Took my truck in on a last Thursday 1/19/2023 for the engine to be replaced. They worked through the weekend and my new engine was in Monday 1/23/2023. Top notch service. They were honest and didn't overcharge. I will definitely go for my general maintenance. When other garages are always trying to rip you off, these folks came through and were more than fair. Trust is important. Edit: My mom drove up from Florida to visit and was worried about needing an alignment to continue her travels. CIC was able to get them in QUICK & very last minute! Low and behold just needed a tire balance! Thank you for taking care of my family I wouldn't trust anyone else to provide this level of service on such sort notice. With the tight travel schedule and also having a disabled family member & the family pet in tow, their quick, & thorough service (& fair price to boot) really eased my mom's stress about the car & mine too! Thank you for the piece of mind, knowing that my family can continue their travels safely!!Thank you for getting my Jeep in so fast & last minute! I had been putting off some critical maintenance because it was out of my comfort zone & I have never liked going to have service done because it was always hard to find a place I trusted. I will go back to CIC and recommend ANYONE go for their service! Get your vehicle serviced by people that you can trust to do excellent work at a fair price while treating you with dignity! Everyone I came in contact with was professional, helpful, and put me at ease about what was going on-they took the stress out of vehicle maintenance & service. Awesome people, I won't go anywhere else.

Geart experience! Got my Audi up and running better than ever in less than half a day. This place knows what they are doing! High recommended if you want quality service. We have 4 vehicles in the the family and they are going to CIC!

They forgot to tighten the lugs on my wheel and it came off on the highway!!!Had to get a new rotor, pads, calipers, lugs.Very poor quality assurance cuz i was happy with the product until then.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repairServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

These guys are absolutely the best shop in the area. They never fix something or tell you it needs fixing if it doesn t. There s been plenty of times they could ve made money off me but instead educated me instead. I will take my vehicle no where else. Any repair done never had to go back. Rockstars in my book.

First time bringing a vehicle in this shop and I appreciated the service compared to the shop I ve been doing business with for over 15 years. So I ll just explain the things I value as a customer. Fair price quote. The service completed stayed the same price. Yes sometimes that price can change but a good shop assesses close to or on the mark like here. Was greeted by a couple within the shop and I just left there knowing I ll do business there again. Welcoming crew. Places like this are hard to find. Wow! Took my Subaru in for some minor body work. A very fair price was quoted. Got the car a day earlier than expected and the car was vacuumed, the floor mats cleaned, the body work impeccable and the car itself looked washed. They even fixed a small fender seam I ask them to look at. 100% satisfied with the service. They have my business. Highly recommend.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Let me say first I was not the customer but I was there for the whole 3 month ordeal. My boyfriend needed the engine taken out of his G8 Pontiac to have his engine repaired. His car was towed to CIC the beginning of September then it set there for about another 1 month before they took the engine out and then it took another good month to get to engine over to the person who was going to repair it. What really irritated me was whoever the lady is that runs the front desk straight up lied to my face. While my boyfriend was underway on his sub I called and explained I was his girlfriend and asked if they had a chance to take the engine over yet at this point I think the engine had been taken out of the car 3 weeks the lady LIED straight to my face saying they took the engine over but whoever was repairing it said a few more things needed to be taken off so they had to bring it back. Then I called the shop that was repairing it and he said he hadn t seen the engine once. Completely unprofessional with their time management and the fact the front desk lady lied to my face irritated me the most. The only good thing I will say is they didn t charge the $1000 to take the engine out. If you re okay with them taking months to do their job, lying to your face and treating you with straight disrespect then I would recommend this place. I m 20 years old I have never wrote a review for anything in my life but I guess that shows how unprofessional they were. Also since his car was sitting at their old shop they said they were gonna be towing it to our house which they never did he had to get it towed himself.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was told through the local quick lube that I had several leaks including oil, transmission fluid and rear differential fluid in my truck. Upon a recommendation from my cousin I scheduled an appointment at CIC. I dropped my truck off and within an hour they assured me I was only leaking oil from a pressure sensor and that the other fluids were in fact NOT leaking. They told me the price to fix the problem and said it could be done within the hour so I agreed. The price was alot lower than I expected it to be and the service was just incredible. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest upfront pricing and stellar customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought Mustang with modified suspension in to have it looked over and aligned. Fantastic work done, excellent customer service. When I was in the shop I felt like I was completely welcome. They did a great job of showing me the issues, answering any questions, and offering advice on other modifications to improve the car. Will be bringing all my vehicles here for future work! 10/10 the best shop in the area.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

CIC went above and beyond helping to make my car look as good as new after being hit by another driver. Unfortunately since it wasn t the first time my car had been hit, they had to spend extra time finding the exact shade of paint that matched my original color and the prior repairs. Grateful for all their time and energy into the project!! Highly recommend CIC!Service: Body & Trim

This is by far the most honest and high quality shop I've ever been to, and their service is top notch. I've unfortunately had to use their services twice, and both times they exceeded expectations. One for a mysterious brake issue that had air leaking into the system. They traced it to a bad inner wheel bearing allowing the calipers to flex under load, something I hadn't even considered. The second was for the engine grinding and shutting off. They couldn't replicate the issue in both lot and road tests, and it seems to be a freak incident, but the kicker is that since they didn't have to replace anything, or undertake repair works, they didn't even charge me, despite being well within their rights to do so, having used precious time testing it. The quality of their work is high, and they are willing to take on jobs on an older (87) car that other shops refused. I'm glad they did, because I'm now loyal to this shop for anything I can't diagnose or fix myself. The best shop I've even heard of. They replaced an ac compressor and belt and never checked if the ac worked. It took them a week to do the job although everyday it was the same story. So the belt broke again and I took it back they told me I needed another ac compressor. I took it somewhere else my compressor was fine and I left with my ac finally working. Forgot to mention for an hour of labor they charged me 475 cash. If you use a credit card its more money. I really don't know what to think about this place.

CIC Automotive was phenomenal to work with. I brought my 30 year old Audi in with a rather tricky AC problem. CIC jumped at the chance to get it done and didn't blink before accepting the job. They not only figured it out, but they really went the extra mile to source a custom AC line, replace the compressor, and prove beyond a doubt that it would work before they gave the car back to me. They are extremely reasonable and always willing to give an update on the phone. They are creative, ingenious, and really professional to work with. I highly recommend this shop and will certainly be back!Service: A/C installation & repair

I had an urgent issue with my vehicle, reached out to then for a quote and estimate for when they could get me in for the repair. They got me in same day and were within $2 of the quote they gave me, in my favor. Quick service, polite staff!

Great/Speedy service, dropped my car off on a Tuesday night, was out of the shop by Wednesday night, runs and drives great. Customer service is on point as well. The owners know what they're doing. And they do it well.

Brought my 04 Tacoma here for a scraping noise coming from the right side of truck. CIC Automotive quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They also fixed an emissions issue that other shops including the Toyota dealer would just keep troubleshooting with my wallet only to have the check engine light come back on over and over again. CIC explains everything to the customer throughout the repair. They are an honest auto repair shop and I will definitely bring my vehicles there again.

They do good work, so they tend to be busy. Prices are in line with other shops of their kind. Be prepared to make an appointment, and they will keep it! High marks for service!

Charles is the only guy I ll let touch my cars. Get treated like family every time and his knowledge is overwhelming. Treats every car as his own and his passion for what he does is obvious. There s no job I wouldn t trust him to do. CIC is the only place my vehicles will go from now on.
