In my experience, Dantae and the team there were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They gave me the same price I'd find anywhere else - I looked. Furthermore, they went the extra mile, so to speak, and issued me a discounted price. I look forward to doing business at this branch in the future.

Amazing customer service! Definitely have to shout out Gino for his knowledge and expertise. He was friendly and did a great job explaining the services. Fast, reliable service. Would absolutely recommend! Returning customer for sure.

I have gotten tires here in the past without issue. The last time I went for new tires - which will be the last time I go here - they vandalized my wheels. When rebalancing the wheels after replacing the tires, they need to remove the old weights before adding new ones. Apparently whoever did this to my wheels was having a bad day because he seemingly attacked the weights in a fit of rage with a sharp screwdriver. I returned a couple days later after noticing the scratches and dirty leftover stickers to show the manager. After I pointed out the scratches he literally shrugged and said "yeah... that's how we do it." After much arguing he finally agreed to fix the wheels. I told him that the only acceptable fix is if I can't see where the scratches used to be. He agreed and promised that's how it would be. He had to take the entire car and it took them two full days to do the "repairs". I don't have my car for two days. When I go to pick it up, to my utter shock, I see that they have just performed a very sloppy attempt to spray paint over the scratches. The manager, Stephen, had already run away before I got there and I could not confront him about this. No attempt was made to repair the scratches - only cover them up with spray paint of a color that isn't even close to matching the wheels. This is some of the worst workmanship and customer service I've ever experienced. I will never trust these people with my car again and neither should you.To the credit of the corporate office, I sent them all my photos and they agreed to replace all four of my wheels with new wheels. I had that work done at Bridgestone and it went fine. The one star is for this location but the corporate office did the right thing and replaced my destroyed wheels.Edit: Two years later, the wheels that they gave me as replacements are falling apart. The coating on them is bubbling and cracking away. They look terrible. These savages destroyed my wheels.

Had a really pleasant experience with Shawn. He helped me assess my flat tire and got me a good and market-fair price on a new one. Would 100% come back here again for any tire troubles. There's even a waiting room area in the back with WiFi should you need to stay while you wait for your car.

I had a great experience. Gino who helped me was great and took the time with me and helped me find what I wanted. The only that caught my attention was my tires came back really dirty. I would ve liked my tires to come out how they went into the shop. Otherwise it looked great and was well put on.

I called to make an appointment which was very easy. When I arrived I was taken right away. The service took less than an hour and to my surprise was complementary!! I will certainly be returning to Town Fair Tires. Thanks to Jose G!

I had a great experience at this location. Although I have gone to other stores, the young man at this location was excellent. Shawn was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and overall experience. I will return to this location for all of my future needs.

Gino and his team were very helpful throughout the entire process. I had a new tire mounted on my Jeep, and they not only had the tire in stock, but were also able to schedule me in quickly. I would highly recommend anyone looking for tires to Gino.

I recently brought our company box truck in to the 500 Kings Highway location in Fairfield, CT for what I thought was a rim leak on a rear tire. I didn't want to keep watching it slowly loose air this winter. In less than one hour they inspected it and said it was done. It turned out to be a nail in the tire which I couldn't see even after filling the tire up to 80 lbs. pressure. They were extremely efficient, polite and professional.

Had a problem with my tires and after a trip to Southport store and Derby store, Fairfield store found the problem and replaced my tire which had a nail running right through it. They were very efficient in replacing the bad tire. Thank you to the crew in Fairfield Town Fair Tire for taking good care of me and my car.

I must say I've spent more time than I'd prefer at this place in the last year (Bridgeport x Low Profile (stock sports) Tires= Disaster). The whole team is knowledgeable and offered me a solution to slow down on the number of tires I was going through. They're extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Kudos to Gino and the team! Hopefully I won't see you guys for a while
