I had two incredible experiences at the Infiniti store in Greenwich. I received very good service from the salesman Jefferson. He exceeded my expectations by making my daughter's dream come true, which was to buy her first car. Everything was done in the best way possible, always very attentive, and making everything possible. My first experience was excellent that I decided to go back and look for him to buy a car for me. And as always he was the best at everything. I had the pleasure of meeting sales manager Cleice Beraldo, an excellent professional who was concerned that everything worked in the best possible way and that my satisfaction was guaranteed. She is super attentive, kind and a great professional. That's why I give them both 5 stars.

This dealer has a wide variety of cars and is in a convenient location. The managers are friendly and helpful. The sales service can definitely improve, as it was disorganized and lacked attention to detail. Our main sales person seemed uninterested and we ended up being helped mostly by the managers. We had to return to the dealer to secure insurance and leasing and instead of having everything ready for us, our sales person had to be prompted to do his job. Thankfully Cleice, the other manager, stepped in and helped us finalize the deal. She has been prompt in returning my calls and communicating with me. I am giving her 5 stars for customer service!

Approximately two months ago I had the pleasure of contacting, meeting and working with sales consultant, Hasahn McCrae.� In a time where customer service is more often a difficult experience, Hasahn was one of the best professional experiences I have had in years.� Hasahn�was friendly, professional, and communicative�right from the beginning.� He was punctual, made himself available to answer my questions and guided me through every phase of the car buying experience.� Hasahn's calm and friendly demeanor defines the type of employee where relationships are built on trust.� I feel very comfortable returning to Dar Cars for any need, question, or another possible sale in the future.� Thank you Hasahn McCrae for such a positive car buying experience!

The first time I went to infinity the service manager greeted me. He was very nice , asked what I was there for . I explained and he helped me right away.The second time I went there was because I was getting water in my car whenever it rained . I was able to get a loaner and my car was fixed . I haven t had any issues after that with water .The third time I went was for my service on my vehicle . I received a loaner .and my car was serviced with no issues .My issue however , when I returned the loaner they brought my car up . I forgot my wallet in the loaner . The dealership called me and advised me which was very nice of them . When I went to get my wallet there was money missing . I have never encountered this before .I called and spoke to the manager in sales.(since service was closed at this point and the manager was not there that day ) and he apologized. He said he will have the service manager give me a call so that we can look into it when he comes inI never received a call from anyone after that . I called back a few days later, spoke to a person in service and asked to speak to the manager regarding my situation. That representative / worker said he is not in and can call me back . I advised him that the sales manager knew about the situation and asked to check in with him. I spoke to the sales manager again, and he told me to expect a call the next day from the service manager.Here we are 2 months later, still no call back. It wasn t a lot of money . It was about $60.00. But it s more the principal. I m not sure if the sales manager was ever made aware since the few times I have interacted with him he was very genuine , cared and didn t strike me as the type to not call back.Though it was my fault for leaving my wallet , I didn t think my things would get stolen

Hasahn was a complete professional from start to finish and a pleasure to work with! He made the purchase of my new car stress free and I felt like I had made a friend in the process. Highly recommend.

My delearship car experience was the easiest I've ever had in my life! This was all because of Gamil! My purchase started through email/phone where I told Gamil I didn't want to deal with no shady dealer tactics from past experience. Gamil was straight forward which I loved. None of that here is the price and switch on you later. There was no surprises from our phone conversation to when I came to the dealership. He was also considerate that I traveled out of state to get the car. He offered to go to the lot and checked the car out himself to make sure any issues were reported to me before I decided to make the trip. No issues found. The car was exactly as described. I signed and drove the same day. Ask for Gamil if you are shopping for a used car. He made my experience easy!

It is truly a pleasure working with their entire team. Gamil was awesome to work with. We were searching for a used car; they had the car we wanted and for the right price. They even got me a better deal on the rate. Make sure you call Gamil if you are looking for a new or used car. Also, their office staff was great to work with from the paperwork to the final signature.

I can t say enough good things about my experience at Darcars in Greenwich! They were honest, and by far the most reasonable for my repair, which I have to say surprised me too! Miriam in customer service was fabulous and I will absolutely make them my first call from now on. The work was done flawlessly and quickly and I felt very much taken care of by everyone there. I took my car for service here last week and the staff was amazing. They accommodated all of my needs as well was wants, service included a free wash and vacuum. Sal who I believe is now the service manager was a gentlemen and very easy to talk to.
