Nice waiting area also you pull in to a covered area hood for snow and rainy times play room for kids in the waiting area which is huge and as always complementary coffee and water

I got my oil changed. Jerry was great! He is kind, calm, and informative. Once they finished the work, they parked my car in the garage so I didn't have to go back and forth.

I would like to share my experience with them because I bought a car brand new months later my car started with a noise, something knocking everyday so l went the dealer they never fixed my problem I tried with a different dealer same thing they never fixed my problem too they said car is goodI found Paul Miler Nissan at Fairfield wow they fixed my car super fast they found the problem quickly thanks so much I'm happy and now I'm driving a safe car thanks again!!!!

Absolutely horrible, the parts and service associates are rude and have such an attitude it s horrible. They don t take the time to make sure everything is fine or if you have any questions. The price of the part was one price on the phone and then charged almost double when it came to paying at the counter. Definitely won t recommend this dealership if you want your car serviced with great customer service.Service: Oil change
