The salesperson Adrian was awesome. Felt very comfortable and felt 0 stress while looking for a new Bronco. Finance department was great and easy to work with as well. Dealer made the whole experience painless and quick. Would recommend Monaco to anyone looking for a Ford.

Honestly, I went in expecting the same oily feeling one gets when dealing with shysters who care nothing about the customer other than their money.My experience at Monaco Ford wasn t even remotely close to that.Everyone from the salesman to the financial services department were incredibly professional, sincere, knowledgeable, and courteous and I genuinely felt that they actually cared about getting me the vehicle of my choice.I would 100% recommend them to anyone who wants a vehicle shopping experience that doesn t make you feel like you need a shower afterwards.We will definitely go back again!

Overall the entire process of trying to buy a vehicle here was awful. Multiple visits, calls, texts to even see the vehicle only to be lowballed on my trade in. Several items were deducted that were severely overpriced or completely false. Was told my trade in needed tires which it did not but he vehicle I was attempting to purchase passed inspection and tires were "safe" even though they were bald. I attached pictures of their Certified pre owned vehicle with 17k miles vs my truck with the coil spring in the picture. Then was told my truck must need brakes because it needs tires. Also wanted to deduct the used car safety check fee from my trade in because that was his cost to run it through their shop which is entirely not my problem and also wanted to deduct 350 for an oil change even though it wasn't due. With their deductions they were around 8500 less than my CarMax offer but I was hoping for tax credit and a simpler process. Even if I did sell my trade at CarMax I would never purchase from this dealership. There was one sales manager actually helpful and responsive but he was the only one in the dealer that seemed to understand his job.

I have been doing business with Monaco Ford some forty plus years. I have personally known three generations of this family over these years and the fourth, now running this community centered enterprise, offers the same personal care and concern for a customer as their father and grandfather provided. I love my Fords, but honestly the most important thing to me is the experience. I lost count how many cars and trucks I have purchased from the Monaco family over the years. Around thirty would be close and honestly have never had anything less than a great experience. I don t leave a bad review anywhere and generally don t take the time to write them at all. It s always a pleasure to write a review after purchasing a Ford from Monaco s. Thank you Monaco s for another great experience at your dealership and finally, yes, we love our new Edge!

Recently purchased a 2023 Bronco from Monaco in Glastonbury. The staff their was incredible from the vehicle ordering process all the way to final purchase. Nate the Product Specialist was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive with questions regarding the process. Would highly recommend doing business with them!

I and my family have bought multiple vehicles here over the years. We ve had all of our vehicles serviced here as well. The reason we always come back is due to the excellent communication and honesty. I ve never walked away feeling like I was taken advantage of or unimportant. Sales staff is very pleasant without pushing. Service staff is honest and does a good job answering questions.

Cameron in sales and Jim in financial dept. were wonderful! All other staff interactions were also great! Friendly and helpful. Process was smooth even if my registration had expired and I didn't have my car title. They made it happen with no delays or hiccups! My new car was prepared and sparkly clean at time of pick up. Very, very happy with the whole experience. This is the Glastonbury location.

I was looking for a heavy duty work truck that was upfitted with a specific setup. Monaco had exactly what I needed in stock. I stopped in on Monday and by Wednesday I was driving the truck home. Seamless transaction from sales to finance. I couldn t be more happy with my purchase and look forward to working with the Monaco Ford team again!

Awful experience with the service there! They overcharged with their service , never communicated that they were replacing my headlights with a completely different color, and proceeded to waste my time by giving me a new appointment to simply say that they can t do anything after having me bring the vehicle for a second time. Absolutely no accountability and there was no attempt to help me solve a problem that they created by charging me $900 for something I never asked for and was never notified prior to charging me for them. Had I noticed the lights before I paid I would ve never paid for it.Any place is better than this dealer!

We needed to change up vehicles so we could have a truck and it was only 8 months after we bought our Bronco. Greg and the team worked a deal so we now have a wonderful new truck and were able to trade in our other vehicle. They are always so easy to work with at Monaco

Second vehicle I've purchased from monaco ford. Absolutely love these guys. Hailey and the team are amazing. Zero pressure to buy anything. Told them what I want, test drive and paperwork eas done in about an hour. Very nice group to work with. Finance takes their time and walks you through all the paperwork explaining everything along the way. Never felt pressured or rushed in any way. If your looking for a car or truck go here.

My husband Jared recently purchased a 2023 F-150 from Monaco Ford. We both agree that this was probably one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. They gave him a good trade-in for his 2015 Silverado and made the entire process very seamless and stress-free. Our sales rep, Adrian, was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all which we really appreciated (not always the case at most dealers!) We were able to test drive the truck on a Saturday and complete the rest of the transaction on Monday. Both the sale and financing teams were wonderful to work with. Thank you Monaco Ford!

By far the worst dealership in CT! Their service department is absolute garbage. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. They are very dishonest. Keep your vehicle for weeks when they say it ll be a couple days. Stolen ford pass points on several occasions. Damaged 2 sets of rims when putting tires on. Best of all they will leave your 80k truck unlocked out of camera view on their lot. When asked nicely to make sure it`s locked they will tell you to "Use the new technology and lock it yourself'. The list is endless. This place is trash!

Monaco Ford offered the best buying experience I've had. After having difficulty finding a dealership anywhere in my region that had an adequate selection of F-150's, I found Monaco about 2.5 hours from my home. Not only did they have 10X (legitimately) the selection I could find near me, they offered outstanding pricing as well as a trade on my existing F150. Everything about my experience was outstanding, from the Internet sales staff to the floor sales staff and the finance department. This was a positive experience all the way around. Thanks Monaco, see you again in a few years!

went in for breaks pulsing and loud humming sound coming from undercarriage, called me back saying rear breaks and drums needed replaced and they would get back to me about the humming sound, so fine had breaks done and the call me back saying its my transfer unit that bad, ok so they fixed that, then they call me back day 3 saying that my transmission was leaking!! i have no stains in my driveway so they replaced something there, following week i drive by see my truck in the lot so i walked in thinking it was done, i was told a price and if i want the humming sound and it was my differential which they fixed and could not find their invoice and if they did its probably out of warranty anyways and its another its another 3800!!! i said i came in for breaks and humming they said it was diagnose saying it was the transfer case , so they never took my vehicle out to test ride it when i asked they miss diagnose my truck issue, never fixed the pulsing on my breaks could not get a mechanic out to talk me through what was done while 5 of them were sitting in the waiting room while kids joked around looking at their phones, and i spent 3600 on my truck and they want another 3800 to fix what i initially came in for, i will be going to the dmv and filling on manoco ford...

Staff was pleasant and informative. They walked us through the vehicle and process very well. They also apprised us of rebates we otherwise wouldn t have known about had they not told us we would receive them. My wife and I love the truck and the process we had to get it. Monaco Ford is alright with us!

Very nice people here at Monaco. My wife and I drove 2 hours to look at a certain Bronco, was worth the trip. Jim took good care of us. No hassle, or anyone breathing down your neck, none of the usual salesman tactics. Would come back and recommend

Purchased a new Explorer a year ago (we have had several) unfortunately the service at Monaco has been terrible. Went out front to see sales manager and no one was available. Stuck my head in the office to see if I could get a card for GM and email and the woman there who happened to be Monaco was absolutely rude!I have no plans to returnPs had a good experience with sales and sales manager!
