Absolutely perfect service with the highest level of communication throughout research, slot, production and delivery.Delivery and introduction to the new Targa was unmatched. Malachy Tracy is your go-to, no doubt. Couldn t be more pleased with the experience, communication on supply chain delays (not their fault) and most importantly delivery and introduction to a beautiful automobile. Delivered in 100% perfect condition with thoughtfulness throughout.Couldn t speak more highly of Malachy Tracy and his crew.Couldn t put a higher rating on the team at Porsche Fairfield. I went in there just to look because I wasn t sure if I was ready to buy another car and I was assisted by Jose and Hector, I tell you what an amazing service, I went in to get a BMW of 16k and they treated me like if I was buying a 100k car, they didn t even try to push the sale they even took so much of their time to make sure I was happy . I will recommend these guys to anyone. Best service I ve ever had in any car dealership.

I had such a great experience working with Mark at Porsche Fairfield, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service he provided. Mark helped me in purchasing a 2023 Macan. This was, without a doubt, the most enjoyable car shopping experience I've ever had.Mark went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely happy with my choice. Unlike other salespeople I've encountered, Mark encouraged me to test drive various models, patiently allowing me to explore and experience each one. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire process incredibly enjoyable. Plus, Mark is a funny dude! He's got lots of jokes and a quick wit which made the experience enjoyable. I can confidently say that Mark genuinely wanted to make sure that I found the car of my dreams, and he took the time to understand my preferences and requirements. And.... of course, we bought the Porsche Macan. If you're stopping by Porsche Fairfield, make sure you ask for Mark.

Recently bought the 2024 Macan and completely satisfied. Traded in my Audi 7 and have not looked back. Retain some of the sporty performance of the A7, but have all the benefits of the SUV. The Porsche handling was the biggest difference versus the comparable considerations.The overall interior was high quality but understated, not over the top; the infotainment had the right size screen for me, and all I would ever need in functionality and efficiency . Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase experience. Mark Ward-Willis was well informed about the car -- all cars really given his 20+ years in the business. He was especially helpful in building the value proposition against the others I shopped -- AUDI Q5, BMW3/4 and Mercedes GLC. There wasn't a question Mark could not answer, and often with a little story to go along with it. He was patient, had a pleasant demeanor and was not at all pushy. Completely trustworthy.

As a sales person myself, I know what good service is. Malachy and Hector are some the best in their field. Good Communication, helpful, knowledgeable. I got a really great a great price on my Porsche Macan. I am driving my dream car! I am super happy. I highly recommend Fairfield Porsche.

As a person who firmly believes car dealers exist only to make the car buying experience as miserable and sleezy as possible, Porsche of Fairfield stumped this trend. It was, by far, the most value-added experience I've had in the 25+ new cars I've purchased in my lifetime. Leonel knew WAY more than I about the product I was purchasing and his attention to detail and service was outstanding. The deal I got was very fair and felt the value they provided went beyond the auto I purchased. Porsche products are highly customizable and usually a very costly purchase, so having a knowledgeable person on your side throughout the entire process was comforting. Day of pickup was very chill, low pressure and extremely friendly. I would, without a doubt, insist on buying my future Porsche from Porsche Fairfield.

I know in my heart my next car would be Porsche, meticulously searching for the best deal. My journey led me to Porsche Fairfield, and I couldn't be more grateful. Everyone here is so welcoming, accommodating and friendly. My overall experience with them has been nothing short of wonderful. Jose Diaz, my salesman was amazing, responsive and an absolute gem throughout the entire process (even a year after purchasing) he s still as responsive as can be and very enthusiastic. I closed the deal with their manager Tony Salluhi who made my experience even much better, very caring, extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, compassionate and made everything as seamless as possible. If you're in the market for a Porsche, I highly recommend these guys! You truly won t be disappointed. Thank you, Porsche Fairfield, it s been a year since my purchase but I m still over the moon with my new car :)

My girlfriend just went through the process of purchasing a Porsche Macan from Liam! He was terrific the entire way through process, sourced us the exact car she wanted, and made the process very easy and relaxing. Porsche Fairfield was amazing to work with! I live in Northwest Arkansas and purchased a used 2012 Lamborghini Gallardo from them, sight unseen. I worked with Mark in sales and Tony in finance, outstanding customer service from both of these gentlemen. There were several steps in the buying process being out of state and they found one issue with the car during inspection which was immediately brought to my attention and resolved. They took care of everything start to finish and Mark was in constant communication with me through the entire process, day or night. This was a nerve-racking process to find and buy a car like this out of state and sight unseen but, the car is everything they said it was and more. I couldn't be happier with it. This is my dream car and Porsche Fairfield made it happen!

(I Hope i spell it correctly). Malachi is a wonderful pro and is probably your best representative as one of the first people yiu meet in Porche. My service parts client rep. 'Martin Dempsey. I worked with Diane since my first Porsche but Martin? He does the first thing any employee should do. Make them feel like he will take care of everything. He then really finds ingenious ways to solve the problem within the Porsche network .I was the head Cadting director at ABC and that is exactly what Iwas my MO. He is a winner

Have purchased 3 Porsches from the dealership - sales is great but service has gotten very poor. There is now a 2 months plus waiting period to get regular service appointment. Don't buy the service package - for me the 2 months wait put me beyond the 10k oil change limit and had to do the service locally.

I currently own a 991.2 Turbo S purchased at Porsche Fairfield on my 40th bday. It's been about 3yrs and allocations for the 992 are hard to come by, therefore, I decided to keep my 991.2 for the long haul. As reliable as these cars are, repairs can be expensive, so I wanted to add PVS Platinum (Porsche Vehicle Service Protection Platinum Extended Warranty). I did some online research, checked on the Rennlist forums about the product and found out it's sold by the Finance Manager at individual dealers, not Porsche Fairfield corporate, and prices can vary. I checked other local competitors and Porsche Fairfield was $1500 less. I was shocked that there could be such a price difference between dealers for the same exact extended warranty product. Tony, the finance manager at Porsche Fairfield, just as during my purchase was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure, plenty of options and we were able to complete the transaction over email. After both experiences, I don't think I would ever consider purchasing a Porsche somewhere else. Hopefully they call me about an open allocation one day!
