Not the best car wash I ve ever had and probably won t be back wash was very quick (which is great if that s what s your looking for) but there was multiple spots of soap left on my car which then dried funny and for $20 I definitely expected a better wash and definitely for no soap to be left behind.

I am definitely not happy with the result I got with my cleaning. I own and drive a jeep and I go off-roading almost every weekend so I really appreciate a good wash. I selected the best most expensive wash with every add on I could get and yet here we are with a terrible job done especially by the people with the power washing equipment in the beginning. Windows are dirty still along with my hood and rest of the car! 30 dollars down the drain thank you guys.

No better place in Glastonbury currently! We take either an SUV or sedan through with no issues. The car comes out spotless (the middle price wash is what I usually get and it includes tire shine) and mostly dry. Great vacuum and area to dry car with their air compressors. You can bring a towel if you want it perfectly dry before you get back in the road. Bonus they have a deal right now on gift cards!

I got the best package and it didn't even clean my car. I went back to complain and the attendant said that the new owner doesn't care if the car wash doesn't work. Basically it was my fault for having a dirty car at the car wash. I do not recommend this car wash

Went in for a wash & vac today. Had to move to 3 different spots to find a vacuum that worked & I could only do 1/2 the car because only 1 vac in the 3rd spot I moved to was working. Put out orange cones if the vacuums are out of service!! Very frustrating.

Very good car wash. Excellent vacs and air guns.Staff is good but they definitely lack on the initial manual spray down, windshield, back window, some of the drivers side and none on the passenger side.Step it up fella's, you have enough people there, get it done 100% not 85%

Not a bad deal if you get the monthly pay deal. I pay about 30 bucks a month and I get unlimited drive thru washes every month and they have so many free vacuums you will never not be able to find one or more that are not being used. I really like this place.

I totally dig this car wash!!!!! I will use it weekly, as long as the weather permits! The employees are so sweet and kind! The car wash is awesome! I mean, my tires were so clean, and my rims were shining! I mention my tires, because when ever I go through a quick wash they look horrible. They looked awesome! Like a hand wash! And vacuuming is free! YAY!!!!!

The Car Wash Express took off the backside of my driver side mirror on 7/23. The machine also ingested my mirror and was unable to be found. To date (8/7) I cannot get anyone to return my call despite filing an accident report immediately after, and observing the footage with the tech on premise. Very disappointed in the operation and lack of customer response.

Have been a monthly member since the location opened as the Car Wash Express. Results were always a clean car and a very dry one. Ever since it became Fred s (new ownership) the wash quality decreased and the dry quality really decreased. Upon exiting the wash, the car still has dirty spots and is soaking wet. It seems they are trying to save money by spending less on wash quality while also throttling down the dryers. They have also automatically increased the monthly cost. I wouldn t care if it was increased and the service was the same or better. However, to increase the cost and simultaneously reduce your wash quality and throttle down the dryers makes zero sense. This results in more work for me as I now have to spot clean and dry. Please return the quality of your wash and dry to where it was prior to your purchase of the the location. New owners should always look to improve on the service you offer, not decrease it.

I'm particular about my vehicles. I have used this carwash a couple times now and had very good results. The machinery works well as does its ability to wash the vehicle and dry it off without damaging it. The vacuums that are included in the price are a nice option. The total cost is on the high side in my opinion at $12-$15 depending on your choices if you just get a wash, but worth it to me for a good, occasional wash. They have a membership option if you plan on getting your vehicle washed multiple times in a given month. That probably brings the cost of the wash down to a more economical level.

A lovely place. The staff are super nice and the washes are reasonably priced. They even have good car vacuums that are available for free.It's good to wash off the grit from winter and vacuum out the dust that's accumulated when the seasons change. I don't stop by much, but I do hope these folks do well.

Free vacuuming was great. Had a mat holder for easy cleaning. Two sided vacuuming. The wash was powerful but not harmful to my vehicle. Great experience all around.

