Very good experience. They honored our tire service agreement and replaced my tire free of charge in addition, because they had to order the tire from another dealership, they provided us a comparable loaner for the afternoon. Of course, they washed the car before handing it back to me. One minor negative detail. They did not clean the chalk markings from the new tire. No biggie! The service at Cadillac of Greenwich is unparalleled. Service Director Mike Phillips and his team are the consummate professionals, always respectful of my time, even picking my vehicle up at my residence and returning it to me serviced and cleaned. I wouldn t think of having my Cadillac serviced anywhere else. Cadillac of Greenwich helped me to understand what I needed to replace at my 66,000 mile oil change. They were honest and took the time to explain the details. I was able to get a loaner car while the parts were ordered and the repairs were made. Luke and Selena had timely communication and made sure that the car was pulled down when I came to pick it up. I trust the mechanic who worked on my car, and appreciate all his knowledge and recommendations. Overall very grateful to feel good about my car being safe on the road. Have had issues over the years here but decided to go back again. This was the last time. With a service special brake pads were double what I recently paid at another Cadillac dealer. As there was also a service special on oil changes had them do that as well, as it was needed. They refused to honor the special saying only one per visit. They said check the website . I checked the terms and conditions and was nowhere stated. The service manager then came out and said I m the boss, that s my rules and wouldn t honor the advertised promotion.Services: Brakes, Oil change

We cannot say enough good things about Greenwich Cadillac's service.In my 45 years of driving and dealing with various service depts and people, I can honestly say that Serina is the best service person I have had to deal with. I'll also throw in an honorable mention to Paul too.We had a major issue which was handled expertly by Greenwich and covered by the powertrain warranty.No loaner was available (I didn't expect it; we purchased elsewhere), but were taken care of promptly.When the car was returned, a secondary issue popped up almost immediately. We notified the Greenwich service dept and they ordered the required parts and even (without our asking) picked up the car from our house and left us with a loaner car.They returned our XT4 home this morning and it's working great. Thank you to everyone at Cadillac of Greenwich.-Bill Aloupis

Cadillac of Greenwich quickly diagnosed the problems and kept me informed of its plan to repair the vehicle, providing me options regarding timing. The service was professional from start to finish, with the service manager's attention to my appointment, prompt and clean vehicle pickup and drop-off, excellent repair work and always courteous communication from the service desk. Usually I m satisfied with this dealership unfortunately 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous forget the fact that my courtesy car wash was terrible and I had to wipe off all the water from the car. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and a simple question about my vehicle to the service department was unanswered. The sales manager was friendly enough came over and offered me a bottle of water but the service department is very very lacking.Services: Tires, Oil change

Great customer service in terms of scheduling and communication. Luke was quick to answer any questions and help with meeting the needs of my schedule. I brought my XT5 to Cadillac of Greenwich for an oil change and to locate a couple of noises I heard in the car. Not only did they keep me informed, the found the issues and fixed them perfectly! I came from another dealership where the service department was not great. I will never go back. Cadillac of Greenwich exceeded my expectations. They just gained 3 new customers (myself, my daughter and my son). Great job!!!Service: Oil change

I was at Cadillac of Greenwich to have my headlights serviced. I was disappointed. After two hours, and nearly $500, it turned out that they merely changed the bulbs. Overpriced!

I brought my car in due to a recall. Cadillac of Greenwich would not work on the recall unless I paid for a $219 fee. Even after I paid they would not address the recall. Awful service - do not ever use
