Hallmark Tire was able to carry out a warranty job on my 2022 Toyota Tacoma when the dealership couldn't. What would have been a several week long process of trying to work with a dealership to replace my steering column was accomplished at Hallmark with a quick appointment for confirmation of the issue, followed by a single day for the replacement of the part. If you have purchased an extended warranty on your vehicle, don't count out Hallmark Tire as they may be able to honor the warranty in place of a dealership. Rob was very helpful and their technician did a clean job on the install.

Easy Online scheduling, confirmed appointment within an hour. Dropped truck off for new axle seals and new tires with an alignment. Work was completed under the quoted time and on budget.

I am a long time customer of Hallmark and I believe in maintaining my vehicles well. I keep my vehicles a long time so they have some miles, but I still want them to drive like new. Hallmark has consistently given me very good service. The 102,000 mile service on my truck was done recently.... Runs great!

Friendly, accomadating, fair priced, honest. This is a place you can go a feel comfortable and be treated fairly. They pointed out possible issues but didn't try to push anything or upsell. My husband and I both use them and we will be back.

It s not easy to find a business that is reliable and honest. I call Hallmark tire first for all of my tire needs. They will get the best tires AND the best price. I know how long I will wait, and my interactions have always been professional and genuine. I am a loyal fan.

Just purchased my Falcon, Wild Peak All Terrain Tires for my 2016 Ford F350 Diesel Truck!My experience was good overall. The guys are very helpful, and I feel bad that I didn't know them before ..I woke up to a flat tire on my car, and I went to them as they were the closest to my house, and these gentlemen went above and beyond to help me solve the problem.After that, I forgot a set of wheels at their place for more than 2 weeks, and they were very professional dealing with that and stored them till I was able to pick them up.

I've Ben a customer for 35 years countless tires they are honest and give you a fair price . But the team is also there for service flats tire rotation etc. I don't mind nd waiting because the break room is clean and comfortable. Yes I recommend Hallmark!!!

Fast service and smart group of guys. Had a leaking tire. I couldn t find a puncture they found a hairline crack in the rim, which was impressive. They will be getting my business.

It's comforting to know there's a business you can feel confident in looking out for your own interests. Someone that will work with you and not feel like they are doing you a favor by working on your car. Hallmark Tire has that hometown, old school the customer is #1 attitude. Well worth the time and expense to have your car serviced or tires replaced.

I recently brought my car to Hallmark Tire for the first time. My rear tires were wearing badly on the inside tread and had a lot of road noise. Rob was very professional and knowledgeable on the phone answering all my questions and setting up an appointment. An alignment was performed on the rear since it was out of alignment and had new tires installed on the rear. The car rides great now. Very clean and comfortable waiting room. Very pleased and will do business again.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I made an appointment to replace 4 tires on my CR V. Service was friendly and quick. Took about an hour to mount, balance, align wheels and service TPMS. And I was able to use a $50 discount coupon from their website. Always like to go local businesses when possible. I plan on continuing to use them to service my cars.

Jordan and the staff were just wonderful in repairing my punctured tire. They installed the spare right then and there and plugged the puncture. The next day they reinstalled the tire. I am so grateful I stopped in for their help. Thank you!Gini Pudlo

Hallmark has been my car repair/maintenance/ tires garage for over 12 years. They are a great family owned company. 12+ year old auto. Air conditioning system was not working. I also had the serpentine replaced. I have always done my own auto repairs and general maintenance. I keep my autos longer than most people. Perhaps too long. I have been looking for a reliable repair shop to perform necessary repairs as my vehicles continue to age. I am confident I have found the best auto repair shop in the area. I plan to use them again.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning

Hi Hallmark,Had a tire patched for my mother yesterday by you guys. Thanks for the great work!I preferred to replace but they advised me not to replace if it's not needed. They do not just plug the tire, it's a legit repair. Saved me a ton of money. I'll be scheduling any maintenance here for my mother from now on.Service: Tires
