing while it was still under warranty, only to encounter problems that were dismissed by the staff, claiming everything was in working order. However, upon consulting another dealership, it was verified that the issue did indeed require attention and was eligible for warranty coverage.

To begin with, your team is wonderful! Everyone greeted me with a smile. Your team went out of their ways to take good care of me and my car, and most importantly my app! The best part is I actually found the set of keys I had lost back in August! I was driven to work and picked up by two very friendly and engaging drivers and your Service Team was great! In today's world, most of us feel that people are lying to you or out to get you, especially in the auto maintenance business. Not one time have I felt that way about this service department, and believe me I check everything out. Keep up the great service .

I don't usually write reviews but after going to this dealership and experiencing the absolute best I felt compelled to share my experience. I was involved in an accident that was no fault of my own and in need of a car quick. I knew Girard was a good place to start based on reputation but Austin really knocked things out of the park! From the second I walked in and we started talking I knew I was in good hands. He went above and beyond to get me a car that fit my needs, interests and most importantly my budget. He was SO easy going and made the process smoother than I ever could have imagined in EVERY aspect. It's so rare to find a salesman that cares more about you and your situation than just completing the sale. Not only did he show me exemplary customer service he took the time to explain every detail and answer every question I had with a no bulls*** approach. I could not have imagined a better experience. I put my trust in the right place and was not disappointed!!!! 20/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car go see Austin! Thank you again for the amazing experience I could not be happier

The staff is friendly, my car is always given back to me cleaner than how I left it (shout out complementary wash & vacuum), and they always take care of me. I live closer to the norwich nissan, and still prefer to make that drive. Their professionalism and customer service can't be beat! Been loyal to them for over SEVEN years now. 10/10 recommend.

Had scheduled oil change and tire rotation and maintenance check. I got home amd checked under hood to see how things looked after having this done as usual only to see a pile of pine needles and leafs near the back fire wall where the air flows. I felt as though hey why wouldnt they just take the 10 seconds as it took me and clean that out. Just tells me that the technician really wasnt engaged with what he was doing. I think ill stay with my other dealership for maintenance. I gave it a shot.

Updated Review 10/27/23:This dealership continues to exceed expectations!Their scheduling of service for the new car I bought below was easy. I was LATE and they still kept my appointment. They let me use a spare office in the build so I can work remotely while I m getting service, they clean the car when they re done. AND This time there were scratches on a door. Instead of haggling whether they were there when I got there, their auto body manger buffed it out personally.They went far beyond any expectations of service and I would not just recommend them I d be comfortable sending my young daughters there to get service on their own. I haven t said that about a dealership service area before.Original post:The dealership worked with me negotiating price before I ever stepped foot in the building. This encouraged me to test drive the car.Next, they gave me quotes for two different trims. This helped me feel confident in my choice.Finally, the closing experience was easy and they even installed my hard plastic mats.

I mistakenly went into the Girard/Nissan dealership to have my Toyota repaired seems I was given wrong information from the insurance company as to where to take my car the bright side of it is that I was so lucky to have been helped by the receptionist in the Nissan dealership I believe her name was Jody or Jackie. She ever so nicely even wrote down the correct place I needed to take my car to. She easily could have just said nope you re in the wrong place but she went that extra step which in this busy world anyone else would have done! She s a lovely woman and I applaud her!

Buyers of used vehicles beware. Dealer claimed it was tuned up and run through the service department. Took it to Firestone nearby and there were several issues discovered; rust, leaking gaskets, and rotted exhaust. Expected better from a dealership. Take all used vehicles to an outside mechanic.

After a few unpleasant experiences at other dealerships, I ended up at Girard Nissan. My sales consultant Carlo was very attentive and direct. I received a great offer for my trade-in and we agreed on a purchase price that I felt comfortable with. Not once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed. The most dishonest people you'll ever meet. The dealership is run by some of the most terrible people and the shop will make things up to charge you thousands of dollars when no work needs to be done. These are absolutely the worst people you'll ever meet and if you cross them, they'll destroy you

I recently had some work done in the service department. Everyone from the service manager, writer, down to the tech were friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of the status of my truck and all options were explained in a way I could understand. All work was done to my satisfaction and the service department exceeded my expectations.
