When my father purchased this vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised that his negotiated price was honored when we arrived for delivery. No last-minute surprises or fees. Because of this, every time his vehicle needs service, I travel more than 90min. back to Fairfield Porsche for service. The service has always been prompt and fair, never had any problems.

Very happy with the service and the way this team cares for the customer. Dylan is the best service advisor and he goes above and beyond to make sure you re fully satisfied. Great stuff. Also Brian - who s a greeter is a super nice guy and makes the experience great. Thank you guys.

I only gave 4 stars because of the costs associated with the repairs! Otherwise it would've been a 5 star experience! Fairfield Porsche is actually the ONLY Porsche repair shop I feel comfortable bring my Booster for repairs!

Great service dept. - professional and friendly - Martin in service went beyond my expectations - i did a "wait for it" oil / filter change and they took care of 2 recalls as well - excellent facility - i travel 40miles to go here and it is well worth the journey - nice roads too !

Always a great experience. Was greeted by two people at the service desk and they were very friendly and very nice checking me in and calling kenny Banks to come down to meet with me. Excellent greeting.

Excellent customer service on picking up and delivering back my Porsche Cayenne GTS for the first year service.Service was done perfectly, in a timely manner with the car being returned, washed and vacuumed.Thank you very much!

My service rep was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what the service included and how long it would take. He supplied an Uber when I realize my ride was caught in traffic which was very convenient and made the event very easy.

The service department at Porsche Fairfield is fantastic. They have been taking care of our cars since 2009. There is actually a closer dealership to our home, but I would not sacrifice expertise for convenience. I used the car pick up and delivery to my house for the first time and it was great. The only negative comments is that I received the video review of the work done after the car came back. It said that my front tires should be replaced. I never got a call from your representative. This should have been discussed with me. I would have said to replace the tires. I was charged just under $400 to change the tires. In the past Diane was great. She always called me. When a representative called me to ask how the service and I let her know my feedback she said either she or someone else would call me and let me know if my tires are safe to drive on for this summer. I have yet to hear back. This is disappointing. It has been about 2 weeks.Service: Tires

Porsche Fairfield has an excellent job. They have excellent customer service, follow up and provide great service during and after the maintenance appointments. Basic service can be pricey however. A tire swap, oil change, brake fluid change what is pricey. I was there in the hard way that you get what you pay for, however and the upkeep of my 911 is important.Service: Oil change

Customer service is prompt, attentive, communicative and friendly. Car always comes back with expected services or repairs. I wish it was easier to get a services appointment though. They seem to book a month out.

My Experiance was very pleasenet. The stuff was knowledgeable and friendly. They provided me an uber both ways, that was appreciated. They completed the work that needed to be done. Over all my wait time was not that long so I could quikly get back to my busy day. Im looking forward to my next visit at Porsche of Fairfield.
