Traynor did a great job w our most recent repair, they finished the job quickly and the car came back looking better than ever! They also went as far as to give the car a wash inside and out a nice touch on top of exemplary work and high quality customer service. If you need body work, this is the place to go!

Richie and the team at Traynor are fantastic. Second time using them (unfortunately!). They are professional and go above and beyond. Very rare in the automotive industry. They even detail clean the car before returning it. What a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Best service and coordination with Progressive and Enterprise. My car was repaired, returned cleaner than it was when it went in and was advised of repairs. Made being hit, much easier! Thanks!!

My mirror on the driver side was completely destroyed. The moment I drove into the parking lot, I was greeted.When the job was completed, it looked like the first time I drove it off the lot without a stratch.

I called Traynor last week because I just got a new SUV, and the dealer had placed a dealer sticker onto the tailgate right above the brand logo. I don't mind a dealer licensed plate holder, but I hate when car dealers put stickers onto the paint of your brand new car. Anyway, I just thought I'd ask if it was possible to remove the sticker without damaging the paint and, if so, what they might charge. I spoke with Russ on the phone, who couldn't have been nicer, and he said that it was very easy to do (he told me how to do it at home) and that if I wanted him to do it, to just stop by one day. He said it would take about 5 minutes. Well, I went over there this afternoon, and Russ very kindly and quickly took the sticker off for me, polished the area, and REFUSED TO TAKE ANY MONEY for his kindness. Honestly, he could not have been nicer, and I was truly taken aback that he refused to charge me and wouldn't accept any money. It's so rare these days to find people like Russ who are genuinely kind and just want to help people. I can see why Traynor has such great reviews, and (though I pray I don't!) if I ever need body work on my car done, I am going to Traynor in Fairfield and asking for Russ. Thank you, Russ, for your kindness today! So appreciate you!Service: Body & Trim

I had my Subaru fixed by Traynor this week and have nothing but the best things to say. They were extremely prompt and they did an excellent job. They completed the job in about 2 days and were also competitively priced. I unfortunately am not the best to my car, so I will definitely be back.

Richie has known me since I was a kid, and him and his staff have worked on numerous cars of mine over the years. They are what you call true professionals exceptional detailed work, great front staff, this is the place to go if you want the job done correctly.

From the first phone call to picking up my car the experience was excellent. The office staff is super efficient and friendly.Richie is knowledgeable and very flexible. They fit me in quickly, handled the car rental for me and the work was impeccable. The work was completely in a timely manner.I can't speak to the value as this was paid for by another person's insurance, but if I need body work ever done again out of pocket, I won't even look elsewhere!Thank you Richie!!Service: Body & Trim

I don t know what happend at Traynor Auto Body but after using them for over 20 years I will never go back. In dealing with an extremely rude person over the phone (Brian) they lost a customer. I d give them zero stars if I could.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Brian was very attentive and was very quick to help me. He was thorough and efficient. He gave me all the information I needed in a clear way and I felt confident my car was in good hands. I m waiting to see results and will update this review then.

I chose Traynor for my car repair after reading the reviews. It was the best choise I could have ever made! the entire experience was great, from the dropping off at the shop to the day I picked it up. the owner is amazing, very friendly and detailed at the time of reviewing the damages with you and at the time of reviewing the job done. Excellent work done and excellent customer service! I highly recommend them.

My car was hit by a driver with Allstate Insurance. They were absolutely hell to deal with giving me a shop over an hour away.I selected Traynor on my own, based on reviews, and I cant speak highly enough. Traynor was very responsive, Kristi in the office was fantastic, as well as Richie & Michael. They all made me feel so comfortable where Allstate had failed miserably, and they helped me every step of the way. My car came out looking like new, and even the inside was detailed beautifully. I'm beyond happy and as crazy as it is, I'll miss calling the shop! Thank you, Traynor!

Bumped our car pretty good on the Merritt Parkway and they took care of us pretty much right away down to calling Enterprise to send someone to pick us up to get a rental. Car was ready looking/feeling brand new in a few weeks and it needed a fair bit of work/parts. Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in that area.

Nothing I can say can tell you how great these folks are. The whole staff is professional. They fixed my car and worked with my insurance quickly, even during a really busy time. As a funeral home, we must keep our vehicles in A+ condition. We recently scratched one of the cars and called Traynor immediately. Despite them being swamped, they looked at our car in right away understanding our urgency.Russ was very generous and was even able to fix the problem on the spot! Just picked up my car from Traynor Auto Body after having a repair done. The entire experience was great. From scheduling, to working with my insurance company, to on time delivery. To top it off, they detailed the entire inside and outside of my car for no extra charge. Great service!!!

So impressed by Traynor. Used based on reviews after getting in a fender bender and they were great about dealing with insurance, arranging for rental, etc....Without a hitch. BUT THEN--I ran over a boulder in the yard and the entire piece of plastic on the front of my Odyssey ripped off. Assumed it would be 1,000 bucks for a car with over 100k miles and didn't want to call insurance. Brought to Traynor for an estimate, told them the sitch, and on the spot, they took out a screwdriver and reattached the plastic RIGHT THERE FOR NO CHARGE AT ALL. Easily could have sold me on the repair, but intuited what i needed, and earned a customer for life. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Our van sustained a dent and scraping and we took it Traynors. WOW!!!! They fixed the dent, smoothed out the damage, painted and buffed out PLUS they buffed out other scratches and did the BEST JOB EVER! The cost was so reasonable, we were VERY happy! Thanks so much! We can recommend Traynor Auto Body in Fairfield and worth a drive from anywhere!

Terrific auto body shop! Very profesisonal staff and facility. Repair work as done perfectly and the team went above and beyond the call of duty with the workmanship. Customer service was also top notch as they kept me informed each step of the way with what was happening with both the repairs as well as insurance process. Could not have been happier with the service and work and will use them for any future needs.

Traynor Auto Body is excellent. I was rear-ended, and the insurance company recommended Traynor. I could not be more pleased. They were accomodating, friendly, helped me with my transportation needs, and did everything on-time and on-schedule, with great communication. I was most surprised when I saw the bill - more than reasonable for the work they did. I would use Traynor for any auto body need and highly recommend them.

Highly recommended auto body shop - we've taken our cars there on a number of occasions and wouldn't go anywhere else in Fairfield. Fairly priced and they do excellent work. We've worked with Rick and he's gone out of his way to help us on a number of occasions. Recently, I'm embarrassed to admit that I messed up the driver's side door just two weeks after they had repaired it. They fixed it at no charge!

I have had nothing short of a great experience with Traynor Auto Body. The owner was incredibly friendly and the service was completed very quickly. My car runs and looks better than when it was turned in. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Traynor is by far the best body shop/ collision center in fairfield county. I've had two accidents in the past year and they have been nothing but great to work with both times. SPEEDY, TRANSPARENT, & HONEST with their customers. Staff is beyond wonderful and if you need help ask for MIKE, he'll take great care of you!!! Thanks Guys!

Knowledgeable, professional and genuine! Although our vehicle was declared a total loss by insurance, Richard was a great partner in understanding the damage as well as the challenges and risks of repairing. Happy to have had his expert opinion to navigate the loss well.