Excellent car wash! I m particularly impressed with how they get my windshield clean and free of bug splat in one pass. At other car washes I had to complain and get a second pass to get the same results. Though free, it would cost me the time to do it. They also do a great job on the rims getting the road grime off and making them shine! I also like the free vacuums that are powerful and have a good crevice tool to get in between the seats. The only reason they didn t get five stars is they don t always get the smashed bugs off the front grill and bumper in one pass. Nonetheless I recently signed up for an unlimited plan because I like having a clean car without the hassle of driveway washes. I hope they do an equally good job on winter dirt and road salt.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Friendly staff, vacuums looked new and well placed. Soap they use smell fantastic and the car came out with the chrome and car shinning. There's a $5 option for Ceramic sealant, never seen that before in a car wash. At the end they have a drying roller that goes across the top of your car. I love these and few car wash have them. This place has the best drying process in a car wash. I don't know if it's the amount or speed of the blowers but car came out almost completely dry. Overall I give it a 4 star. They only downside was it didn't do a great job cleaning the front grill and back bumper area of the car.Services: Polishing, Car waxing

Monthly member here. Easy in, easy out. Love the free vacuums, air nozzles, etc area after the wash itself as well to give the car the final wipedown/clean when needed.

This is the best car wash I've ever been through. I'm impressed with the attention to detail in its design. Usually the blowers to dry off the car hit it one way. This place comes at it from multiple angles. There's even compressed air at the free vacuum stations to finish the job by car owners to get those annoying spots like trim and mirrors water free. Additionally, the employees have always been very polite. Highly recommended and watch for special free washes like on holidays!!!!

This car wash is what I ve been waiting for in my 32 years living in Glastonbury! The tunnel is long so you know your getting a thorough wash and the stalls with the air hose and vacuum are a perfect compliment to a car wash and of course it s self serve but then you know your doing a thorough job! I have a membership for my vehicles and have them washed once a week and I have to say it s so convenient during the winter after each snowfall to remove the road salt !Service: Auto interior vacuuming

It looks amazing. Bright neon lights changing colors...I have been a subscriber since they opened (almost a year ago). I thought I signed up for $10 a month, but it turned out to be $20+.The young people who work there are very friendly. And it's great to have a car wash so close to home.The vacuuming experience is exceptional (plenty of vacuum hoses, and even air.) The car washing itself, leaves parts of the car untouched. I actually returned to re-do, and it still left the bumper edge unwashed. All in all I am glad they are here.

Great experience at this car wash express location. Check in was fast and the equipments are all new. The car came out clean and dry; even the tires look like new. Free vacuum at the end. Very satisfied and will surely return again. Keep up the good work . And not to mention, the staffs were very helpful and courteous

I went there 2 days ago. Got the "Better" wash package. The automated system works very well. However, the staff was a little awkward and for some reason approached me instead of letting me use the automated pay system. Also, the free vacuums are pretty weak and make it hard to really vacuum clean a vehicle. However, they did have an air nozzle at each station to blow off dirt and those worked great!

Not bad for a car wash the automatic car wash got the car pretty clean left a little dirt. Tires were awesome it came away sparkly clean. Best feature is the free vacuuming.

This is one of the most amazing hi tech car washes that I have ever been through. It puts out a superior clean and dry car. It is such a beautiful clean building with very helpful staff . Love the free vacuums and cool air guns for detailing. You have to try the unlimited plan it s such a great deal !! I m hooked and will never have a dirty car again!!

Very nice setup at this carwash. Vacuums are plentiful and easy to work with, even have compressed air which is good because taking out the seats looks like a major pain. This is a drive through car wash, so it's nothing especially noteworthy. But what makes this place great are the friendly staff and the free vacuums and air blowers (though those aren't for tires). The vacuum suction is really strong, so be careful. I once heard a lady ask the staff if there was any way she could retrieve something valuable that the vacuum accidentally sucked up. They also have a clean car guarantee, so don't be afraid to give this place a try.

Car wash the was worth the money, but the vacuums have no suction at all. First time I had to clean my truck with the air hose. Go fix your equipment.....

My son told me about Fred's Carwash for vacuuming my car. It was very good and quick. After I was done, my rugs looked brand new. Will definitely go again

Beware! Car wash scratched my brand new car. Manager gave me a really hard time and said there's no way the foam would have caused the damage. I didn't leave a review when it happened, but now that the same damage has happened to my friends car I think people need to be warned.

My best rating for a quick wash. Bring a towel to dry your mirrors. Better than average job on wheels. Excellent vacuums. You won't find a better value. A few dollars more than the cheapest but the wash job is better.Update December 2021. You don't have to bring a towel! They have air guns that dry anything. Check this place out...they are the best.
