So Tyson is great. He s always been really nice and easy to work with. They have a few pleasant mechanics, too. They do the best with what they have, but I wouldn t recommend this place because a few reasons:1. The owner is a hothead who got in a fight over the phone with my husband(who is a professional mechanic) because his mechanics forgot to run the engine before returning the vehicle to us after a coolant flush and the level was too low for the car to run safely. He doesn t know the difference between a thermostat and a thermistor and was just downright rude to my husband because he was trying to explain the difference.2. Also, they use conventional oil for their oil changes, which are $85(not a bad price) so you need to get an oil change from them every 3,000 miles, which is over $250 every 10,000 miles... When I started bringing my car to the Volvo dealership, they used the correct synthetic European oil, so the oil changes are like $100 BUT you only need them every 10,000 miles 3. Additionally, it took them months to chase a check engine light that no matter what they did, would come right back on. Brought it to an ACTUAL Volvo dealership and after a $200 software update, something that they are unable to do at Eurocars because it s just a used car dealership, THE CAR HAS LITERALLY NEVER RUN BETTER.If you have a Volvo, I d highly recommend you give Secor a try instead. I wish we went to them first and saved a few thousand dollars, as well as the time, energy, and aggravation of dealing with Eurocars.

Eurocars Plus is fantastic. My first time purchasing from them was very easy and satisfying. Although I stopped-by without an appointment, I was well taken care of and purchased a Volvo from them that day. Mark and Susan did as they said they would and had the car ready for me when promised at the price promised. They have my business for service and I ll be back when I need another car. Highly recommended.

Their mechanics are not thorough and have missed repairs needed on multiple occasions which resulted in my vehicle breaking down. This happened the day after we dropped it off for repairs. The owner of the business, is very argumentative and has extremely poor customer service skills. So I would say if you enjoy being belittled and not having your car fixed correctly then by all means bring it to this place. The verified five star reviews you see are from the owner and his employees. Just Google it.

EURO is best for European cars. I've owned volvos and saabs for years and never could find anyone who could really fix them right until now. After 3 different mechanics top notch in area Euro was the only one who took the time to figure out what the issue was on my car. They are kind and patient and very well experienced very reasonable I canpraise them enough.

A very pleasant experience buying a car. Mark was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and willing to spend time with me. Susan, in the office, had all paperwork ready for me when I arrived to purchase the car. Tyson came out with me to go over the features of the car. All three were professional, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I might have. I highly recommend Eurocars Plus and would certainly recommend them for anyone looking for a pre-owned Volvo.

Best pre-owned Volvo dealer in the area! Clean, low mileage, many to choose from. Great warranties and service. Volvo trained mechanics keep it running to spec. 35 years dealing with them. Highly recommended!

Excellent work and incredible customer service. I tend to do the majority of my car work, but when the job is beyond my skill set, this is the first place I call. They do thorough, quality work. They are also incredibly polite and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

They are fantastic! we have purchased two cars from there and have been impressed with their honesty, professionalism, vast knowledge and no nonsense attitude. They have never pushed any service or repairs on us, but made suggestions - leaving the decision up to us. The have reliable repeat business who recognize a trustworthy dealership. They even checked out other cars we were looking at and discussed options. their impeccable service leads them to really get to know you and identify what you are looking for. If he doesn't have something that meets your needs her will tell you up front - saving you both time and money. I will never buy a car anywhere else. looking for my third...

First time customer. Tyson and all were awesome. I've never been told by my " mechanic " that basically my car is fine. No upselling etc. word of mouth is the best form of advertising and all I can say is this operation is polished and understands the customer.

Women take notice! This repair and dealership is extremely honest and helpful to women. After having had such bad experiences with the local volvo dealer that repeatedly tried to take advantage of me, this business is a breath of fresh air. Eurocars has been keeping my 20+ year old volvos going for as long as possible and when it is time to buy a used volvo wagon, they will be my first choice.Mark (owner), Tyson (service manager), Ed and Mike (mechanics) are ethical and ultra-professional in each of their roles. I cannot say enough good about Eurocars Plus in Groton.

