I purchased my 2016 VW Passat here back in 2017 from Miguel. It was a pleasant experience at that time. Its been years now and they continue to give me the best experience every single time I go there for scheduled service. I am so glad that I did my purchase here. Recently they helped install performance brake kit that I supplied and must say the guy who installed it, took real good care of it to the tiniest detail. They also told me to bring it back if there is any problem which in my book is a lot from a dealership in case of an aftermarket parts. I had no problems with their service.. great dealership!!

Literally amazing to work with. I financed my Jetta last year with Steve and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Yesterday, my husband worked with both Miguel & Steve to lease a new Atlas. That took about 30 minutes and my husband was home with our new car shortly after. Our experience with this dealership is what people dream buying a car could be like. No haggling, no keeping us there for hours, no judgements. Miguel gave us numbers over the phone. This is completely unheard of everywhere else and it s the reason we even went in the first place. When my husband got there, the number was even better. Just perfection. We will be customers forever and we are so pleased. Thank you Miguel & Steve!

I just recently bought a Jeep from here and I am so ecstatic. It runs beautifully, inside and out it s as clean as it possibly could be. Byram was my salesman and he helped tremendously, he was super friendly and the process was super easy. Any questions or concerns I had, he was easily accessible. I appreciate all the help he gave to buy my dream car!!!

So many thank you's to the entire Langan team, more specifically Frank Pawlowicz and Steve Pasqualini. Just purchased my first car from Gene Langan VW and could not have picked out a better place to go! Frank was so helpful from the test drive to trade-in to even the pick up of the vehicle and Steve was so helpful with explaining the whole process and making sure that all questions were answered. Highly recommend to family, friends, and anyone that wants a wonderful car buying experience!

Bought a 40th anniversary Jetta GLI-Miguel and the staff made this vehicle purchase the easiest transaction I've experienced buying a new car. Extremely transparent pricing up front, didn't push the "extras," and the paperwork process to finalize the deal (including financing) took 20 minutes (20 minutes!!!!!) Looking forward to working with these guys in the future.

For more than three decades, I have put my trust in the Gene Langan VW Dealership of Glastonbury, CT. They have never let me down, with respect to value, car sales, guidance, or auto repair. They are honest, knowledgeable, fair to all, upbeat, and fun. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. My recent visits here concerned auto repair; and a new car purchase completed the same day. This is a great dealership. Friendly, honest, responsive and fair. My wife and I just bought an ID.4 from them via VW reservation website. Painless hassle free experience. Best car purchase experience ever for us.BTW they gave us very fair trade in value for our, now former, car.Gene Jr. treated us like old friends. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and professional. Gene gave us a thorough introduction to our new car when we picked it up. He spent a good deal of time doing so and was very patient.Steven, the "finance guy", was helpful and easy to work with. I usually expect to hate the "finance person. " Pleasant surprise. Sorry, we just moved here from NYC so forgive me for the generalization; just basing it on ALL my past experiences at dealerships.This is the kind of place at which I would enjoy working and I would certainly purchase another vehicle from them.P.S. I tried to talk them into including one of the cool guitars they have hanging up all over the place...no go . Eh...I gave it a shot Update...a year and a half since my purchse...a standard service and a recall service. Great service. Gene Jr. Is so nice as is the staff. Gene remembered my name!!! I forget names of my neighbors!!! Honored to be remembered. Great personal touch here. I want to work here!!!

I strongly recommend Gene Langan Volkswagen. I've used its service section and could not speak more highly of the outstanding professional service it provides. Gene Langan has an easy online reservation system and responsive staff who keep customers updated regarding progress on repairs or service. The technicians are highly skilled and always have delivered swift results resolving issues. They also provide a video demonstration of the work that was done, which is educational and clarifying to customers.

This is easily the best dealer I have ever done business with. Extremely happy with my new GTI purchase, and the overall service that Langan VW provides. Bob was extremely easy to work with, and was not pushy at all. Everyone over there is extremely friendly, genuine, and cares about the customer more than a sale, or upsell. Bob personally took an extra hour to go over the car with me after everything was finalized, and even gave me a tour of the vintage cars in their mini-museum. The entire process from the minute I walked in to see the car, to my last signature was extremely simple. Steve was even able to find me financing that was lower than my bank's seemingly unbeatable rate. I will definitely be sticking with Langan for future vehicle purchases, and strongly recommend them to anyone who is in the hunt for a new car.

I had a great experience with purchasing my new 2019 Golf GTI Rabbit Edition at Langan. I worked with Tyler for several months -- he was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable, and kept us informed about the status of our order.When I was researching cars in fall 2018, most dealers were primarily focused on selling me a 2018 from their lot, not helping me to order the car I really wanted (a 2019 that wasn't technically available yet). Tyler put my needs as a buyer first, not the monthly sales goals of the dealership.The final pick-up was a smooth process. The Rabbit was spotless and ready to go, and the paperwork process was efficient, but thorough. I'm very happy with the car and would recommend Langan!

When I went to Gene Langan VW last Saturday, I had an excellent experience trade-into a new VW Jetta. Bob Johnson effectively communicates expectations and qualities of my new car. The environment is a hassle free buying experience, where there is no pressure or push sales on you, which i loved. Bob gave me his full attention for over 2 hours and he answered all my questions, he seems very knowledgeable and caring about the customers. I will definitely come back and refer to friends.

