I stopped in here last week to get the oil changed in my work vehicle. I found the staff to be professional and courteous. I was in and out quickly. The only issue was that I really don t think they did a light check, which makes me wonder if there were other checks that were skipped. I questioned whether they checked the lights and was told they re good.But usually, they tell me to activate the various lights while someone is watching unfortunately, that never happened.There is a sign in back mentioning a free Carwash with an oil change. I didn t get one, but perhaps my oil change didn t apply. I guess I needed to ask for details as the sign clearly states...Overall, it was decent.

Seems like I'm about to have a big lawsuit against this valvoline location. I went to get an oil change yesturday. One of the guys there tells me I can't get synthetic blend oil and must get full synthetic because there are recalls on my cars engine which I looked up and there are no recalls and I told him that, then he says people have been having issues with there check engine light coming on. Funny I have had my car for a little while now and had it checked recently and had no issues. After I get my oil change done yesturday I see my check engine light come on today and I open my hood and oil is all over around my engine and other parts. And before that, I went there for an oil change awhile ago and they recommended for me to recharge my ac and that time as well I tell them no my ac is fine. Next day my ac stoped working. Kinda funny to me if you ask me. Once I get all paper work in order and if valvoline doesn't get back to me real soon I'm sueing them for every penny.Watch out everyone do not go to this location, they are scammers.

Would definitely be back, made an appointment with another company told guy performs service is out sick, know Valvoline performs service ( after having a prior experience ( customer service, said Would not return ) however did not care to reschedule, went Valvoline , Redeemed themselves. Ty for service ( and I could stay in car ).

They re super helpful and quick here. Prices are fair, what you would expect. Howie has helped me out with oil changes, radiator, transmission fluid. Recommend!

Came here to get my serpentine belt replaced because my car made a squealing noise. The technicians accidentally drained my oil but I got a complimentary oil change and air filter as a replacement. Howard the manager was knowledgeable and provided me the additional power steering belt and part number I could bring in and get replaced. Andrew the technician made me feel at ease throughout the whole process as well. I would bring my car here again for service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Was parked at in bay 1 & was told bay 3 would be quicker they moved me then I watched bay 1 leave and someone else pullup and get taken care of ridicules soon after another person pulled behind in bay 1 I was told to move back over. Absolutely insane I had things to do & if I was just allowed to stay put I could have accomplished them .. now I don t have an oil change and I m late to work .

This place is top notch! All the staff is friendly, seem to get along with each other really well. They make recommendations for safety and health of your car without being too pushy. Quick service and great employees!

Guy who worked there was extremely rude and degrading, no greeting ; it was " Mam listen to me move your wheel to the left " at that point I just drove through , sad how one bad apple can ruin a bunch, prior this was my " go to" because " guys " that worked there were extremely nice and helpful, I had an excellent experience elsewhere ( is now my" real go to" ! )

Excellent service. They are very diligent and efficient in their work. You don't have to wait that long and you can also stay in the car, and they even show you all the steps of the job from the PC. I loved!!!!

Brought my truck for a routine oil change a couple weeks ago. Noticed shortly after, I had large oil stains under my truck in my driveway. This is the first time I ve ever had an oil leak. Checked the oil level and it was extremely low. Added more oil in my driveway and could literally see it dripping from my truck to the driveway.I brought my truck to my mechanic and after his inspection, he asked who did my last oil change? When I told him, he said to never bring it there again. The employees at Valvoline never tightened my oil filter and I was leaking oil all over the place as soon as I left. The oil filter took 3 1/2 rotations to fully tighten it which means it was barely put on. Now I have large oil stains on my driveway and had I not caught it early enough, I could ve had thousands of dollars worth of damage to my truck thanks to Valvoline.Service: Oil change

I used this place with no issues before.but in the last visit my brake light was burned out I asked to change the light he said yes,he tried but in the end he couldn't but he broke my clips of my truck,Not only that he left his dirty towel inside of my truck behind my daughter's carseat.I don't recommend this place any more.

