Pricing was not what I expected despite reading all the fine print. Came here June 22 for the Groupon deal ($127 for 5 windows at 30% tint). After reading all the fine print, I concluded that I would only be charged for the two quarter panels on my car (+$40 for both quarter windows) and I confirmed this in person as well. With pricing set straight I left my car with them to perform the work. 20 mins later, they gave me a call and told me that they will need to charge an extra $60 to take off the spoiler to install the rear tint. Keep in mind, the stock spoiler/lip on the Mazda 3 is the same footprint as the third party spoiler that I had on. They insisted that they couldn't do it without taking it off so I ended up eating the cost.Results: They ended up having an experienced user doing the left side of the car so when I went to inspect, there was a small snip of my weather strip cut. Additionally after 2 weeks of having the tint on my car, I found a multitude of tiny dirt bubbles (slightly more than what is considered acceptable). The right side which was done by another installed was fine though.Conclusion: If my total price actually came out to $167 like I intended to pay AND the left side of the tints were actually installed decently, I would have given this place a 4 stars; this would have been a good buy. Like you reading this right now, I was wary of choosing this place because of their 3 star rating. I gave them a shot (despite being an hour drive away from them) and now I regret my decision. I bet they don't even have my information in their system to even bother honoring their "life time warranty". At a total price of $227, save your money and go to a real professional place. Plenty of shops around offer that price for a 5 window + 2 quarter panel 30% tint without the shadiness of a Groupon.

I just had my BMW tinted this afternoon. I had called last week and they honored the quote I was given over the phone. I have seen people complaining about being charged extra for quarter windows and darker tints (Groupon). READ THE FINE PRINT! It is clearly stated that there is an up charge for both add-ons. I decided to get 25% all around, and 35% on my windshield. Andy explained the price difference and accommodated me the same day. The wait was less than expected and the work turned out excellent. I definitely recommend these guys. Thanks again!

If we could, we would give this place 0 stars. We've had 5 cars done by this company. 3 of 5 times there was something wrong with the install. Dan does not backup his work. He always has an attitude, it's a wonder they are still in business. We will not recommend nor will be returning!

Went here to get my new 2021 Corolla Hatchback tinted and for the installation of a sub. The individuals I dealt with that day were professional, honest, and very helpful with assisting me and making sure they got every detail correct. I couldn t be more pleased with the work that was performed on my car and felt that the price was very reasonable. New update:I recently sold my truck but before I did I had my speakers professionally removed. I was present while the door covers were removed. Myself and the technician noticed a hole in one speaker and some sort of rubber epoxy that was used to fix another.Clearly the tech who installed the speakers used a power tool and slipped which penetrated the speakers.I highly recommend avoiding this establishment due to poor workmanship.Where do I start. I had a few issues where I had to return but the biggest issue was they broke a part to my window and ordered the part but it was the wrong part. I waited for a month again for the part but instead of getting the part I was told it happened on its own. I would use caution having work done at this place and if you do make sure anything they handle gets looked over otherwise you could get treated the way I did.

I booked online for 9am appt. When I arrived the sign says they open at 10am so I called. Whoever answered which I'm assuming is the owner says "drop off is 9-930". I was confused because online and in my confirmation email says "appt at 9am". I where does it say anything about a drop off time vs your appt time. He then mentions something about the pricing listed onsite is not correct but they were obeying by the price listed for now. I ask again so when will someone be here the response I hoy with a sarcastic tone "uh I said 9-930 my guy is getting a haircut down the street". I didn't get an apology for the miss communication on their end or lack of respect for my time. Completely unprofessional and no respect for peoples time. We called again frustrated at almost 9:30am and were told we can go somewhere else and that our deposit would be credited. I would never return here or recommend them to anyone.