I did not buy a car from them; my experience is with them for servicing my vehicle.I have an old Volvo and was glad I found this place. This place definitely was immeasurably helpful when I need/wanted any work done on my old car. They did extremely competent work at realistic prices and were always very personable and flexible when dealing with me and my schedule.If you have a Volvo and you live in the Groton, CT area, I would strongly recommend them to you for your service needs.

I go here to see my favorite mechanic Mike! Great guy who does solid, honest work. Haven't had much interactions with the rest of the crew, but I can say they are all very friendly. Probably one of the only places around I don't worry about the potential of getting screwed over. Highly Recommend!

Disappointment understated. Poor customer service. My husband began communication via email re. a Mustang, requesting to meet on Sunday to which understandably, an appt was unable to be scheduled. We were told to come Thursday at which we were thrilled to have the opportunity to take a look. We then got another call suggesting us to consider coming Wednesday instead. We live over an hour away but were anxious and excited to rearrange our plans to comply w Wednesday request, after explicitly expressing our interest in the vehicle and potential plan of purchase. In fact, had the salesman made any indication or advised a deposit, we would have most definitely been prepared to offer. Upon arrival we were told that the car was sold. Beyond upsetting. Totally unethical.

I have purchased at least 4 maybe 5 cars from Ron at Eurocars Plus. Service is absolutely amazing - the entire staff is amazing and Ron is one of the most honest and kind people I know. You can trust him and he will go above and beyond what you ask for. Also the cars Ron has on his lot are always great quality at a great price.

Third Volvo (since I was 16 - now 31), second Volvo from Eurocars. The last 2012 s60t5 had a massive oil consumption issue and the oil light was defective on top of that, so the engine blew... it s not their fault at all!! There was a recall for that issue, just for some reason our vin number was not included in the recall. We brought the Volvo to Secor in New London to be fixed (honestly, it s just faster - sincerely no offense), and Mark[if I remember his name correctly] told us when we came to buy our next car we would have fought Volvo WAY harder on that recall issue - lesson learned. They also forgot to reconnect the driver airbag at Secor. We will be getting serviced at Eurocars from now on! I did get into an accident and total the 2012 but it happened at the right time because we wanted another Volvo, we knew we liked Eurocars, and they had our dream car at our price point. Only problem- it wasn t black. But the 18 very good-looking wheels, LED headlights, and window tint make up for that entirely. The dark grey metallic actually has a lot of color play and is quite beautiful when polished. Mark has an eye for the good-looking cars. The 2012 had 2-tone leather inside, and was black - black is classy. The 2017 s60t5 Dynamic AWD was *exactly* what we were looking for, and it was priced exactly so we could afford it. Mark was on vacation and made a lot of things happen very quickly for us, as our insurance company only half-paid for a rental for 7 days! We became top priority and the car was ready in time! It was unbelievable. These guys really came through. Awesome little place. Volvo for life. Thank you guys so much for having our perfect car exactly when we needed it! -Kathy & Daina Tennant

Took our car there twice. Once they did not do the service we paid for upon pick up... they later did while we wasted a work day. Second they "balanced" our wheels, now the dealership says all of our wheels are bent and need repair. We will NEVER bring our car back the Eurocars.

Mark is always willing to squeeze me in. I'm a single mom with two kids and a prof'l job. Time? I have none. Car? I need it to be reliable. I did not buy my car from him; had I done that I wouldn't have had the problems I've had with this thing. Today I had my T5 V70 flatbedded to him. It's a 2004, and so I'm thinking the undercarriage may not last as long as the engine wants to last! oy! I may stay with Volvo's only because of Euro cars. They do great work, they do work once and don't have to re-fix their work like the other dealerships in the area.

I called for advice on my XC90 and without hesitation Mark provided his suggestion over the phone. He was spot on with his diagnosis and it was an easy fix. I'm assuming other places would make you come in so they can charge, not this place. Thank you for being honest.
