Service dept marks up 100%on there parts, there recently repaired the subframe on my friends E class cause the rear sub frame rotted and the spring cracked, so I called 3 other dealers parts dep and al where between $130&$140 each greenwich charged her $230 each, no labor was charged cause the sub frame was a warranty issue but still not right .

Great service. Professional and courteous staff. My service advisor Raymond was very outgoing and kept in contact with me about the progress of my service. Transportation was provided by Uber paid for by Mercedes of Greenwich. Absolutely satisfied with this dealership.

We had some delays with some recent repairs on our SUV but Jimmy D. was very accommodating and helped us out with a loaner and other adjustments which we appreciated. He worked hard to make the experience better overall and it worked!

They took my car early as I was about to go on a trip. My service person explained to me the status of my car and made some recommendations. I chose what I wanted done and the car was ready when I got back from my trip. Robidio was professional and courteous. And while I normally get my cars serviced elsewhere, I am going to change to this location as long as they can get me in when I need an appointment.

Service was wonderful other than they gave me an EV as my loaner car and because it was cold out the battery went down quickly. It was difficult to find a charging station that actually worked. If the customer doesn t already have a charger for an EV car don t give them one.

Maintenance was easy to book online, efficient drop off and pick up of courtesy car and work completed on time. Car did come back with smudges on the leather but they were cleaned up once I pointed them out.

Fuel pump recall was completed ahead of schedule and communications regarding status and timing were excellent. Unfortunately, on my first attempt to have this work done I was not informed of the need to arrive with a nearly empty gas tank and was compelled to pick up my car and reschedule

I like your service, especially for bringing my car back to my office. I really appreciate it.However, I don t like the automatic scheduling system, I spent about 10 minutes to input my information, at the end the system said I am sorry, I can t schedule your appointment, please talk to a person. This system is not feasible and waste my time

Although there was a minor mishap, the tech left the radiator coolant reservoir uncapped and had / 2000 mile drive ahead of me. I spin return, they bent over backwards to redo the service and have my car back, although it hadn t even been washed.