My husband and I bought our new Volkswagen Atlas SE 2018 at the Gene Langan VW and we are more than satisfied. Tyler Martocci was really helpful in picking out the right finance options and this was a perfect choice for our needs. The entire team was very friendly and made the car buying experience very memorable for us. We really enjoyed the car delivery process where we saw all the classic cars in display. Gene Langan Jr, made it special by rolling the car out on the red carpet and going through the car features thoroughly with us. Thank you very much Gene Langan VW.

I recently purchased my second car from Gene Langan Volkswagen, and more specifically, my second car from Dave Crecco! After Gene Langan set the bar so high for customer service with my first purchase, I had a hard time finding another dealer that lived up to those expectations. They truly set themselves apart and make the process very easy. You can trust that what you are buying from them is a solid vehicle and even when you're purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle, it feels brand new. I cannot recommend these folks enough. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Have to shoutout this dealership. After six months of owning my 2023 atlas I was having really unfortunate issues with it. After bringing it into the shop assuming it would just get fixed I received a call from them and within a few hours i left there with a brand new 2024 atlas se tech. The management and staff (Genna, Byram, and Colin) made my experience with a dealership seamless and one of the best I ve ever had. If your in the market for a VW I highly recommend!!

OMG, best VW dealer in CT, most of the dealers(other brands) doesn't have knowledge on the Foreign programs, after to speak with Miguel, he made a really nice deal and I own now a beautiful Pure Gray GLI Audiobahn, I love my car and more the attention provided by all the Langan team! 100% recommended, I definitely return for another VW

Just picked up a new 2021 Atlas R-Line from Gene Langan VW in Glastonbury and couldn t be happier. The entire process from working with sales to completing the financial paperwork was the best car buying experience I have ever had.Dave, who was my main POC was extremely helpful and responsive; I would highly recommend him. Over the last week or so, Dave texted me as soon as the model I was looking for arrived at their dealership. I live an hour away, so we chatted via email, text, and phone for a few days regarding numbers, which was very helpful. He even sent me photos of the vehicle the same day.When I picked up the vehicle, the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Steve, the business manger was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and transparent with the pricing which made the process smooth. This was my first time buying a vehicle from Gene Langan VW and their dealership experience and staff were top-notch.

Picked up our beautiful new 2023 Volkswagen ID.4 electric car today! Could not be happier with the help we received, first from Miguel, and then from Max, who is their EV specialist. He fielded endless phone calls and questions, to say nothing of several visits to test drive different cars. And he spent a long time today going over all the features we'd be using on a daily basis in this car. Also, Steven made the financial part of the transaction run smoothly. Everyone we encountered there was so professional, so friendly, and so happy for us with our purchase. This was without a doubt the very best car dealership we've ever encountered, and the most pleasant experience we've had buying any car. While there is a VW dealer right in our town, going to Langan in Glastonbury was definitely worth the trip, due to their knowledge, and willingness to help. Particularly if you are buying an EV, speak to Max; he explains everything clearly and concisely, and is endlessly patient and kind. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. If you are looking for VW, do not waste your time going to any other dealership. Matt F. was absolutely amazing. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted, answered any and all questions and he was extremely patient throughout the entire process. He knew everything there is to know about the cars and I was thrilled that we were able to work with him. We also had an incredible experience with Chris and Steve. I thank you all of getting me the car of my dreams. :)

Nothing beats this dealership. They re professional they take the time to get to know you and your car and they stay in constant communication with you. From routine oil changes, to purchasing a new vehicle I ll always come back to this place from now on.

Edit 9/18/23: just traded in my 2021 Tiguan for a 2023 Jetta and Byram Tamri could not have been more amazing or helpful. He wasn t pushy, was responsive to texts and emails, and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Highly recommend him!Original: Been here twice now - once for my 20,000 mile and once to replace a part for my window. Both times the staff were both professional and friendly. The service technicians work quickly and efficiently to get the job done for you! So glad I started coming here.

Gene Langan Volkwagen surpassed all expectations for my family and I. With only a few days to trade in a 2008 Audi A4 and drive out with a 2017 Jetta SE lease, the friendly staff made an otherwise stressful situation extremely enjoyable, seamless, and exciting! Chris and Tyler were incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the leasing process start to finish. Gene Langan Junior walked me through all of the car features and functionality until I felt confident driving off the lot! Thanks a lot!

About 6 weeks ago, I was tire kicking at a few dealers. I was on my guard, because the last time I bought a car (12 years ago), I was hounded by salesmen who were absolute sharks.But Dan Arsenault and the whole Gene Langan team took me by surprise. Dan wasn't pushy at all and he clearly has a passion for VW. He was very patient with me as I was unsure of which car to go with.When I decided to go with the used Sportwagen, they were able to get it ready to go in a couple of days. What really impressed me was when Gene Jr. sat with me (when I took delivery) and went over the whole car in the "Museum." He never once tried to rush me out the door and patiently answered all of my questions.And Miguel was quite personable and easygoing.The car is wonderful and the dealership is professional and courteous and a joy to deal with. I highly recommend them.Thanks guys!

Byram was the friendliest car salesman I've ever worked with, he and Steve worked really hard to help me get out of my jeep that I had negative equity on. If you're buying a car from Langan VW make sure you work with Byram and you'll have the best car buying experience you've ever had.
