I will attest to the owner s son (EdJr.) helpfulness. I went to them because I had hit the back/break light of my Jeep Gladiator with a pole. While it wasn t visibly cracked, the hit dislodged the whole light assembly out of place. Anywhere else, I would have been charged $500 just to put the light fixture in its place. Ed, the son, looked at the damage and explained to me how to fix it. I went home and followed Ed s instructions and I was able to fix the light myself, saving hundreds of dollars. I truly appreciate Ed Jr s professionalism and honesty. I would definitely take my car to them in the future. Hopefully I will never need their services but if I do, I will take my cars to them. I am aware that this is a long review for a small issue. My point is: honesty! In today s world, honesty is paramount for me and this seems to be an honest place.

After a recent fender-bender I brought my SUV to Heritage for repairs. They provide honest pricing, impeccable repairs and fast turn-around times. My family and I have been coming here for years - wouldn't think of bringing our vehicles elsewhere. Can't thank Ed, Jimmy and Jill enough!

Called about getting a hood painted. Women who answered the phone was condescending. Reading another comment on here glad to see I m not the only one. Told me they only do collision work (i.e. insurance company money). Said ok no problem, happen to know anyone in the area that just paints? To which she laughed and replied, well we aren t really in the business of referring people . So, you won t consider the work and also can t point in the direction of someone that can?!

Brought my vehicle here after it was hit in a rear end accident and needed a new bumper. Heritage took care of everything with the insurance company and set up a rental car for me. I didn t have to do a single thing.They did great work in a very timely manner and the results were excellent. From what I can tell they even detailed the interior!Impeccable service and very friendly people. In the future I won t be bringing my car anywhere else. This is a great body shop.