This was my first time going to a Valvoline Instant Oil Change, as I had been having all of my service done at my dealership ever since I bought my car. However they have become outrageous in their prices and I decided to look elsewhere when I was due for an oil change. Valvoline did not disappoint! They were professional and efficient. I was able to get my oil change done and have time to do all of my other errands today. Highly recommend!

They do not honor Groupon price. I was charged an additional $24.65 in addition to the Groupon price ($69.99) I paid. The reason was "My car is new to Groupon" (whatever that means) and "the oil applied was different" (I bought Full Synthetic oil from Groupon) and their oil was "advanced"??? Nice folks, not too much talking between employees. So minimal distractions. Very quick and efficient. They ask you questions regarding your vehicles and the things they see that seem out of date.

When I was pulling in the lot I was rushed by an employee to pull up. I told him to wait as I pulled into a parking spot. Then when I was ready he had to reopen the door and started flailing his arms around and was visibly upset... I believe his name was Isaiah. Very rude and very poor customer service skills. Why was I being rushed when I'm paying for a service and how hard is it to be patient and press a button to open a automatic door. I will say the other guy that greeted me was very nice and did everything he was supposed to.

I went to Valvoline about 3 months ago and paid to have an oil change, air filter change, and coolant flush. I m at the Mazda dealership because my engine light keeps coming on and off. Mazda said there s no air filter in my car!

Went there recently to get an oil change and the service was fast, friendly and professional. You remain in your own car the entire time they work. They do a quick inspection of various components that may wear down quicker and make recommendations to see if you'd like to replace. They don't pressure you or try to convince you that something is critical just to make a sale. I would recommend going there again and if you can find a coupon or Groupon, it makes it that much more affordable.

I went here for the first time today to get my oil changed and the people there were so friendly and fast! No one was trying to push me into the most expensive oil brand, which has happened at other locations. I had an oil change done and immediately after it was completed I started the car and my check engine light came on and a number of warning lights also. I then had the service people check under the hood and they said they could not find any reason for this. I then drove to a dealership 10 miles down the road and they immediately told me a wire had been broken and that the whole thing would cost 1150 dollars to replace the whole electrical box as a sensor was blown because of this. I filed a claim with Valvoline which was quickly dismissed. So long story short is that I got an oil change on a 2021 car with 13000 miles on it which was running perfectly and the second i started it after the oil change everything went haywire on my dash. Yet these people say it was just a coincidence. So think twice before going to this place of business.Service: Oil change

Would not take no for an answer. Finally had to tell the guy look, I'm a mechanic, I just don't feel like working on her car on my only real day off for a month. All I want is an oil change. After that, he had a major attitude and was disrespectful. Tried telling me I needed a cabin air filter. I asked how he would know that without looking at it since it is in the glove box. I had just replaced it, so it was good. Tried selling me on a GDI cleaning, which my wife's car does not have. Tried selling me a battery, and just kept going with more services I didn't need. I made it clear all I wanted was an oil change. Then the tech below way over tightened the oil filter he actually shifted the car. When I get a chance I'm going to put her car up in the air and see how much torque it takes to get that filter off. Such a disgrace and a shame they are allowed to call themselves mechanics. I brought my car in for an oil change. After leaving a sensor light for the coolant came on. I brought it back after a week, i checked the coolant level and it seemed fine. Instead of checking if the sensor was connected they checked the coolant level, attempted to mansplain me and suggested I take it for repairs because i obviously had a broken sensor. It turns out when they were putting my car back together they did not connect the sensor. When I called them to let them know what the problem was, the manager Angel did not apologize for the mistake he just said I'll make sure my guys check in the future. I will not be returning to that location or any other. No professionalism and bad service.Service: Oil change

I want to thank the valvoline for how they handled the AC Service issue. It wasnt working and they perform the refrigerant service and when it kept leaking they gave us our money back on the work performed. That speaks volumes on them treating us as a family than just seeing us as just another customer. Thank you for being great! i kept my promise here is your review