Worst place ever. Manager is very disrespectful & thinks he knows it all & will insult your intelligence. I go there 4 a reverse cam not working.After I had another radio installed. I notice my right side speaker not working.I decided to pull panel off just to make sure wire is connected. I suddenly see only two of the 4 screws to support the radio wasn't there. One was on the floor & the other on the cup holder. All the wires they tampered with were wrapped in electrical tape & sloppy. I was charge to re-connect my speaker that was working prior to dropping it off. The camera wire on back was dangling on the exhaust pipe. I addressed the issues & he got very rude with me accusing the dealer the installed the radio. The place is a joke. Manager will tell you 20min & you will wait for 1 1/2hr. I witness this myself. I beg you not to trust this place not even for tints.

Dan and his guys are awesome at what they do! Had a bunch of work done on my C6 Corvette, 4 speaker, Amp, tweeters,front and back cameras installed along with tints. Extremely happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend this shop.

I had an issue with my starter in my 2017 Toyota Tundra. Daniel the owner took care of it. No problems, no hiding, no run around. I respect that. I take my reviews seriously and I wouldn't steer you guys in the wrong way. Give them a chance.

I m giving this place a negative review not because of the quality of service but for them smoking in my car and the owner being completely defensive from the moment I started to give my complaint. With that being said I don t smoke so imagine how upsetting it was for me to open my car door and have it smell like they smoked a whole pack in it. I spoke with the owner who was very sarcastic, rude and condescending. Almost trying to make it seem like it s my fault. He had the audacity to say he would go out his way to have his crew spray a entire 10 dollar can of odor remover which he pointed out that it was a 10 dollar can, completely missing the point which was that they shouldn t have been smoking in any customers car to begin with. There was no apology and he completely acted like it was something normal.In response to the owners comment. That is a complete lie I wasn t looking for any discounts AT ALL!!!! If I was I would ve went back in person to complain to get my so called discount but I DIDNT!!!!! I called and simply wanted to let you know that your employees should not be smoking in your customers vehicles and YOU WAS VERY RUDE about it and didn t even want to hear it. You are very unprofessional and you are clearly making up excuses to try to make yourselves look better. I am clearly not the first one to make the same complaint about your establishment. Had you simply done the right thing and handled the situation in a professional manner this review would ve never happened.

Go to Mr. Tints instead. I cannot say it loud enough DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE HIDDEN FEES AND BEING YELLED AT BY THE OWNER! I went there this morning (Feb 1st) my appointment was for 11:00am and I leave my car there, I come back 12:33 and nothing got done so I leave it again, I come back at 2:30 and still nothing, then the owner Dan got mad and condescending towards me when I asked why it was taking that long, he told me If you don t like it you can take you car and leave which I did. Wish I could give it 0 stars, again DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE HIDDEN FEES AND RUDE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!.Also, I wasn t aware that asking why my car wasn t done after 6 hours of wait was being arrogant. Don t trust anything the owner says through reviews. Bad business all around.

I dropped my car off to get my brand new sub installed. I brought it to them brand new in the box. After I received my car back there was scuffs and scratches all on the bottom of the subwoofer as well as all over the left side of the trunk of my brand new car. The sub sounds great but they need to have a better awareness in taking care of other peoples property. Very disappointing

Never again. Worst Groupon ever. Stay away. No time management. 10+ for a remote start. Not a first come first serve place. Waste time and money. My car hook when left Unhatched. My door panel wasn t fitted. Had to fix that myself. Screws missing. Total waste job. Car smell like smoker den after they done. They smoking and doing cars. Owner Will probably reply with something smart then change their name and start over again. Listen to what ppl are saying, the Groupon is not worth it. You try supporting small business, but they suck, so you end up back to the big guys. Sad.

Would of been Five stars but they have to be more accurate with their waiting time estimate. Just say 4 hours max or something. All in all great job though. At least they treated me with respect too.

If I could leave negative 2 stars, I would.This is the worst service I have ever come across. I came here for a remote starter for my car, and I had to wait 10+ hours. Xclusive s time management is the worst, and it should be corrected if you guys want to continue as a reputable establishment. DO BETTER!
