Adequate Service for Audi A8L**My recent visit to Audi Service and Parts of Greenwich for maintenance on my Audi A8L was met with an okay experience.The service department was efficient in handling my appointment, and the staff was courteous throughout the process.However, I did encounter a slight delay in receiving updates on the status of my vehicle, which could have been improved upon. The quality of the service performed on my Audi A8L was satisfactory, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the technicians. While my overall experience was not exceptional, I found the service and parts department at Audi of Greenwich to provide adequate support for Audi owners seeking maintenance for their vehicles.

A little disappointed to be honest.Was told when I got there there would be a $307 diagnostics fee that would be waved if the issue was determined to be covered under warranty. Seemed fair enough to me.Issue was indeed determined to be under the warranty minus the replacement fluids (again fair enough). Dealership didn't have the parts though so they couldn't do the repair & I was still charged the diagnostic fee. When I called back and ask about it being covered I was told well we didn't do the repair, which is true, but it wasn't done because I declined it, it was because they didn't have the parts. I was then told since I live so far away it doesn't make sense for me to return there. It would be easier for me to go somewhere else so thats why there is a fee. Doesn't quite feel right to me, but I won't make the same mistake twice. Also want to warn anyone else who may be in a similar situation.

Bought our car at Audi Greenwich, and this week, one day before Thanksgiving, I hit a curb and damaged a tire. Thought our thanksgiving road trip was off the table. However, thanks to service adviser John Garofolo, we had a replaced tire and on the road in less than 2 hrs. Better yet, we had purchased the tire protection and the replacement was covered! Thanks Audi Greenwich!

Just called for parts and the guy over the phone told me they don t give out part numbers over the phone. what dealership does that . I called another Audi and they gave me all the info in less than 5 mins. Last time I bring my Audi services to Greenwich Audi

I brought my Audi back for recall service. It was smooth and easy. The staff were all very friendly and communicative, especially Ken. I enjoyed the experience.

Before I got out of my car, the guy was telling me I would have to pay $199 for diagnostic service of a check engine light. After an hour they didn't know and said they needed more time, but the next sentence was that it would cost $300. I said for what? He said parts. I said how do you know what parts if you don't know what the problem is? I took my car and left.

Great place. I apologize for any confusion. Harris was extremely fair, great service from James Skinner and Mike the pre-owned manager is extremely responsive. Love the A6. Thanks again.

Very helpful staff but the car that they advertised had been sold so it ended up being a wasted trip. Perhaps more accurate updates on the inventory.
