I am simply amazed by the level of professionalism and pride that Unlimited Auto Body takes in their work. From start to finish, we were treated with respect. Anthony explained the entire estimation and insurance process to us in great detail and answered all our questions to make us feel confident and comfortable with how things would progress.The shop worked with our insurance company to ensure that the car was fixed properly ; not just fixed. They don t have to do this, but they put a lot of effort into ensuring that they are delivering the best possible results for their customers.The owner, David is very transparent in his communication and you can tell that he honestly wants to do the right thing, not just make a buck off his customers.This level of customer service and dedication is hard to come by nowadays. I am extremely grateful to the entire Unlimited Auto Body team. I wish them much success in their future.

I had an exceptional experience at this auto body shop. The staff, led by the highly experienced Anthony w/ 20 years in the industry, was not only welcoming but also very knowledgeable and helpful. They efficiently handled the repair of my car's bumper and sensor in the same day, showcasing their commitment to quality service. The affordability of their work was a pleasant surprise! During my visit, I observed them servicing everything from European luxury cars to standard models, as well as commercial vans. I highly recommend this shop for any auto repair needs.

David and his team at Unlimited Autobody in Fairfield are outstanding in both their high quality of work and excellent customer service. We have used them for three separate repair jobs: a rear-end collision, a parking lot hit, and a broken windshield.David always makes time to educate us, give advice, prepare us for conversations with insurance companies, and advocate on our behalf with the claim reps and adjusters. He's an expert on dealing with the insurance people, and will do his best to instill urgency in them, get them to pay for OEM parts, car rentals, etc...all the things consumers should expect but rarely receive without a fight.I always appreciate a small business owner who consistently demonstrates a passion for taking care of customers, and David is one of those people. Unlimited goes above and beyond.

Outstanding bodywork and incredibly professional staff! The best body shop experience I have ever had by far. David was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about bodywork and how to work with my unique classic vehicles. 10/10 service all around and highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and quality bodyshop. I had my car towed to Unlimited after my car accident, and I must admit they made the process very stress free. They were very helpful and attentive. Anthony answered all my questions and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I also met with the owner David who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Although my car was totaled I saw plenty of happy and satisfied customers leave the shop. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent service from start to finish! Anthony and staff kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure I understood everything pertaining to the repair. David and his company unlimited Autobody are amazing. I m a businessman of 35 years, I understand the importance of excellent craftsmanship coupled with excellent customer service, and how challenging it could be. But David hit all the marks. He s amazing. I look forward to going back to him with any of my auto issues. Don t hesitate, go for it, you ll be happy you did because he runs a tight ship and really cares.

I recently had work done on my vehicle following two separate collisions. The folks here worked with me to get the repairs done with the highest quality products. In addition, they repaired a minor dent to one of my doors at no cost. My vehicle was fully detailed upon pick up, and I was even given the remaining paint to spot touch another area on my vehicle if I so pleased. This business set the bar on how to treat a customer. If I ever need work done on any of my vehicles in the future, you can be sure that I will be bringing my business to them. P.S. my car looks great!

I am happy to have found Unlimited Auto Body and David to repair my 2020 BMW 330i. Couldn t be more pleased with his honest and open approach, the quality of the work, how quickly the work was done, pointing out opaque pitfalls with insurance, etc. Delivered on all fronts way above expectations. Highly recommend.

I did have my vehicle fixed here and I must say the guys here are amazing. From the work being amazing to the staff being kind to me! My car came back way better than when I sent it to them. The paint matched to perfection and there is nothing I can say bad about these guys. I do have to get another repair done, and this is the only body shop I would send my vehicle to! 10/10 always recommend!

I had water in my trunk and my dealership recommended David at Unlimited Auto Body of Fairfield. He found the problem which went back to an earlier repair. Instead of taking my $$ he sent me back to the original place. He had taken videos and mapped out the issues and even followed up the next week to see how things went. If I ever need a body shop, I'm going straight to Unlimited Auto Body of Fairfield. David and his people are fabulous. They explained everything in language I could understand and stood by me. They saved me thousands of dollars and endless worry and stress!!! I can only say "Thank you!"

I've been here 3 times to get my Honda's repaired and not once did Unlimited Auto Body disappoint. They have restored my cars back to perfect condition every single time and I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else! Everyone in the shop is very pleasant and they do not treat you like another transaction. They don't just repair vehicles at the shop, they help to make you whole again. I highly recommend! Also, David the manager needs a raise, he is awesome!

Unlimited is one of the best body shops around I took my car to get fixed for scratches on my entire vehicle and I tell you when I picked up my car it looked like it just came out the showroom. David and his crew made the process very easy from dealing with insurance company and getting rental while work was getting done I highly recommend this Bodyshop for all your car needs.

Great experience with Unlimited. Worked with them on repairing a car after an accident. Appreciate their transparency and commitment to repairing things the right way and willingness to stick to that position when an insurance company wants to cut corners. Their communication with me was great.

I had a car leak and couldn t forgive our where it was coming from. Anthony took his time to provide detailed information on the whole process. He texted photos and videos as the job is being done. His team did a great job finding the leak and resolving the issue.

Came to this shop to get a bumper repair and Anthony was extremely transparent about what needed to be done. Instead of replacing the bumper for a hefty price, he cleaned the bumper and sprayed it to get rid of the scratches free of charge. Very great place to come and get service for your car.

Excellent work on three panels and custom color paint matching. The even detailed the inside! And when the insurance company covering the damage threatened to not cover their labor rates, they fought it on my behalf and made the situation as painless as possible.

I am so thankful that I read the great reviews about Unlimited. They are amazing! I got into an accident, and brought my car in. David gave us step by step information and thought us how to fight the insurance company when they tried to low ball us. Great service, and forever grateful.

Had a very positive experience. David and Anthony took as much time as needed to explain what needed to be done and what they would do, and then they did what they said. They also kept me informed throughout the repair. Their work was thorough and came out excellent. They even assisted with the rental car process.

After getting into an accident I was waiting for the insurance company to get to me and determine liability. 2 weeks passed with minimal communication and info. I decided to bring my car to unlimited and the owner helped me for almost 2 hours. He spoke with companies on the phone with me and educated me about the right way to get my car appraised and fixed. Then he arranged a car for me from a rental company. Stellar service, this is the place to go if you are having trouble getting responses from insurance. Thank you!!!

We have bought both of our Hondas here in the past six months, and have been EXTREMELY pleased with service on both occasions. This past visit the work was completed sooner than expected and car looks brand new. I was impressed with the lengths they went to with my insurance company to make sure car was repaired with certified parts. They kept us up to date with progress (even returned my butt dial accidental call!)Only complaint is they aren t closer to our house in Stamford!!

Unlimited Auto Body is a wonderful group of guys who really care about you and your car. I had my jeep painted here and she came out absolutely beautiful and they take great care in giving you back a clean car. Mine smelt so good when I got her back.
